Everything was just what I expected except for checking out. I wanted a printed copy of my receipt. It turns out I had a digital copy in which all my tax exempt things were correct, but the front desk person insisted that they entered the stuff wrong on their system and wouldn't print me anything off until he had corrected everything. 10 minutes later I just left, I have waiting and wanted to eat not wait for 20 minutes for someone to type things on their computer

We recently stayed 3 nights at the Courtyard Marriott Duluth, Ga. Excellent stay. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again. Super Clean hotel and room, Comfy bed, Quiet area, quiet room/didn't hear any noise, Staff ALL very friendly & customer focused, the Manager Steven was super kind and helpful when we needed to arrive a date later due to illness, Jude was super kind and free shuttle to and from concert at the arena was perfect/no parking stress. The room was smaller than most hotel rooms. However, it was super cozy and efficiently designed. We really liked it. Nice half moon shaped couch and foot stool (turns into a bed), refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with k cups and tea bags, nice full size shampoo, cond, and body wash (all were lovely scented; not overwhelming scented), Small night stand on both sides of the bed. Kuddos to Duluth Courtyard Marriott. In today's world where customer service and housekeeping are lacking it is Definitely NOT lacking here. Every single staff member we walked by even in the hall ways stopped to greet us and smile and were all super helpful, kind, and working diligently. (I am always concerned with a bad, hard bed, a dirty room, dirty air filter, and poor customer service. Not here!!! Praise the Lord for this Courtyard and Al all the staff. Free parking Nice indoor swimming pool Location was perfect - Just off 85 and 5min to Gas South arena(which is awesome), many restaurants and Publix near by. Smoke free hotel- definitely appreciate that Have this hotel train all other locations that may need to improve because they are the best we have experienced hands down.

I would not go to any other hotel when we are in town again. We did not order room service so we can't tell you how that was. But we can tell you we felt safe , the staff was great the breakfast was good. But how can u not have bacon 🤔. Lol Over all our stay was fantastic.

Comfortable rooms. I had good service upon check in. Clientele was fairly loud and I was woke up at 4 a.m. The front desk did quie them down but they got mad and started slamming doors. By then the damage is done ..had to work 10 hours the next day with sleep deficit. Take earplugs with you. Also all Courtyards nickel and dime their guests for everything. Expensive coffee and no half and half! Supposedly a "Starbucks". Service at breakfast very unfriendly.

Rooms were immaculate and secure. Friendly staff but did not interact much. Only thing that would have made our stay better was a hot tub 👍🏻 They only have a small indoor pool but the workout room looked great! Had i been traveling for business instead of with family, would have definitely utilized

We stayed stay here 1 night while in town for a concert at Gas South Arena. The hotel was very easy to find. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly. The place was very clean and updated. Check in process was easy and quick. Our room was just as requested, clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked great! We have #3 things to brag about with this hotel. 1. When it came time for us to hop over to the venue for out concert the hotel offered to shuttle us there and back. AWESOME!! 2. Once we arrived back after the concert, we were hungry. E hung out in the lobby for a bit trying to decide what to Doordash and the ladies at the front desk were super helpful in suggesting good restaurants nearby. 3. When we left the hotel the next day, once we got home we realized we had mistakenly left some hanging clothes in the closet. A quick phone call to the hotel, the were able to locate them. I emailed over a shipping label and they got these returned to us with no hesitation! 100% top notch customer service! If we find ourselves around this area again, we will definitely stay here.

Was in from out of town for a wedding. Greeted by friendly people & easy check-in when I arrived 7PM after long day of travel, for 4 day stay. Dropped off my luggage & went downstairs to their cafe for a bite. Grilled deli sandwich & fries hit the spot. Back to room & lights out. 3rd floor room overlooked nearby hills. Room included comfortable queen bed, microwave (wouldn't know if didn't look for it) coffee pot, iron/ironing board & hair drier. Staff were helpful with any other needs that came up. Guest access to pc's & printer. Gathering area off lobby with television, comfortable seating / tables for small groups, fireplace, ping pong table off in one corner (which was fun as family (12) dribbled downstairs 1-2 at a time). Found coffee shop short walk away. Plenty of things to do with short drive. Overall, felt welcomed at hotel and had a great stay.

What a disappointment this place. It’s hard to process when someone who’s supposed to be friendly and respectful is totally inappropriate in their behaviors and rude, just plain rude. I will never stay at this location again. Please train your personal to improve their interactions with others. I’m on a business trip and quite disrespected. I’ll be calling corporate as well.

The room was much smaller than we expected. The bathroom was dated and in need of an upgrade. Otherwise, the service and staff were great.

This is a great hotel. Very clean - rooms smell amazing. Comfortable beds - way more spacious rooms then other hotels. The area is great and safe with great food right next door! Starbucks available which is a huge plus and not a crazy busy hotel. Weekends are quiet - during the week is busier. 100% will stay here again and again. I am a tough critic when it comes to cleanliness and this one definately meets my expectations!!!! Amazing staff as well! Ecspecially upon check in and the barista! Also if you have kids - the pool is ACTUALLY WARM!

