The Surgery was very busy on the day so there was a delay in the time I was due to be seen. Having not been to this Surgery before I was somewhat anxious I need not have been, as the Dentist I saw was informative and reassuring. The tooth extraction was quick and painless. A very light a spacious space, plenty parking to the front. Very clean. Polite reception staff and lovely dental surgeon, he really put me at ease (I'm quite a nervous patient due to past horrors!). Overall a very positive experience. Thank you :)

Very good extraction, no pain afterwards at all. Unfortunately dentist forgot to sign or put in details of practice so the prescription for antibiotics (pretty important!) was invalid/illegal when I presented! So as I live quite a way from this practice (was referred by my local practice as certain medical needs I have necessitated this) I had to drive all the way back next day!

I am a very nervous patient, referred to Sands by my dentist for work today. I can honestly say that Manas was brilliant with me. Sam his dental nurse was lovely as well. The treatment I needed today was completed quickly and thoroughly. He checked that I was OK throughout, and that upon completion I was OK. Thank you so much for making a stressful morning so easy once I was in the chair.

Hygienist is great, understanding and gentle, no complaints there. However, Last time I went was £59, this time £79, no advance warning and I was asked to pay before the treatment. I tried to book a future appointment when I left and was asked to pay up front, I didn't book as I do not think that is right. I will book nearer the time. I think a 34% price increase is greedy.

I've been with the practice since it opened and am generally happy with the treatments and service, as I was on my recent check up. The huge increase in cost for hygienist services is unwelcome and unjustified though. Nobody can explain why it's gone up by so much and why email reminders to book appointments are sent every 3 months when you can only get check ups every 9 - 12 months.

My experience with the staff at Sands was excellent. The procedure and aftercare was explained to me in great detail before my operation. The staff all had a friendly approach and good sense of humour which put me at ease as I am not good with needles. Fantastic health care all round.

Dentist was really warm and had plenty of time for me, to talk and explain things ,l felt very comfortable in her presence,first class consultation, reception staff were very pleasant as well.

Was referred here by my local dentist for a sedated tooth extraction, I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect, the whole process was so easy and the nurses and surgeon were great! Highly recommend to anyone who is anxious about dental treatment!
