Very
disappointed!
I
will
never
visit
this
diagnostic
centre
again
as
it
only
caused
an
overhead
to
us.
I
can't
imagine
I
have
to
put
a
single
star
rating
for
such
a
disgusting
and
pathetic
place.
The
staff
here
lack
basic
professionalism
and
mannerism
with
customers.

get
your
staff's
attitude
aligned
or
learn
from
the
already
established
centres
in
the
city.
Had
got
my
friends
mothers
test's
done
here
in
the
morning,
while
I
was
told
to
pay
so
as
to
receive
a
soft
copy
over
email
(I
was
also
mentioned
If
I
pay
half
the
amount
of
the
tests
I
would
not
receive
the
soft
copy)
on
the
same
day,
and
to
be
thoroughly
sure
reverified
the
time
I
would
receive
the
mail,
but
to
my
surprise
never
received,
in
the
evening
I
paid
a
visit
back
since
I
had
not
received
a
soft
copy
and
to
my
surprise
,
this
staff
in
charge
had
no
promptness
to
even
feel
apologized,
whereas,
says
to
wait
aside
and
responds
to
queries
of
other
walk-in
customers
when
I
already
am
an
existing
customer
awaited
for
the
test
result
done.
The
request
to
wait
aside
was
so
badly
rude.
Let
me
badly
describe
this
staff
in
charge,
she
would
be
the
receptionist
I
would
say,
overweight
seated
like
a
block
and
talks
to
me
in
such
a
manner.
Only
when
I
went
on
to
say
and
scream
on
top
of
my
voice
which
is
when
they
stopped
all
the
yelling
back,
I
now
wonder
how
the
Manager
would
be
in
that
case.
I
collected
my
reports,
but
I
would
never
step
into
this
place
where
minimal
human
respect
is
down
to
the
drains.
Never
had
such
a
bad
experience
from
any
centres
in
the
city.
