I don't know how useful to add reviews here. I just called the lady to book the room and she was extremely rude and not ready to explain or help in good manner. I read the old reviews and 90% reviews talking about service and staffs behaviors. I will rate 0 for the lady I spoke today to book room. When I spoke about availability she doesn't have manners to explain in polite way and even pricing she is telling 45+ tax. What is that. is that 45k or 4500? When I asked if it is 45000 she repeated it with 45 and then said 4500. Please give training to your staff. People need good hospitality. Stay will be more memorable only when you provide good hospitality with good trained staffs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay during the long weekend here. Amazing hospitality, tasty food, good indoor games, nice collection of books and a clean pool with kid friendly accessories. They have a small water park adjoining the property which is a highlight for kids with wave pool and water slides.

It was really lovely the food and they have a pool which is fairly clean and spa as well but it costs separate. They also have a water park. If ur coming from mangalore it might be a little far but really good for groups. Very peaceful and there are cycles too but u have to be careful about them cause they are rusted.

Ambience was nice. Food was good. Chef was very friendly was ready to provide anything for kids. Different indoor games and outdoor games were available. Water park also good. Had a great time.

To start with, they are just building things up. To be frank there are literally only 2 to 3 activities. Wave pool is good. Apart from this, there is really not much. Food wise it's OK. They dont have much option. But meals are fine. But washrooms and change rooms are literally bad. They must work on it if they need people to visit again. Change rooms don't have doors, screens and hooks are broken. Wash rooms are in real bad condition. @UVA Meridian - Please improve.

Impressed with the room. Service is a little slow (guess they have less employees to help the guests). Breakfast was average, but the restaurant in the ground floor serves good food (lunch which I had). Location and parking was good. Giving five stars for the room.

Had a wonderful stay. Great buffet breakfast. Swimming pool was clean and cozy. Amusement park with several rides. Didn't tried other restaurants as we went out for dinner.

Amazing experience. Earlier visited with Laughter yoga friends on 10.08.2022. Again visited on 2/11/2023 with laughter yoga friends and family, a group of 42. Lot many additions and updation over a period of one year with renovation of rooms, new Ballroom, additional facilities at Amusement park. Worth visiting again and again to experience the luxurious stay, delicious food and hospitality of all the staff

The rooms are priced decently. Amusement park is good. Spa is excellent. Food is tasty. However, a major con is the service. It needs drastic improvement. The staff is not trained and we had multiple issues dealing with them.

I went to the restaurant in the resort, they serve one of the best food in kudapura and it's the only place were you'll get decent food over there, had some ceaser salad, pasta and some Kung Pao chicken which was really amazing! The staff was really friendly and will 100% visit this place again!! Cheers to the service ✌

Great Hospitality Really properly maintained resort with lot of different plants and trees across. Huge resort with water park facility as well available. Great food and good service. Housekeeping is also doing good job in terms of hygiene and cleaning. Please don’t forget to catch up their Executive chef vaibhav Bajpai, he will help out with all the concerns not just food part. Really helping character and great to asset to the company.🙏🙏

I should write a detailed review. This is not to influence anyone but sharing my personal experience. This place kind of left me in mixed feelings. The attitude of some people is very uncomfortable. We reached with our family in the evening. The reception was a little Rude. When we entered the room. The room was stinking and there was cockroach at the window corner. The rooms are very average. The bathroom was clogging when we tried to take shower. I was refused the room with a better view even though the entire property was almost empty. The food is average. Though the choices are purely personal so I would leave the decision to the individuals.Some of the people are good..like the restaurant staff are friendly but the food delivery is very slow. They took 45 Minutes to deliver a Dal. We almost died of hunger. Morning breakfast was very average. The pool is ok. Water is a little dirty with insects and frongs. There are stray dogs walking around the property The waterpark is good and family friendly. Lunch we arrived a little late around 3 PM. They asked us to opt for Buffet since ordering will take time. But we realised that there was nothing much left in the Buffet because it was all over. Good thing they got what we needed with a delay. Left us a little disappointed there. We came to the room the phone has stopped working... At night my daughter needed water I went down to the reception to ask for water instead of sending it to my room he says " It's in the restaurant "instead of offering to arrange it to the room. I was more disappointed and I asked him to call the manager of the property. It was already 10:30 PM. The staff called up the GM . He says to the staff" I will not talk to any customer now it's night " That to me sounded a bit arrogant. He may have been genuinely asleep though. Just for a bottle of water there was so much drama. There are some good things though.. Room service people are good. Security people are good and restaurant staff are friendly. I am slightly confused weather to come back or probably stay somewhere else come here only for the waterpark. Leaving this property first thing tomorrow morning with mixed feelings. Honestly we wanted to extend our stay. Not happening now.

Been here for the amusement park. Decent water games, which is well maintained. However there is bare minimum dry games. The worst part here is the food which is served. Pathetic, disgusting for the amount they charge (180/-) per head. Plates were not washed properly, quality and quantity of food sucks. It's high time they improve the food quality served @ the amusement park and add few more dry games for the money they charge.

