We stayed in this hotel for a night. Over-all it was a good experience. *Positives 1. Neat and spacious room 2. Ample parking space in the basement *Things to be improved 1. Air conditioning ( it didn't even work😵. The manager kept saying it would after a while . We waited the whole night. But it didn't work during our stay.) 2. No Toiletries and electric kettle in the room. 3. No water bottle 4. No restaurant

Great hotel in Kundapura city. Plenty of parking and excellent rooms. Within main market area.

Room is decent but with hanging spider webs. Some remainings of previous stay could be found on the bed and floor. TV with no set of box. Bath room is new but cleaning was improper. Bed is too small for couples with a kid. AC has no temperature control (though the display is there it does not work) and takes very long to make the room cool. No response from the reception when we call up in the night. So if a person is a very particular he/she won't like this hotel. So if they take more care of the maintenance it would be good. Parking: Closed parking is there in the basement.

Stayed at this place 9th to 13th June. There were a bunch of hooigans making noise at 1:30 am on two days disturbing the entire floor at night. If staying with family may not be advisable to stay there as ut has a bar and restaurant attached and such incidents might occur. Room doors don't have peep hole or safety chains. Tea coffee service starts only at 7:30 am. Evening also there is reluctance to serve tea coffee as the bar is closed from 3:30 to 6:30 in the evening.

Good hotel! Pros: Can be booked on call and reception procedures are smooth after arrival! Good interior! Good parking area! In city, easily accessible! AC works fine! TV works fine! Budget friendly! Cons: Fish market and meat shops at ground floor! Bedsheets were stained and were not changed after check in! No toiletries and towel provided in A/C room! Commod panels were stained because of guests who stayed earlier in room!👎 Found hair in wash basin! Bathroom mat is very old and worn out!

Visited this place on weekends in mid of night, Prices are very reasonable, Rooms are very clean and hygienic place

maintenance was not good and poor service., stay was nice but it was more like staying in friends place than at a paid stay there were spider webs in ceiling and a lizard, bee hive near washrooms window not maintained like proper serviced apartment., the place was good but it would have been better if they maintained it properly they didn’t provide any toiletries we had a lot of luggage, at night 1AM and very tiered due to travel, the servant didn’t help us with the baggage even after requesting him for help

It's a really nice place, reasonable price or i would even say cheap... very clean and lovely food. There's a restaurant inside the hotel and the service is also very nice. The people are very nice and friendly. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the railway station so if you're traveling and looking for something cheap and cosy this is a really good place .

Last week we stayed in this hotel. Very good parking space,rooms are big and kept clean and hygenic. Spacies windows. Good room service and the management people are very polite and very friendly relationship with the customers.

Hotel is in city centre, but road approach to hotel bit congested. But hotel has big parking space. Rooms hygiene is very good.

Good hotel, cordial staff, i had booked a service appartment which is also fully equipped with the required items, it would been better if food arrangement would have been available inside the hotel.

We are travelling from USA and stayed 1 week in Chalulya International Hotel in kundapura . It was excellent with food and accommodation. VERY Friendly staff .Also the atmosphere was very good . The hotel is beautiful in right location. THANKS to everyone to helping us for our vacation making it memorable.We will be back soon again.

A must visit restaurant. I had visited this place last month. It is situated in the centre of the city.The rooms are luxurious, spacious and really good. They even offer service appartments with all the requirements. They have a very ample parking space. Now with the change of management they have started restaurant services. The food was really tasty, especially 'thuppa chicken' is a must try. The staff is very kind and helpful. Overall it was a very good experience.
