ZERO STARS!! I order online and use the curbside pick-up. In our last order we didn't even receive all of the groceries we ordered. We had to send the shoppers back twice for the SEVEN items that were missing from our order and then still had to go in the store ourselves because they couldn't find some of the items. We went into the store and the items were exactly where they always are. Now we're home and realized we still didn't have everything. We ordered and PAID for 2 orders of deli turkey but got ham and cheese instead. We ordered and PAID for raisins and didn't receive those either. Every single time we use curbside pickup here our order is wrong and the employees get an attitude that we want the groceries we paid for. Speaking with a manager is always pointless. They never apologize for the inconvenience and never make any amends. We will not be coming back to this store again. If you want to risk curbside pick up at this location be sure to triple check your order.

This is a full service BJ’s Wholesale Club. There is a gas station, an auto/tire center, they have a bakery and deli. There are shoes, clothing, outdoor furniture, seasonal items along with all the other regular items that BJ’s carries. The staff here are friendly, efficient and professional. There is easy access to the store and plenty of parking. The store is clean, organized and well stocked.

Today me and my grandma came here to buy a tv an they were nice finding somebody to help us out it in our car being that it was a 58in tv and I’m 8mo pregnant and she is 70yrs old , also I’m not sure why this store has bad reviews. I noticed the people who left bad reviews only write bad reviews for any reviews they have ever made … anyways we love shopping here for our bulk items … although I took 1 star off because they stopped selling our Green mountain Nantucket blend Coffee . That was one of the main things we shopped here for and now that there isn’t coffee or infant Baby formula today or membership is mainly used for gas … but now Kroger’s is beating there prices for gas some days …. Oh well ….

I ask the young guy working the hot deli (1/28/23), if they had some Leg Quarters. This is the pack of BJ’s Wellsley Farms Rotisserie Chicken Leg Quarters that he personally handed me; I wished I would have notice the burnt in the store.

I just went there and I was petrified. The smell coming from the moldy oranges and mandarins was the reason. I mean, how could you keep these items for sale and for anybody else to see! I will not be surprised if these oranges end up in delivery or curbside pick up. This is so disrespectful and disappointing...

It is disorganized, rude employees, produce and dairy was all about to go bad in about 2-4 days. Had 18 checkouts open and only 1 was not self checkout. Had to call for help 3x and the first lady was so beyond rude! Their trash bag selection was bigger than their produce selection! Will only be using them for certain things and because I paid for membership. Please check all their expiration dates!!!! Also me and another lady was trying to find a loaf of bread that wasn’t hard as a rock and couldn’t find a single loaf of any brand!!!!

Guy selling at&t phones and plans today may be better off selling water at the front door. I'd actually pay more than purchase from him b/c ppl with his tactics and uncontrolled emotion often hide things.

It’s always a pleasure to shop here. Today Shawn in Optical went above and beyond for me. I stopped by to see if he could adjust some sunglasses for me that I bought elsewhere, they sat crooked on my face. He fixed them in leas than 5 minutes free of charge.

People pull up and pull away in and out parking lot, speaking about stock ownership maybe so, wifi compatibility stock shelves were high compacted, entry through male clothing is sight to see price and size is a bargain, atmosphere BJ's is different than recent Sam's club, more popular environment, more liked items to purchase and cooked goods were more liked, Apple barters sales cell phone but tried to sale me a Samsung flip, MIMI sales rep. postioning follow her up with ideas, my Apple co. Expertise suggest Apple CEO is my opposite in PR approach maybe. BJ's checkout line is swift I prefer standing in it than competitor wholesale, Gas station is same in applicable arrival and departure. Somewhat time was on amd popping.

Look at the expiration dates. They will keep expired items on the shelf on purpose. Because I was looking at the salad dressings and every single one was expired, told a floor worker, they looked at it and left them on the shelf. This has happened three different occasions with different items.

Gas prices is life saving in this economy; Good place to shop but i prefer other places for some products. Great competition for many merchandisers.

This Conyers tire center location is the WORST. June 2022 I purchased a set of Pirelli tires. 6 months later, on 12/12/22 I had a blow out on Hwy 20 East, no nail or anything was in the tire, it just blew out. I called the tire center, they told me that I have to get another tire. I took off the next day to get the situation corrected and spoke with Jerry, such a lost. Was there 2 hours supposedly Jerry ordered the tire. A week later, no phone or update on the replacement tire. I called to inquire and Jerry had not order the tire as promised. Michael, the supervisor was informed of my situation. I’ve spoken with so many people at this store begging for help. Jerry, Mike and Ms. Lee. David is the manager of the store. Today 12/26/22 I was told I have to get a Nexgn as my replacement tire, I have never heard of this brand, take it or nothing else. As customers, we have to be treated with respect and kindness. I will not come back to this BJ’s tire center EVER..

I recently ordered an item online and had to return it. I initiated the return online and was given the option of shipping it back or return it to the store. The shipping cost is at the expense of the customer so I opted to return it to the store. The guy at customer services said he could not process it due the system being down. I then asked to speak to a manager. After waiting for a long time, the employee that worked in the eye ware section asked if I needed assistance and directed me to another employee named "Jay". After several attempts Jay was unable to resolved the issue. I was then directed to a supervisor "Nimiah?" who preceded to process the return request. She was successful. I appreciate the diligence and the patience these ladies displayed and helping me through a very stressful process. Lesson learned: if you order anything online from BJ's and need to return it, take it to a nearby store. If there is not a nearby store, don't order online because the shipping cost to return is on the customer.

I like shopping at BJs. I always spend more then I'm supposed too. Cashier 436161 seemed like she had a attitude like she wasn't feeling being there or the questions we had while in the self check out line.

I ordered a cake for pick-up on Sunday. I went to pick the cake up and it looked hideous. I asked to speak with a manager and I wad offer 1/2 price or they would make me a new one, so I chose to allow them to make me a new one. The young lady in thebakery name Christine did a excellent job on the cake. The two managers Gail and Nimath were so helpful with rectifying the situation. To those three ladies job well done!

I arrived at 1205, they where supposed to get 19 pallets. Stood at door untill 1230, rung the door bell every 6 minutes, ended up taking load and dropped at our drop yard.