Water park is nice but that is separate from the Hotel. Hotel is very average and not worth the money. People can better stay outside and can come to water park alone. Uva Meridian is an average resort and waste of money

Loved this place to relax with family and spending quality time... Swimming pool and amusement park was prohibited during our visit as it was covid-time.. Night view is beautiful too...

Clearly, it isn't worth your money.! Most of the rides under maintenance (out of the 5-6 rides they have in totality). My College hostel food was much better than what we were served.!(Lunch) No complaints with the breakfast though, which we got as a complimentary... (Omlette was a show stealer). They definitely need an annual maintenance service, for all the rides.... (2 minor injury incidents right on the same day). Hope they improve.. and the plastics used are completely getting worn off and must be repaired or replaced.

Good ambience, nice place to relax and have fun with kids. Rooms are spacious and we'll appointed. Common washrooms requires attention.

Superb rooms, excellent service, good quality food, decent water park and other amenities. Overall facility spread over at least 40-50 acres. Would like to visit again

Ambiance of resort is best of its kind situated in vast property.. breakfast and multi cuisine restaurant and very friendly staff is a add on … the water park is the best deal for the children to be kept occupied for the day…

Great getaway to escape the concrete jungle with enough activities to keep the kids busy while you prop your feet up. Room prices are high, but they're large, comfortable and well maintained. A family of 5 (2 adults+kids) can easily manage in one room if for a weekend, but there's an extra charges for over 2 people. Their service speed however has yet to catch up post pandemic primarily due to staff shortage, but they do get there.

1. Customer service is ver poor 2 Breakfast quality was poor and all the stuff served was cold and they were not even bother about offering a glass Of water We should reach out multiple times for the same! 3. During checkin AC was not working and there was no TV remote kept inside the room. Need to be followed up couple of times to correct it .4. Being a 3 star hotel so called there was no buffet for lunch and dinner 5. In room dining was very much costly to the standard of the food they serve.

The place looks like an old abandoned building. There was no valet parking. The key card was given in our hand and no one even bothered helping us with our bags to the room. The room lobby has water leakage stains. There were no carpets in the room. The room minibar was empty and it wasn't even working. There are stray dogs loitering around the property and near the pool area, yet no one at the hotel seems to be bothered. Absolutely horrible place.

A pretty decent resort situated in a beautiful place. We had been there on a staff picnic but we did not stay overnight. We were provided the brekfast and lunch buffet. The food was really good and unlimited too. The area is well maintained and so is the amusement park. I didn't like the restaurant in the amusement park, though. We went there for snacks and I had one onion pakoda which was really bad.

The hotel exudes an aura of 'High Class' an is and experience in and of itself. I had gone there as a part of a trip to the water park nearby. The place is clean and decent looking, however, the breakfast was on the lower end of the spectrum as stuff would frequently run out and there would be a long delay before it got refilled. The lunch was some of the best I had. The food was let down time and again by the service. It's a good place to visit, especially as a venue for weddings and other important/big functions.

We had a lovely experience here. The staff were courteous and welcoming. Loved the food. No matter what we ordered, we were not disappointed. The spa here is excellent. The staff in the spa are very friendly and accommodating. I've given 4 star because of the amusement park. We had to pay separately for the amusement park which is totally fine. The maintainance is pretty bad. Only 3 rides were open. They mentioned that before hand. And every ride had a weight criteria which they did not warn us before hand. Apart from that it's a wonderful place to be with family.

Celebrated my birthday at UVA Meridien bay resort Kundapur , and I absolutely enjoyed the entire experience. The hotel's grandeur was impressive, and the staff's welcoming gestures added to the charm. The rooms were generously sized, adorned with regal interiors. We savored delightful meals at two of the hotel's restaurants, and the culinary experience was truly remarkable.

The hotel seems luxury from outside, but as you enter it’s not at all maintained. There’s hardly any greenery. Staff are not well trained either at reception or at restaurant. Well, more importantly, their service is below average. Just by infrastructure, a hotel does not become 4 or 5 star. The service esp the restaurant service is pathetic, tables and mats were dirty, not cleaned after guest leaves, service is very slow and waiters don’t understand the dishes written in menu. I had to explain, what’s penne and spaghetti pasta is, still served the wrong one after ordering and it’s tasted yuk, though the North Indian dishes served were decent. Breakfast options were very limited and tastes bland. It’s quite far from city, so you have to find a reason to stay here. Rooms were decent and spacious. Overall, I’ll not recommend and will never visit again

Visited as a visitor to our relative who is on a business stay at UVA Meridien resort . Really a fine experience to see the massive construction with architectural finesse and grandeur. Not all can afford to stay here as the tariff is in five digits according to the season and other factors. As far the experience is concerned it is really one-of-its kind. Great feeling. Great rooms.
