The hotel is near to the sea, has a great SPA, and people working here are very nice, friendly and helpful. The price paid in March for all inclusive services plus access to the SPA is the correct price for the entire year, not just for March. However, if you pick June, the price is almost 7 times higher that is not justified. Even if the personal is friendly, the process management is poor: crowdy and chaotic spa reception, access to sky bar very limited, bar in the lobby available from time to time. Other cheap management decisions: very poor quality coffee (paid or unpaid), small rooms, beverages at 1.5 l, access to the SPA pool allowed too much for children, without a dedicated children pool space. Elevators area insufficient for the scale of the hotel. The food was very good, qualitative, however limited qualitative beverages choices. So 250_300 ron / person for all inclusive and accomodation per day, is the correct price to choose this hotel for the services provided. Higher then that comparing with Bulgaria or Greece services in HoReCa is a ripp off.

Rooms are nice but small; personnel is nice and helpful, as for location pretty close to the beach but far away from the city buzz where the action is. For gourmands, the food is nice and they have a different theme every day. The hotel is kids friendly, plenty toddlers around(plus there is a kids area within the hotel) P.S. they need at least more elevators, 2 are not enough for the existing traffic.

    1. The road to the hotel is good if you walk after the roundabout. 2. The rooms. The rooms are great for the view, we even saw dolphins in the mornings. But.... We stayed in 609. The biggest window in the room was extremely dirty, missing some screws which permitted the window to fully open. We had a broken esspreso capsule we could not use, because the watertank was missing some parts. The walls needed some new paint. Including the bathroom. Main issue here is the bathroom, because there is no HVAC system in place and the draining stinks. No new air in, no air out. 3. Food was OK, but not very much variation. 4. Services. Friendly and always doing their best to help you and smiling. 5. Massage. Highly recommend. 6. Parking. There is a parking lot in the back of the hotel, but no information was given to us about it. Also no signs at all for a simple parking. Ps. Keep in mind that all these are now in Oct.

We enjoyed the hotel for one week in May with 1 yo baby. We had the full board and the aqva suites room. Pros: - the food was absolutely delicious. Big variety, lots of food to choose from, even for the baby - the personnel always smiling, helpful, always around, from the receptionists, the waiters, the cleaning ladies and the people at the spa - the room was clean, the apartment spatious with 2 bathrooms. Enough for a big family. The normal rooms though were quite small. Towels changed daily and sheets every 3 days - lots of playgrounds for kids: inside room with toys, the exterior playground near the hotel and the one at the beach - beach in front of the hotel, as clean as it can be, except the cigarettes but this is people’s fault as there are garbage bins around - the spa is nice: big and warm water, with space to swim aswell - they have an easybox outside which is nice - pastries, coffee and tea all day long in the lobby, but sometimes the machine is not working or it is crowded - many highchairs for babies at the restaurant Cons: - no balcony and no place to dry towels, swimsuits, wet clothes - bad smell from the toilet - no coffe / tea / water as a compliment in the room. You have to pay for everything, which is weird for a 4 star hotel - even though we were there for 8 nights, i couldnt find a free spot for massage, it was already fully booked. They should hire more people as it is demand - only 2 elevators and you had to wait a lot when the hotel was fully booked - the exterior playground was really dirty at the end of May. I hope they will clean it for high season although it should always be clean if they have guests - the fridge in the room is a wine fridge so it stays at 13-14 degrees, you cant use it if you want to store food for the baby All in all, it was a good stay, we will come back and hope they will improve these things

I organized there a 2 days TeamBuilding. It is a beautiful place with everything you need: - well renovated room. One can argue that the room are not big enough but I particularly liked the reading corner near the window. - good quality buffet. I was honestly impressed by the diversity of the food. - well trained and nice staff (both from Romania and Nepal). They were really nice with us during our stay. - nice spa with sauna. It opens from 8am till 9pm. One slight comment, the sauna could be a bit warmer. Congrats!

