My fiancé and I popped into Luna in Concord for our weekly date night. Luna is the type of place you want to support. They’re small, family owned and local. The ambiance is lively and if you like a lot of room between tables, this is not for you. I enjoyed it. The food was good, the service was friendly and overall we felt like it was properly priced. Is it kind blowing Italian? No. But it is a good value you wouldn’t feel guilty repeating twice a month.

My group loved our meals (plus dessert!) and the staff was so kind and made sure we felt welcomed and had an enjoyable evening. I'm very touched this place has so many loyal customers and has survived everything the pandemic has thrown at them. Hope they can continue to serve great food and service for another 20+ years.

Friday evening fun with friends! We went to Luna in Concord, it's been many years since I was there, but I'll be back soon! Dinner and great conversation. We shared some Goat Cheese Garlic Bread, I had a Caprese Salad and Deb had the Spinach. For entrées I had one of the specials - Crab and Artichoke Ravioli, Deb had a Seafood Pasta and Michelle had the special Risotto with crab in a lobster sauce. We finished by sharing a piece of the Creme Brulee Cheesecake. All washed down with the lovely bottle of Zinfandel that Deb supplied. Incredible food, good friends and delicious wine. A wonderful way to enter the weekend. Highly recommend trying Luna if you haven't already been there!!

Enjoying the band at the park and ordered dinner from Luna's. We ordered the Tangine chicken and Moroccan beef. Both were delicious. I love when you get a meal and can identify all of the items in your food. It was delicious and the staff so pleasant and helpful. I would recommend stopping in, cute, small, with European charm.

Great service and food! Highly recommend this decent restaurant! I would say that Luna is always the best choice for Italian food in Concord.

We really like this restaurant! We come here with the family all the time. You HAVE to try the lasagna, its soooo good. We were also there for the Moroccan night and enjoyed a belly dancing performance, it was great!

I loved the service. We were a big group at Luna on Thanksgiving day. They took such good care of each and every one in the group. My daughter who was 10 said that she was treated with so much respect. The server took the coat out for her and she felt super special! The atmosphere is very warm and cosy. I had gnocchi with much hopes but that's where they fell back. I wish they had raised the bar for the food served. I would have given them a 5.

Reading previous reviews, we were looking forward to having a wonderful dinner. We made reservations for 6:30pm as this was Mother's Day. We arrived early and there was a lines out the door. 3 parties for 6:30pm were waiting outside including us. We got our table around 7pm. There was someone playing playing an electronic keyboard by the door. He had an odd array of music for an Italian restaurant. He went from Oye Coma Va by Santana to Fernando by Abba. He had the back instruments play through the keyboard. He would sing at times too. Streaming music from computer would be more appropriate. Anyway, we ordered the highly touted garlic bread as the appetizer followed by the boneless short ribs. We waited 20 minutes and still no garlic bread. A table seated after us received theirs before us. Their waiter apologized for their bread arriving late and said it would be comped. Owura was much later with no apology. The short ribs came and seemed on the chewy side. I mentioned to my girlfriend that the varied music and the service reminded of being on a cruise or at a casino. We wanted to try the lemoncello for dessert but as slow everything came, we had it to go. That was the best part of the dinner. I'd give the dessert 4 out of 5. Then the garlic bread 3 out of 5. The short ribs a 2 out of 5. Service and ambience 1.5 out of 5. I wish it was better but hope it will improve in time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday party today! Habib and his entire staff were so welcoming and professional. Great food and wonderful atmosphere!

Luna is a Concord gem, with amazing tasting food. The setting there is cozy and not too loud even on a busy day. They serve a variety of different wines and beers to champagne. The Luna family treats everyone guest with the same level of love and appreciation and is very passionate about making people feel welcomed. When I was there I dined with my girlfriend. We started off by having a Burrata that was amazing, followed by the NY steak and Salmon Piccata that was almost to die for but you have to live to try it. Ending the night with a Tiramisu that was so delicious WOW. This place definitely has me craving the flavors of Luna. This place is a diamond in Concord

My sister took me for a birthday dinner and it was so much fun! Walter and Juan gave excellent service, and Habib the chef did an outstanding job with food! The parmesan goat cheese bread was mouthwatering, so was my lasagne! Everyone at our table enjoyed the food! The carbonara was very creamy and tasty. We ended the night with a slice of cheese cake and a limoncello, they were all fantastic 😍! Can't wait to go back there and try more of their dishes!

Stopped by this place on my way home and let me tell you it's been a while since I've eaten some good Italian food and the service was exceptional.

My daughter and I came to this restaurant because she saw the menu and like the food that they had. It is small but it is also comfortable with very friendly and professional employees. The food was made hot and served quickly. I enjoyed the menu options and the prices are reasonable. Dessert was delicious and the manager is a great person for this restaurant. The chicken in the Caesar salad was very delicious and I liked the fact that I was able to cut the strips into as many sizeable pieces as I liked. My daughter was also given a coupon as a first-time customer that allowed us to get a free appetizer with the purchase of two entrees. That was a nice introduction for the restaurant

First time in California and first place my husband and I tried for food. Not only was the food so delicious. We ordered and split the Porter house with veggies and the appetizer we chose was the garlic bread and goat cheese. Both VERY delicious. The staff and I mean every person we came in contact with was so welcoming. The owner not only spoke to us at our table but when we walked out, he wasn’t there and he walked outside just to tell us bye. He gave us the dessert sampling of eclairs. Wow is all I can say. We will be back.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and Habib and the rest of the team were very kind and took great care of us. We really enjoyed the food also. It was very delicious! With that kind of customer service and amazing food it would be a pleasure to come back!

Spectacular food and incredible service! Every dish was well balanced in textures and flavors - it’s clear the chef has a vision. Even when asked to improvise (vegetarian), the dishes they created were delicious and interesting. We’ll definitely be back!

A hidden gem. We ducked in for a change of pace and were blown away by the quality of food. Amazing seafood Pescatore and the Chicken Marsala was light and flavorful. Our ticket got lost in a flurry of a community event and crazy dining room and we were immediately seen to. We felt like family. This is now on our date night/celebration list.
