I am always apprehensive of trying new places for hair for my girls. We decided to try Prep in Walnut Creek because of a recommendation from a friend that goes there. I am so happy we did. Returning customers for sure. Shawn and Naomi were awesome. My girls hair was adorable and I will be making an appointment for me as well.

Completely scammers. I made an appointment online for walnut creek and it booked me to san francisco. There is no option to change locations and cancelation is full charge. $45 dollars taken due to lack of customer support. Have you never thought of a scenario like this ?

Never coming back to that place. We paid $40 for the haircut for my 6 y.o. His hair looks like it’s been bitten off by a cow: no shape, all sticking in every direction, all different lengths: some cur to the scalp, some not cut at all. Frankly, his hair looked better before the cut. I wonder how this place got a 4.9 rating. Perhaps we were extremely unlucky picking a wrong barber. writing this from another hair salon where they are trying to fix this at this very moment
