Great place to stay, with wonderful views! Set up well for groups. I love that there are 6 wineries within 30 minutes! If you plan on staying in, just note, the TV's in most rooms are small. I see many negative reviews here, from folks thinking they can just walk up and in. This is a private B&B by reservations. Follow the adult rules people!

We spent a night at Mirtha and Mike's B&B. Due to the stormy weather, we had the opportunity to witness a spectacular lightning display from our window, which helped us have a restful sleep. The room was warm and inviting, with a comfortable bed. Mirtha and Mike exceeded our expectations by preparing a delicious breakfast tailored to my vegetarian dietary needs. Additionally, the stunning viewpoint, only a short 5-minute walk from the B&B, enhanced our overall experience. We enthusiastically endorse their establishment and encourage others to consider staying there.

Great location. Outside seating has wonderful views where you can drink your coffee in the morning. The breakfast was pretty good. Owners are very pleasant. My room had a fireplace which was a nice touch. A little outdated but clean. Bed was comfortable.

We had our wedding there in April and it was absolutely perfect! After having a different location cancel on us last minute the garden was quick to help us get things figured out with no stress at all! They turned out to be a better option with great views, fantastic service, delicious food and very accommodating! Mike and Mertha paid close attention to detail and made appropriate changes to the menu that accommodated ever guest! They were also very funny and kind! They definitely know how to work with people!! The cost was responsible and they worked with what you wanted! It was the stress free weekend wedding i had always wanted! We’ll definitely be back for future visits!

We had a very pleasant experience at The Garden Inn. It was very relaxing and the views were amazing. Photos don’t do it justice. The breakfasts were great and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was such a nice get away!

The Garden Inn is a hidden gem! The owners are super friendly and accommodating, the room we stayed in was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the ravine. The breakfast served was delicious, and the best part is the short 5 minute or so walk to the Bee Rock overlook. The grounds of the B&B are beautiful as well. We will definitely be back again!

Stay here. It's the best and cleanest place you'll ever stay. The owners are super nice and helpful. We were hugging each other after 2 days.

First off, I’ve never stayed at a B&B before, and to be honest, I now know it’s not my thing. (Many trips I take require leaving a room early in the morning for events then getting back later. Not quite in line with a B&B mentality) that being said, it was a quiet and peaceful place in the middle of nowhere with a decent room. There wasn’t really seating in the room per se, and the TV was small. But we weren’t there to watch TV. The host were very attentive and accommodating, and while the hot water system might need an update to really enjoy the whirlpool in the room, I can’t really complain. They even had a maid service the room which we haven’t had in a hotel for years. (We would have left it a bit straighter that morning if we knew) I’m not sure I would go again, I’m more of a camping person, but if B&B’s are your thing, it’s a great place. (It might not be fully handicap accessible, but I won’t swear to that.)

This bed and breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The entire home was so clean. Mrs. Mirtha was so kind and was there to accommodate us completely. She made coffee for my husband after dinner as a special gesture because she knew he liked coffee. She made sure we had our favorite music to listen to while overlooking the spectacular mountains. The deck to enjoy a glass of wine while feeling a wonderful breeze and see the gorgeous scenery of Cumberland Plateau mountains was so peaceful. The small hike to reveal the wonderous beauty of Bea Rock will always be a truly wonderful memory. This was a very special weekend for my husband and myself. Mrs Mirtha and her wonderful staff made it a trip to always remember. We will definitely return.

Beautiful views and great hosts. Mike and Mirtha are very pleasant, kind and Mike has a great sense of humor. Mike sent us to a great Italian restaurant and they cooked a great breakfast. Thank you to Mike and Mirtha. Richard Young and Tracy Barfield