I just visited the hotel for 2 days, during the weekend and didn't have the time to visit de spa, although i heard is a good one. The rooms are quite small, probably an old hotel, reconditioned a few years ago. The mattress was not that good and you can could feel the bows in your back. The restaurant was ok and also the food. If you're not peaky and you're used to sleep with you kid in the bed, between the parents, probably is a good idea to visit it, since is right to the beach.

Nice hotel with a good indoor pool, kids play area, rooms are quite small, and stuff was very friendly and helpful. I would give it 5 stars, but for a seaside hotel i think they should provide something to enable customers to dry their swimming wear.

The hotel is located in a complex which is great. There are some investments made in the area, much appreciated. The rooms dont have a balcony but there is a nice corner giving a great sea view. Very good idea! There was some smell in the bathroom sometimes but I think this is a generic issue in Eforie. The staff is friendly, fabulous I'd say, everything is well organized. Spa, sauna, indoors pool, massage available (extra cost). The roads around are under construction(Jun2022). Very bad idea to do this in summer. This scares returning tourists away. The food is good, plenty of choices, I was impressed. I would return to this hotel.

Good choice for a trip at the Black Sea. Rooms are big enough, yet they aren't as clean as they should be. The food is very good, there are a lot of choices. The personnel is very friendly and helpful, there are lots of things to do. The hotel is very close to the beach, about a 2 minute walk to the beach. Good services and there isn't anything bad in particular.

Good place to go with the family for a short vacation! But is a lot to be improved there: - the rooms & toilet are a bit too small, toilet smells, but they are clean and tidy! -they have a large beach but you need to wake up early in the morning for a good location close to sea. -all inclusive have access to beach, sun bed, swimming pool and several bars on the beach 2 X volley beach play area, 1 x football area, 1 x kids play area with swings and table tennis. -acces to beach is by stairs no other way. Food: Decent but they need a larger variety of fresh fruits and desert. I wasn't pleased! Overall does worth a try!

Main downsides: 1. This hotel has no balconies which is a huge downside, especially since you're at the sea side and you constantly have wet bathing suits, towels and stuff. 2. The beach towels are basically some sheets that you only receive once, when you check in. Since you cannot change them, and also cannot dry them, since there is no balcony, this is an issue. 3. Currently, to get a sun bed, you give them your "beach card" in return of a smaller card, a chip, with the row and umbrella number marked on it. At the end of the day you have to return the chip along with the matressess (which is also an issue if you also have kids and luggages to carry). Sadly, people get up at 6 am and form huge queues to get sun beds (the opening hour for getting a sun bed is 7 am). This way, if you come to the beach at 8, although the beach is almost empty, you have to sit in the last rows. People wake up really early to get a sun bed for the day, then they go back to sleep/breakfast etc. The hotel could discourage this practice, by completely giving up this "booking" system, and encouraging eople to sit wherever they find an empty sun bed. 4. Extremely small rooms and bathrooms with sewage smell. 5. Although we received a clean room, the daily cleaning was superficial. 6. Small, crowded pool. 7. Small, crowded elevators. We liked that: 1. The room was pretty quiet 2. The food buffett was great. Probably I would have given a better rating if the quality/price ratio was better. 6000 lei for 1 week is way too much for what they offer.

Hotel is at 5-10 mins from the highway from Bucharest, so it is easy to get there. Best all inclusive spa în România at great price. Rooms are clean, food is great, spa is very good although not all facilities were working at the time I was there

