If
you
have
children
or
an
accent
I
wouldn't
recommend.
I
booked
a
room
for
me
and
my
2
children
(5
&
2).
The
weather
was
meant
to
be
nice
so
I
thought
I
would
take
the
kids
somewhere
nice.
I
book
the
room
on
hotels.com
on
friday
night
to
check
in
Saturday.
As
I
was
packing
I
realized
I
hadn't
asked
for
a
cotbed
for
my
daughter
so
I
rang
the
hotel.
I
called
the
hotel
the
owner
picked
the
phone
I
explained
I
had
just
booked
and
needed
a
cot
added
to
the
room.
Below
I
what
she
said
to
me
"I
dont
want
you
staying
in
my
hotel,
am
the
owner
and
I
choose
who
stay
in
my
establishment
and
you
are
the
sort
I
wouldn't
want.
Plus
I
have
other
guests
staying
here
and
your
children
will
most
likely
to
disturb
my
guests
and
they
might
break
my
stuff"
I
was
caught
by
surprise
unexplained
I
had
already
paid
for
the
room
she
insisted
she
would
refund
the
money
once
hotel.com
had
paid
her
but
either
way
she
didnt
want
me
staying
in
her
establishment.
I
told
her
not
to
worry
I
would
cancel
my
trip
which
I
did.
I
called
her
Monday
chasing
my
refund
and
this
time
she
said
I
lost
her
business
by
booking
her
last
room
so
I
should
forget
it.
So
I
contacted
my
bank
who
refunded
the
money.
Few
weeks
later
(24.09.21)
I
was
contacted
by
my
bank
to
say
I
had
reported
a
false
claim
and
that
both
hotels.com
and
this
hotel
could
prove
I
stay
with
them.
So
I
lost
Β£70.
I
am
not
one
to
complain
or
review
but
my
experience
with
this
hotel
is
one
of
the
worst.
I
also
do
believe
her
attitude
change
when
she
picked
up
my
on
my
accent.
Either
way
if
you
have
children
or
have
an
accent
you
probably
should
stay
away
from
this
hotel.
