I cannot recommend Ellie Sanderson boutique highly enough. The dresses are beautiful and the store is gorgeous, but what really sets it apart from other bridal boutiques is the EXCEPTIONAL service provided by Ellie and her wonderful staff. I was incredibly nervous having had some pretty awful appointments elsewhere, but as soon as I stepped into the Beaconsfield store I felt instantly at ease. The girls were helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I felt completely guided throughout the whole experience and I’m THRILLED with my stunning Suzanne Neville gown. Thank you so much Ellie and the girls, I can’t wait to wear my beautiful dress.

What a wonderful experience! The girls were so so lovely and welcoming. Kirsty and Ellie made me feel so comfortable and found me the most beautiful dress, beyond my dreams! I'd been to a couple of bridal dress shops before going here and can honestly say it was a different experience entirely. I had a fantastic experience at Ellie Sanderson, all thanks to Sarah! The boutique was beautifully laid out and they have a lovely selection of dresses. Sarah was so lovely! She started off by sitting me down with my entourage and asked how dress hunting was going so far. At this point my wedding was only 6 months away and she completely put me at ease and told me not to worry and that we would find the right dress (which we did!). Her questions were so thoughtful and you could tell she was speaking from years of experience! She really put me at ease. I was stuck between 2 dresses and with the help of my entourage and Sarah, I managed to pick the dress of my dreams that day! I'm so glad I booked an appointment at Ellie Sanderson. Their aftercare has also been fantastic since picking my dress. They are super responsive and very detail orientated. I would recommend ES to any bride looking for their dress! The most wonderful welcoming & genuine group of ladies I’ve ever met. I was not the most confident person going into finding a dress and they made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They gave me great advice, recommending dresses I liked based on ones I tried on and also noting aspects of certain dresses to recommend others. The customer service was fantastic and the appointments easy to book. Would thoroughly encourage anyone to go try on dresses here. Special shout-out to Amy who suggested the dress I have ended up buying and to Sarah the manager who was so helpful through the entire process.

A 5 star service from start to finish ⭐️ From the ladies in the store, the dress selection and the location I could not fault my appointments. I returned twice and it feels like popping into home they give me such a welcoming feeling! I travelled to Ellie Sanderson’s beaconsfield store for a specific Suzanne Neville dress, however there was also another dress from her opulence collection that I couldn’t stop thinking about that wasn’t on the ES website. I called and spoke to Sarah who said she would make some calls for me, a few hours later she confirmed they could get it in for my upcoming appointment. The team were so accommodating even before I arrived. I tried on the first dress that I travelled for and it was instant that it was my dress. I had actually attended the appointment with friends and didn’t feel I could say yes without returning with my mum, grandmother and sisters so I made a return appointment for the following week. There was no pressure to make a decision that day and they were more then happy for me to take my time, they also knew that I had plans to visit another shop which they didn’t discourage me from at all. The following Friday I attended the other appointment in the morning with my family and had a wonderful time but nothing like how I felt with Laura and Sarah the week before. Once finished we had an hour to get back to Ellie Sanderson for the next appointment and we planned to have lunch, unfortunately there was heavy traffic and we spent the whole hour in the car. Sarah greeted us on arrival and told us not to rush, Sarah popped the kettle on and I spoke to her about my morning appointment whilst my family popped to a bakery to grab some sandwiches! Sarah was so accommodating and fetched plates for them to eat whilst I started getting the two dresses on. It was love at first sight again and I knew, as Sarah had known the week before that it was my dress! I felt a million dollars and I honestly believe the staff made the whole process even better then I could have imagined! Thank you so much Sarah and Laura.. from one very happy bride to be 🤍

I had an appointment at Ellie yesterday and had the BEST experience. It was my first wedding dress shop that I’d visited and Sarah and Laura put me immediately at ease - they were kind, helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel so special. They made the search for my dress feel so important and they were happy to make suggestions, help with accessories and do everything possible to ensure I had the best time. Thank you to all the ladies at Ellie Sanderson 💕 It was a completely seamless experience from start to finish on the journey to finding my dream wedding dress. I had originally gone to the Beaconsfield store to try on multiple dresses even before we had booked a date or a venue and fell in love with the Suzanne Neville, Rosewood. I didn’t purchase on that particular day as my family and I felt it was too soon. We then sadly received some news where we had the bring the wedding forward by 11 months now desperately needing a wedding dress within 4 months! Sarah and the whole team at Ellie Sanderson were absolutely fantastic and managed to make my dream happen. Contacting and making arrangements to have the Suzanne Neville dress ready for my wedding day which was now very fast approaching! The ladies at both the Beaconsfield & Kiddington store were fantastic. They made me feel so comfortable and at home. Their patience and expertise really made the experience of choosing my wedding dress just perfect. Wonderful experience with a super supportive team. From the first moment until leaving the door(did not want to leave, that’s how amazing the team is) it was the best experience to find the perfect dress. The Ellie Sanderson team were utterly fabulous and I can't thank them enough! Shocking service and old worn sample dresses. There was pressure sales tactics, putting me in dresses that were nothing like what I had shown the sales lady at the beginning of the appointment or the style I talked about to her colleague over the phone about the day before. The sales consultant then tried to get me to customise a dress that was nothing like what I was looked for, at an extra cost. The original inappropriate dress for me being already over £4,500 before alterations. A very uncomfortable environment to be in with no air con and very hot shop, uncomfortable trying on any dresses Very unpleasant experience that I really wouldn’t recommend paying £25 for, you would be better looking online. Was offered tea or coffee but I couldn’t have milk as was non that was in date. Three days after leaving the shop unhappy and after a terrible experience plain to see on my face while in the shop, I received a call from the store trying to get me back in for another appointment to buy a dress. I of course gave my feedback and suggested as a gesture of goodwill they may want to refund the £25 fee for the consultation. This was ignored and they said they were shocked I had that experience. I have now found my dream custom dress in Marlow, which I am thrilled with. I don’t like complaining but wouldn’t want anyone else to have the same experience as I had had at Ellie Sanderson luxury bridal studio, it was as far removed from a luxury experience that they promise in their name as possible! I would definitely recommend brides to be buying there dresses elsewhere. This store drained all enthusiasm and made dress shopping a problem and hassle.. to be avoided!

I wanted to express a huge thank you to the Ellie Sanderson Beaconsfield team - I’m especially grateful to Emma and Sarah for all of their help right up until I said yes to the dress! The team were great from start to finish - before my appointment, they gave me a call to talk me through how it all works, and get an understanding of what I was looking for which was really helpful. My appointment was my first dress try on and I was made to feel super comfortable upon arrival and really appreciated the down to earth and relaxed atmosphere at the store, which was paired with a lovely selection of designer dresses. Emma was very kind and patient with me and my family and provided helpful advice while I went through a few dresses and got a feel for what I liked. The service was really personal and I felt it placed genuine importance on my dress search! While I had found an amazing dress at the store, given this was my first appointment, I still had others to attend before I could make a final decision. Sarah kept in touch throughout and ensured I felt welcome to return for a retry and also recommended new dresses that had come in that matched my style. When I returned for the retry I was very pleased to be greeted by the same warm faces at the store - Emma and Sarah guided me through my second appointment as I finally said yes to the dress!
