The
location
is
great,
next
to
Iaki
hotel,
a
quieter
area
in
Mamaia,
however
we
were
quite
dissappointed
with
the
services.
We
asked
for
a
room
upstairs,
they
said
`all
right`,
but
as
we
arrived,
there
were
no
rooms
upstairs
available.
The
check-in
takes
a
really
long
time,
and
they
had
no
space
inside
for
our
luggage,
nor
space
in
the
parking
lot.
We
had
to
pay
to
park
the
car
far
away.
Nor
the
staff
or
the
other
guests
were
wearing
face
masks,
including
in
the
restaurant
area,
which
has
been
really
crowded
and
noisy
in
the
morning.
The
food
is
not
great
quality,
it's
oily,
the
juice
is
the
cheapest
juice
(Ciao),
and
the
poor
waiters
seem
really
stressed
out.
I
don't
really
recommend
paying
for
breakfast.
About
the
rooms:
poor
lightning,
no
table
indoors,
missing
an
insect
net
for
the
balcony's
door
(found
a
cockroach
and
mosquitos),
the
beds
are
twin
and
can
be
moved,
one
of
a
lamps
was
missing
the
lightbulb,
there
was
only
one
hanger
in
the
wardrobe,
the
bathroom
giant
mirrors
are
a
bit
odd,
but
fine,
and
for
some
reason,
it
always
felt
a
bit
dirty.
The
cleaning
staff
also
seemed
really
stressed,
they
were
only
a
few
of
them
and
had
a
lot
of
work
to
do,
I
hope
it
will
get
better
for
them.
The
sunbeds
and
bar
area
is
far
from
the
water
(since
the
beach
has
been
expanded
recently),
but
it
was
nice
and
relaxing.
I
don't
think
we
will
be
coming
back,
the
price
does
not
match
the
quality,
but
at
least
we
appreciated
that
the
hotel
is
pet-friendly,
and
it
was
a
fun
experience
in
mamaia
nontheless.
Thank
you.
