Beach side apartments. Very large rooms with all the basics. Do your own cooking or visit the local night market. Charlies resturant nearby with very nice well priced meals. We stayed for 10 days and loved it. Friendly owner and helper on site. Lovely gardens and a great snorkelling beach over the road. Very well priced for Rarotonga. Good Wifi spot and you buy a local wifi card to hook in $15 for 20 gb. Hire a scooter to get around the island .

The apartments are very comfortable. Our has a big space. The kitchen has everything you may need. The best of all, was the friendly staff, they're more than happy to help you, even if you want to eat a coconut from one of the palm trees of the place. The location wasn't the best though, it was to far from everything else on the island. You can't trust on the bus timetable, so you should consider renting a car or a scooter.

We were booked in for 6nights, we stayed one and left. It was dirty, unwelcoming, run down,very noisy with traffic being right by the road, the noise from the beach and the dog barking half the night. Do not recommend this at all. It was depressing.

Beautiful garden scenery all around. The beach is just across the road but isn’t visible from the apartments. I was on the bottom floor and the room was very big with a lot of outside space too. The room is old and the shower takes a while to go warm but for the price we paid it isn’t bad. There’s only two places that I saw that you can grab food from within a walkable distance and they aren’t open all week but the bus stop is literally right outside on the road so that was a plus. It was very hard to get in contact with the lady who owns it but luckily this wasn’t an issue as it wasn’t an urgent matter. I would recommend for anyone on a budget not looking for anything fancy.

Great location with an almost private beach across the road. Beautiful garden and spacious apartment. June was a lovely host welcoming us with some delicious fruit. The place is almost next door to the infamous Charlie's restaurant. Which makes it very convenient for a dinner and drinks without worrying about driving home. The only downside is that the apartment has no aircon. After a full day at the beach, we'd come back to a hot apartment. Other than that, we had a lovely stay and would come back again.

June was lovely as a host, very helpful when I asked for anything. Sadly, for myself I was expecting a restful room with sea views. I take responsibility for booking, not realising it was across road from beach. For myself, it was a spacious apartment but I didn't get any restful sleep as various neighbourhood activities start up early in mornings. Fine, if you want to start earlier with sunrise on beach. Gardens are very lovely.

Pretty dirty to be honest, and made me feel really stuffy and sick. Left to another place to Stay…:/ the people were lovely though and smiley

I changed the date several times due to canceled flights during the pandemic, and finally the host did not agree to another translation of the date of stay. It has not been possible to get to the region for more than a year and a half, and it will not be possible so soon. The accommodation refused to return my money. Unthinkable at this time to offer something without the possibility of cancellation. Watch out for it !!!
