I’m so happy I switched clinics/providers to Access Pilsen. I scheduled an appt with Brandy Prince and she’s an absolute gem. She sat and listened to me and provided great feedback. I felt heard. I wasn’t rushed. The clinic all around is so amazing. They offer good customer and patient care. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you everyone at Access Pilsen.

Wish I could give this place 5 stars!, Dr.Boerson deserves them! To bad her receptionist are so ghetto and uneducated. I wonder who does the hiring process here, since the manager is an airhead who doesn’t get anything done as well. I have been coming here for over 6 years and the Last year or so they hired new people and oh my goodness!! All receptionist combined don’t have half a brain. Hate to have to leave since my doctor IS amazing!!

Dr. Creary and all of the staff at Access Health are amazing! Dr. Creary is the first doctor I feel so comfortable and open with. As someone that suffers from medically related trauma, I find everyone at Access compassionate, understanding and always ready to listen to one’s wants and needs. I have nothing but great experiences and words to say about this place. Accessible and affordable health care and an amazing treat ready to assist you. Most definitely recommended!

Came in with my elderly mother who was scared to finally get her covid shot but Sonia(Sonya?) was very patient and uplifting to my mom which I appreciated at the time and my mother did afterwards. Usually we deal with cold receptionists when we rarely come here but she was very nice and pleasant.

I love all the doctors here, especially Dr. Berridge and Katy, who both provide care for my sons. The only feedback I’d give is better phone service. It’s almost impossible to get someone on the phone.

This is my neighborhood clinic and I love that they have late appointments. The front desk reception is very kind and helpful. This day Danny took good care of me and my husband. Gave me an earlier appointment then I had scheduled. I really appreciate his help and the services that they give to the community.

It’s always great to come here. I’ve been coming here since 2018 for my son and his pediatrician has always been great and so has the staff. They have always been quick to attend us and the maximum I’ve had to wait in the room waiting room is 2 to 3 min.

The moment you walk in here you are welcomed! The receptionist Elen was so much help the moment I walked in! Definitely recommend this clinic!

The receptionist Danae along with all the staff and doctors have been great to me. Danae is very welcoming and has been helpful when I came in for my visits. The doctors are great and very informative. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone wanting to try a new clinic.

I've been with the Access Pilsen family for over 15 years. To be apart of this community is to become family! Although, there are new faces. The staff, such as Arasely( RMA) & Brandy(NP) along with the rest of the Access staff, continues to lead with warmth, education, and organization. 🥰

Was my first time going to an appointment by myself, but everything went great. The receptionist were very productive. I have a great doctor. I had a very helpful discussion with her. I always feel welcomed and safe whenever I go there.

None of the numbers are working for this place. People lose their healthcare with layoffs and are forced to go to “In network” providers who are not even accessible!! How are people supposed to contact you?? The number on the medical card and online is disengaged. This is a sad reality of life in WARmerica! The average civilian has to use inferior places that are not responsive at all.

wonderful service from Dr. Katie and Anastasio for giving him a toy. Dr offered services and answered questions I had very well and helpful. An MA also gave my son a sticker after receiving his shots lol overall a very clean and fast efficient clinic. also very quiet in the clinic. 5 stars

This place is rocking 5 stars..They are always willing you to accommodate for late appointments, the waiting time is a plus little to no wait! The staff is awesome, courteous and polite. Danny in the front desk always goes out of his way to help out when needed!! I’ve been a patient for more than 20 years, they must be doing something right!! Kuddos to Access Pilsen.

One of the cleanest Access clinic, Receptionist are good & the doctor i seen today was nice. Just the waiting time kind of long to wait thats why i give 4star

First visit was ok. Then my son has started coughing and I wanted to make an appointment with his PCP Bernadine Berridge. I called the offie and told them the reason of the visit, then the office told me that they don't see patients have coughing symptoms. I understand that everything changed because of the Covid and I also understand if they require a Covid test. However, the office did not bring up the Covid test at all the just simply turn me away. They did not provide me any advises or help at all. Also it was extremely difficult to make an appointment with Dr. Berridge. If you called today the first available appointment of her is November. I am not saying that she is not a good doctor, but if you really want to help your children and get things down efficient I do not suggest this place.

I go here all the time and Sonia is always great to work with she is very patient and sweet. Always a great experience with my visits.

The manager, Efrain, got me in same day for a booster an hour after I called. As a needlephobe I couldn’t have asked for an easier experience. All over superb staff, but Efrains my MVP

Dr. Berridge is the best she is always available to answer my messages and has always seen my kids when they are sick. She’s the best!
