I had such a great experience at this salon! It was my first time booking with them, and my stylist Carly was wonderful. She emailed me the day prior to my appointment so she was prepared with a plan, and even had a welcome gift when I arrived with items tailored to my hair needs! So thoughtful. She offered something to drink, which apparently there’s a variety of options, and brought my water out with a little chocolate! Carly explained every step of the color and cut process, involved me by making sure I was good with everything beforehand and made suggestions when I wasn’t sure. She had tons of recommendations for styling and hair care, and we had great conversation. I loved the end result, and I will definitely be coming back!

Courtney is the best! She is so sweet whenever I come see her; she is efficient, always gets my color perfect & is pretty quick even though i have thick hair. I can’t recommend her enough!

My service was very quick and thorough. My stylist did a great job of asking a ton of questions to get a better idea of what I wanted out of my haircut. She did seem like she was working a little rushed but the results of my haircut are fantastic so no complaints here!

Zuzanna is the absolute best! For the first time ever, I walked out of a hair salon beyond happy. I came in for a color appointment and she absolutely nailed the color and did an amazing blowout. She’s my go-to girl for hair from here on out.

This was my first time getting a service at Opulent Beauty and my experience was amazing! I booked a haircut with Zuzanna and she was very detailed with her work. She was really easy to talk to and she made me feel very comfortable. I was nervous from past haircut experiences where I was left in the dark until the end, but Zuzanna communicated every step of the way! She left my hair feeling healthy, shiny and brand new! She was also very knowledgeable about my hair type (3a/3b) and also recommended some products that could help with my hair concerns. This was my first positive hair salon experience in a long time and I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I needed makeup done for a school gala and booked my services with Stylist Zuzanna. She is a complete doll, very knowledgeable about products and very professional. I left feeling very beautiful, especially since I do not typically wear makeup. I was not overly done or unrecognizable, she has very good taste in application. Definitely book your makeup services with her, you will not be disappointed at all. She is also a hair stylist as well.

I've always had a hard time sticking with one stylist. Every time I had a stylist from a different salon do my hair and I didn't like it I would always reach out to Carly. She is an expert at color correction and I eventually figured I should just always see her. She's a great listener and gives great recommendations. I'm always the person that's afraid to speak up and say I don't like my makeup, nails, hair, you name it. But with Carly I felt comfortable enough to let her know that I didn't feel like myself. She allowed me to come back in after a week to soften the color and even styled my hair for my event that day. She's super chill and easy to have a good conversation with. I'm honored to sit in her swivel chair and HIGHLY recommend her as your stylist!
