So far I have had very positive experience. Was able to get appointments the same day on all occasions. There was also some flexibility with the time and mode of appointment. On arrival short waiting time. Really happy. I also like the new refreshed facilities.

I phoned at 8 am 9th in the queue. Telephone consultation within 1 hour. Doctors appointment at 10.48. Brilliant service. Staff are very polite and listen to you. Well done to you all.

It was my New Patient Health Check with madam Kavita at Avenue Medical Centre she is very calm,friendly yet professional in her work.

Usually really good at getting phone consultations online but for a while now, online consultations never open for me to do it. Sitting on the phone in a queue of more than 50 people while getting youngest to school is ridiculous. Fix your online consultation!!

The phone line takes about an hour from 8am to get through and unless it's urgent you don't get an appointment. However when you do the staff are helpful and efficient and the clinic looks great I wish that more funding is given to NHS so that more people can get appointments

Dr Pannu is the one and only doctor that took my concerns seriously. I appreciate him and his help. He should 100% take a high role !

Dr Taylor is an excellent doctor and even called me to reassure me about my up coming referral, I was very happy with the way he dealt with my appointment

I am registered with the avenue medical centre and I have been for a long time. The reception staff are some of the most patient, kindest and helpful people I've spoken to. They are so friendly and will always do what they can to help. They are very polite and patient. Fantastic team and overall a wonderful surgery. Would definitely recommend.
