The manager very nicely helped us find shirts, including one which featured Snoopy dressed as a vampire! And when there wasn't the correct size on the shelf, she was able to find the right fit in the storeroom! She was so kind and helpful! Thank you, Five Below!

I was there yesterday around noon.. who ever the older lady was at the front checkout needs to be mindful how she speaks to people. She was finishing up ringing up a customer and proceeds to tell me that I can go to check out myself. Mind you I never used their check out counter and I had a bag of candy that had no bar scan on it. I told her I didn’t know how to ring up so she said I’ll show u. My question is if u can show me; Y couldn’t you ring it up at the regular register. Then she ask me how many piece of candy did I have; I was telling her individually I have 15 of these 10 of this…She stops me n says with a slight high pitch condescending tone how many you got in all. I paused n looked at her because even tho she was older I’m a grown. Customers were around and my daughter was with me. Before I said something that would’ve obviously escalated the situation. I gave her any number … less than what I had..once she put in the amount she tried to redeem herself but it was a little too late. Be careful when talking to customers any kind of way… one day you will bump into the wrong one! Yesterday I was just in a good mood.
