One of the best Fillet Mignon! The ambience is lovely and staff is polite and helpful. It is pricey but you pay for the Resort experience!

The buffet breakfast at Planet Hollywood was served at the restaurant called Planet Dailies and had a very good vegetarian spread with lots of eggless desserts as well! We liked the breakfast all 3 days! What we loved the most in the breakfast spread was the South Indian food- Idli, mix veg dosa, chilli cheese uttapam, the kachoris were super yum, poha, paneer paratha (must try) and the dessert counter with fresh cakes, donuts and muffins! If you are a coffee lover go for the double shot cappuccino with the pancakes and waffles , you will definitely enjoy it :) What we did not like was consistency in taste for dosas and uttapams and few other dishes like chole kulche which were not upto the mark. The staff was super friendly and helpful and prompt on service.Hope we all get to travel soon to enjoy the favourite part of the vacation 😜! . . .Support us by following us for more updates!! . . . .#planethollywood #planethollywoodgoa #planetdailies #indianbreakfast #uttordabeach #goafood #goanfood #goabreakfast #buffetbreakfast #southindianfood #dosa #idli #uttapam #northindianfood #paratha #kachori #egglesspancakes #egglesswaffles #goaresorts #paratha #egglessdesserts #poha #bonda #cholekulche #vegyatri #mumbaifoodie #vegeterian #indianfoodie #goafood #indianbreakfastideas

I have had buffet all over Goa and elsewhere, Planet Hollywood's menu was, to be honest, limited. The food was okayish, not up to the expectations The staff were courteous, chef was cordial, place and ambience was fine, but not the food. It left a lot to be desired. The salad choice was limited, the items could easily would have been more. If you pay 1500+ taxes here, better have buffet at Panjim Marriot, its only 2000+taxes with much better menu and ambience

Ok so I visited this restaurant on 12TH March Sunday when I was at Utorda beach after seeing their online menu on the website. After reaching the restaurant I found just one page ka restaurant menu and what's uploaded on the website is wrong, I got upset but the guy who was serving us was behaving real nice so I didn't mind not getting what I expected in the menu , Eventually he suggested that Planet Hollywood has another restaurant PLANET DAILIES inside the hotel that we can visit for getting some more menu items. We went there and I found in comparison to other 5 star hotels in south goa the the prices were really high but still I wanted to experience the QUALITY OF THE FOOD. So, I VERY SPECIFICALLY told the guy taking order that we have certain health issues so please no extra butter or oil, cream in the Paneer masala and aloo gobhi . Now, after this precise instruction the food was served, I forgot to take picture but both veggies were literally Swimming in oil and I dont know what part of No extra oil and butter they didn't understand the dishes were not edible. These people charged 700-800/- per dish and let me tell you it was a sheer WASTE OF MONEY. I totally paid around 3200/- or so but the quality was pathetic . I told the serving guy couple of times but he didn't seem much in the mood of entertaining and was just constantly saying will take care next time. I have been a regular of many restaurants in south goa and wanted to be regular here as well but " NOT paying attention to the Customer details" , "Nagging if the customer is complaining" and "the food quality" they served is something that disappointed me and I will never be going here again.

Food served at Planet Dailies is very sumptuous and offers an amazing combination of flavours in every dish served. Especially mentioning about today's dinner spread, it was a beautiful mix of colours, flavours and catered to every kind of appetite. The spread begins with a detox drink, which is religiously kept on the counter, forcing everyone to detox oneself before the meal. This is a very thoughtful gesture by the chef. The combination of Greek salad and fruit chat was tastefully made, each with a perfect mix of salad dressing. The Mulligatawny soup was something that I was introduced to here for the first time. It was accessorized by boiled rice and a dash of lemon juice, which brought an explosion of flavours in the mouth. One might end up skipping the soup by mistaking it as simple daal chawal... But believe you me, it is far amazing than that. The starter green peanut & cheese poppers was again a revolutionary dish to taste. Not to mention, it was indeed very delicious. The generous spread of Paneer Butter Masala, Bhindi Do Pyaza, Aloo Shimla Mirch Ki Subzi, Corn Mutter Ki Subzi offered with hot butter "fulka" was a treat of dining at home away from home. Accompanying this spread was the Dal Peshawari with steamed rice, which brought in the richness of flavours but very very light to eat, thus taking me back to my childhood days of having food cooked by my mother. A suggestion from my side is, this combination would be complete with an addition of ghee to the dal and rice. Also on the platter was Pasta in four cheese sauce which looked like white sauce pasta but tasted yummylicious. The deserts were, as always, was a sweet explosion of flavours in the mouth.... And don't mistake them to be just sweet... They are different grades of sweetness with distinct flavours. Today I came with a very less appetite but ended up stuffing myself with this sumptuous food, and feeling happily contended. The review is incomplete if I do not mention the hospitality and warmth of its staff, which take pride in looking after us. I can vouch the very well deserved awards received by this restaurant till date, and will wait to see Planet Dailies donning more feathers to it already full cap. Good luck to the entire team.

I used the nearbuy app to make buffet booking. On the day i visited, there was no buffet but we were told we could order anything from the a-la-carte menu. I was a bit disappointed but the taste and presentation of the food totally changed my mood. The portions were very small but the service was top notch. The ambience is lovely too..

I like India yet my stomach couldn’t cope with Indian spice. So I chose fruits, eggs omlete, yogut or Lassy, butter Nam for dinner and breakfast. All the service staffs are very kind to an foreiner like me.

I have been going to Planet Dailies with my family for their ambience, service and personal attention we get especially from Mr. Tuakaram, Executive at Planet Dailies. My last visit with family was on Sunday, 19th September'21 for buffet lunch. Ambience was very good. Buffet spread was nice and food was tasty. As usual, Mr. Tukaram attended to us with his cordial approach and ever ready to help attitude. He makes everyone feel very comfortable. I recommend this place, without any hesitation, to any one wanting to enjoy a family lunch / dinner.

We just went to grab a couple of beers, but We tried their Veg Hara Bhara Kebab, and it was the best that We have ever had. Meenaxi, a charming young lady, welcomed us with a big smile. The buffet was also available, but we didn't go for it. Aman, our servant, was a great guy who made sure that our dining experience is up to the mark.

Thai red curry was really excellent: aromatic, complex, and captures the essence of the dish. Really excellent. Paneer Tikka was also aromatic and a bit sweet. Arrabiata pene was pretty tasty also. Cheese cake was okay.