Together with my family, 2 adults and 2 children, have spent 2 nights at this hotel at the very beginning of 2023. I will start with cons: - when I asked for an offer, I would appreciate to receive the special offer from that moment, for the accomodation. We have spent aprox 2200 ron for 2 nights(1100ron/night) and the offer was aprox 500ron/night. - the room received double superior was to small for the entire family. - from I don't know the reason, the temperature in the room was to high, we almost melt during our stay. The heat was closed, so it's a mistery why it was too hot in the room. We have used the air conditioner, but not that much as we wanted to remain healthy. - next to the bad it is placed the minibar which makes a lot of noice during the night. You should unplug it if you want to sleep well. - I would reccomend to ask how many persons are at the spa before entering to it, may be very crowded. - the ele ators are not sufficient when the hotel is fully booked, you may lose a lot of time. - Pros: - I will start with what I loved at this hotel: the food. OMG!!! It was very tasty. Even it was the breakfast, or lunch or dinner, all the food was very good. It's my first experience like this that I don't have anything bad to say about the food. Congratulation to the chef! Also the restaurant looks pretty and clean. - the drinks served have a good quality, alchoholic and nonalchoholic beverages. You are able to prepare the drink as you like, which is a big plus for this hotel. - the spa, if it's not crowded, it's very relaxing. - the hotel employees are nice. I needed 2 times their assistance. They responded very fast, even the hotel was fully booked. I had bad experiences before, so good job guys! - very good view of the sea even the room had only a partial sea view.

Today I was to aqvatonic health and spa, but I was not very nice surprised, because the lady from reception has not said I must pay for towell and bathrobe, and I walk to our hotel wet. Why not say was is it to say?? Pay up, that was not a problem, but the 2 girls from reception were not nice. Very sad.

I went there with my family and some friends with kids. I have to admit that this place is a quite good option for young families with kids. The rooms are not very big, but provide enough space for 3 people(we had the 2 beds room). The room was clean with carpet on the floor. The design of the room was pretty nice, definitely they had an architect for this(hotel lobby and restaurant included). The food at the restaurant was good. A very good variety of products. Even if my wife and me have quite different food expectations we were both able to find every day something for our taste and for our little daughter too. The pool was great with clean water, only that maybe they are using too much chemicals for cleaning it. The beach was also nice, our daughter enjoyed it and the sea also. Not the cleanest beach, but ok overall. The beach bar was also a good option, having access to water and different types of drinks on the beach was something interesting for us. The personnel was very kind and solved our requests quite fast. Overall was a very nice experience. If you cannot consider traveling for longer distances by car or plane, this is definitely a good option. I would rate this place at 7.5 out of 10, because there is plenty of space for improvement.

Great place. The spa experience is a must. If you are coming from the outside (not staying in the hotel) there is no food court or bar in the spa area.

Tidy and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast. Located close to the beach ( view of the sea in my room ). Quiet when I was there, so slept like a baby. For my purpose: close enough to the port. Friendship staff, helpful when needed.

Well, not the best, there were a few issues. The first issue was ants in our room, along with the incredibly dim lighting and the fact that the toilet would not work without hitting it. The elevators are also insufficient for the amount of guests that are travelling to the hotel. The spa is OK, but nothing really special, same goes with the food. The road in the town is pretty destroyed. A lot of craters bumps. Overall, I think that a weekend getaway would be fine, but coming here in full season is complete suicide.

One big scam! The A/C is working sometimes, sometimes not! The whole hotel is humid from the saunas and swimming pools. You need to pass gates (ridiculous) to enter crowdy breakfast area, and you cannot eat outside just because. Room is full of dust and they forgot to clean it from time to time. For everything you have to pay for everything on top of not cheap hotel room - it is including even the gym. Hardly anybody is speaking english. It feels like the hotel is 2 stars.

This is the second time I come back here is such an amazing hotel to relax the staff is extremely kind and helpful, the indoor pool is just beyonce words to relax, the beach area is also really pretty, right now the outdoor pool is not working but I imagine is really nice once working, food on the restaurant is good every day something different. The room is big and with nice view to the ocean. Parking spot right outside also behind the building. The spa have nice treatments and prices are ok. I do come back again for sure.

👍Really enjoyed our staying here! Room was very good, nice design & comfortable. The SPA zone is great, you just have to schedule your spa sessions at the reception. Food at the restaurant was delicious, we didn't feel the need to try other restaurants from the area. 👎The hotel needs more parking lots