Stayed here for a soccer tournament. Booked at the last minute, and everything went smoothly. They have good breakfast (not complimentary) and bar selection. Nice to go down and get a beer and wings (on the expensive side). I would stay again.

The front desk staff were amazing. Our reservations were a little complicated for 2 rooms and there for an event but they were most helpful to make sure we didn't have to change rooms and that our rates were charged appropriately. Our rooms were VERY comfortable and well stocked with essentials. Starbucks staff were really kind! It was all around wonderful!!! Thank you.

The hotel can use some updating but the gentleman at the front desk and I do not remember his name, I believe of Indian descent, went out of his way to treat me with tremendous courtesy. I believe it was the last room they had and he could not have been any nicer to me. I apologize for not remembering his name but he was a sweetheart. In the morning I needed the business office services to work I needed a printer and that did not work. The morning staff did not care and had no idea how to work a computer or a printer. I'm not complaining I'm just pointing out a fact. The gentleman in the evening makes that unimportant to me

The staff is so friendly!! Wonderful stay. My 2 year old woke up early before the rest of the family. So he and I went down for breakfast. The kitchen staff saw me struggling and they gave fruit for free in hopes of calming and this was during a very busy rush! Just great! Best Marriott stay by far!

I discovered the plumbing issue shortly after arrival (stopped up tub and sink), called the desk for maintenance.waited four hours. No one showed. Took a shower and stood in backed up water the whole time. Going out for evening around 8pm, and requested again for someone to unstop tub and sink . Came back to hotel at 1am. Again, sink stopped up and the next morning, stood in 4” of water in the shower. Totally unacceptable. I asked upon checkout for Nia at the desk to have a manager call me. I never heard from anyone. It’s been over a week. Even more unacceptable. Bad communication and bad management it seems. I definitely will think twice about staying in ANY of the Marriott Properties in the future, but I will never stay there again or recommend that hotel.

For my two day stay they did not clean my room After the first night. I was very disappointed that they did not offer even a free continental breakfast. Other Courtyards offer a nice breakfast. I will say that the staff was great! Alex, our shuttle driver was fantastic!

After an 8 hour drive, was happy to find a clean, pretty room waiting for me. Well decorated. Front desk man who helped us check in at 2:00 a.m. was kind. Highly recommend.

A more consistently friendly front desk group of employees you would be hard pressed to find . The service staff was also very helpful with or requests . The Starbucks staff was a little short on total store appearance. Found tables not attended to after customers had left. Also would like to mention the view from our 6th floor window noticed many discarded bottles, cans, floor mat, and some paper trash thrown on top of the wall where cars were parked.

Everything was clean, room was updated and very stylish, no noise complaints whatsoever. All 3 staff members working the desk at the different times I went by were all so very friendly. Big modern walk in shower. Bed and pillows were so comfy. Saw a couple of reviews mentioning possible bed bug bites from here but our room was spotless and ZERO bug issues for us. Easy walk to Gas South District if you are headed to the area for a show. We enjoyed not having to deal with event parking or ubers. The restaurant on site not so great, don't recommend. $25 for a breakfast quesadilla, a barely toasted bagel with plain cream cheese and 2 juices was meh. Next time we'll just grab breakfast elsewhere. The hotel itself was exceptional and more than worth the price paid. Will be back again.

Stayed at this location because it was close to Gas South Arena. The rooms and customer service was great. When I checked in the Hotel and inquired the walking distance to Gas South Arena no one even knew where that was, which was shocking since it was only 3 miles away. I was then informed that they had shuttle that could drop me off and pick up, I asked how far in advance did I need to call and was told 15 minutes before I needed shuttle. I called when shuttle was needed and was informed that shuttle was out on another trip and I should have called 1 hour before shuttle was needed (contradicted what I was told at check in). When the concert was over called front desk for shuttle to pick us up and was informed that thr shuttle was done for the night. Overall inaccurate information on the complementary shuttle service. Overall great visit!

This is what I wrote to the GM……. Thank you so much for reaching out. Happy to hear they didn’t “find/see” the bedbug(s). However, that doesn’t mean they weren’t/isn’t there. I have bites (not skin irritation) on my right hip and my right hand that’s still extremely itching. I’ve contacted that pest control company and asked them “if no bugs are found, does that absolute mean they wasn’t there”? I was told “no”. “They could be hiding in carpet, pillows, and deep inside mattress. They usually come out when body heat is detected. Or, they could of attached them selves to my luggage or clothes”. I’ve been a Marriott silver elite member for 10yrs now and I’ve never experienced any of this before (which is why I love the company), but me waking up at 3am to come get blankets to sleep on the floor isn’t the Marriott way! Since I can’t get my refund, I have no choice but to take things up from here. Please send me your regional manager contact information, thank you. I was bite up from bedbug(s). Apparently my bites and videos isn’t enough proof, since I’m not pest control!

Hotel was very nice. Front desk was always smiling, engaging with the guests to see if there was anything we needed, every time. Enjoyed the stay, the Tv's in the lounge! Bistro Restaurant was nice, small & quaint. Only suggestion would be expansion of the hours, especially on weekends. Lived up to the Marriott Name! 🏨
