I had an awesome time at Cumberland Caverns. Shelby our tour guide was fantastic and so cool. The cave was nice and cool from the heat above, so that made it pleasant. Great workout climbing the rocky steps. Definitely go visit and have Shelby take you to an adventure down below.

Amazing cave adventure!!!! The prices are reasonable and the experience is top notch. Our guide was great. She was very knowledgeable and provided some great history about the cave and the environment. They have a cave concert hall which hosts concerts often. We will definitely go back again.

I first came here on a elementary school field trip almost 30 years ago. This place is truly amazing and should be experienced by everyone. We bring our kids every few years to see the beauty that this cave has to offer. Highly recommend and our guide Justin did a fantastic job.

Great cave tour. I am glad our small group went in. A little more than I expected to pay, but the guide Briana did a great job of explaining the history of how the cave was found and the geology of it. It was nice and cool inside and a great relief from the hot summer day! I think it would be exciting to see a concert there. Perhaps they should have some special "bargain" days you can come in to see it. But the hour and a half tour was well done.

Having visited several caverns around the Midwest, I have to say this is one of my favorites. The place is well preserved, several rooms with interesting facts such as seashells embedded in the ceiling from when that plate was part of the ocean. The most impressive part to me was the concert hall, amazing acoustics and the most beautiful chandelier hanging on top, bought in NYC, and currently have only one in the world in its class that still works. I would love to attend a concert there! The guides are knowledgeable and pleasant, but e we’re lucky to get Shelby, she was funny and gave enough info but let the group enjoy the views and have their own time as well. My advice is try to go early, first couple of tours are the best.

We booked reservations several days prior to our visit. On arriving, there is paved parking and a really nice visitor center / gift shop with nice and clean restrooms. Our tour group left promptly at our scheduled time. Depending on your hike, it’s a pebble / gravel path to the entrance of the cave. I would not recommend it for someone in a wheel chair or with a physical limitation. Once you entered the cave, there is a smooth sidewalk for the first 1/3 or so of the trail. It gets steep, windy and narrow for the last 2/3 and there are about 50-100 stairs you will traverse. It is an out and back for the East and about 1.5 miles total. It was so amazing to see the different “rooms” in the cave (they even have concerts down there!!). Our tour guide Victoria was awesome. we loved her personality, jokes and stories. This was one of the best parts of our trip!!

It was fun-enough. I did the discovery tour, I'm sure the adventure tours are much more exciting. Our tour guide was mildly funny, but knowledgeable, and the price was fair. I just don't see an appeal to a second time, the light show is ... meh, but it looks like an awesome venue for a conference, wedding, birthday.

We took 3 of our grands last weekend. It was so much fun. I highly recommend coming and touring. It's just a neat place to spend a few hours. Oh, would advise you to buy tickets online before you go to ensure you a spot. Especially on the weekend.

Such a cool experience! Our tour guide was Mitchell and he was fun, kind, and knowledgeable. We did the easier tour but some may find it a little challenging in certain areas (steps are rocky and a little slippery in some parts). Its about 56 degrees in there so I wore a light sweater but took it off during the tour since the walking warmed me up. I totally geeked out learning about the caverns and would absolutely do it again.

We booked the 90 min Discovery Walking Tour. The tourguide was not only knowledgeable but she also kept it fun with her humor. There's an area that has 350 stairs that may be changing if you're not a hiker.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cumberland Caverns! Our guide was entertaining and made the experience even better. Loved to hear about the history of the caves! I took my 10 and 12 year old along on the Discovery Walking Tour, and they both really loved it. We will definitely be back!

Always a fun experience and this time we brought our grandchildren for the first time and they loved it. Briana was a GREAT guide! She was fun and answered all questions and knew a lot about the history of the cave.

We were visiting from out of town and stopped by for a tour. Macie was our guide. She was happy, fun, and knowledgeable. The caverns were a great time. Check them out if you get a chance!

We visited Cumberland Caverns on a chilly Sunday morning, and had the place (and the tour) to ourselves. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and we had a great experience on the caverns tour. Part of the tour is an easy walk with slight inclines, the other part includes winding staircases with handrails most of the way. We were thankful for the handrails being sore from hiking Fall Creek Falls and Burgess Falls the previous days. Highly recommend!

We took the 90 minute tour and it was so much fun. Our guide Macy did a great job sharing educational facts as well as keeping us laughing. There are some steep stairs going up and down that are slick so keep that in mind when booking. The views were worth the stairs though. The cave is gorgeous.

Zoe was fun! It was only myself and my husband so we got a real personalized tour! She gave us the history behind the cavern and made it interesting! Beautiful area leading up to the caverns as well! Going up the stairs inside the cavern was a bit daunting, but worth the miraculous light show on the other side! Happy to have seen this place for sure!
