Best juices & açaí bowls. Love this place!

Of all the juice/smoothie places I must choose from, and there are a lot, Nekter Juice Bar is by far my favorite. Unlike many other juice/smoothie places that use frozen fruit and veggie pieces with other unknown “enhancer” powders, Nekter uses fresh fruits and vegetables without any mystery powders. The staff is good for the most part, some very quiet but they get the job done well. Courtney, on the other hand, is very positive and upbeat. She talks to you, very knowledgeable about all the products, and upbeat. One thing I learned as a customer of Starbucks, is providing a great product delivered by a great staff, which keeps their customers coming back. Nekter may be the next Starbucks of Juicing.

The bowls and smoothies are really delicious and nutritious! Customer service in the morning needs to change at the Lyons Rd location in Coconut Creek, FL. The lady who usually makes the bowls in the morning is always in a bad mood. Sometimes makes us wait a long time. Used to stop at least twice a week but not anymore! If you want to purchase something there, go in the afternoon when she's not there.

One of my favorite juice bars in the area. Their smoothies are really good and have tons of tasty ingredients. They’re well balanced with quality ingredients and they’re never too sweet. It can sometimes be a little slow to get your drink with all the online orders, but it’s still delicious. They also have a cooler with protein bites and juices.

Very good service. They are very helpful and respectful. Juliana stands out the most with her will and passion to get orders done and make sure every customer had a great experience. She is a hard working women and she is very enthusiastic.

Nekter is always polite and professional. I order on the app which gives great bonuses and deals and order ahead is amazing. Ready when I walk in. 🥰 I love Nekter and everything you have to offer. My only obstacle I face is I forget to apply on Friday the two dollar off coupon in my cart before hitting pay. Maybe if there is another way to prompt to remind you. That would be it Otherwise staff is always kind and open up more locations You’re great. I usually get the Popeye and it’s great and today I tried the peanut butter and added blueberry and ginger is great.

Very clean place. Somewhat small but the idea is to grab and go. Employees are nice. I wish they had different bowl sizes though, sometimes the regular size is not enough if you're really hungry. Otherwise an excellent Acai place.

Smoothies and bowls are always amazing. The superfood bowl is one of my favorite especially because it’s packed with proteins. Definitely a place to go to on a cheat day. You can make the your own juice or smoothie which is perfect for people who are particular about what they put inside of their juices/smoothies. All in all a great store with amazing staff and products!!!

Not bad at all and the staff is always chatty and nice and usually the same 1-2 people that greet me by name and know I’m here for the daily deal.

Wanted to try something new in the area. Girls that work there were sweet and helpful, but what I got is not an açaí bowl. Doesn’t taste and doesn’t look like one. I would advertise this as a fruit smoothie bowl only. Really sad about it the açaí, but the juices looked good and fresh..

a nice smoothie place in the promenade. i like that the parking is easy. the inside is cute but can get a little loud from the blending. it’s best to just sit outside if you’re not taking it to go. but it all tastes delicious. i’ve had the bowls, smoothies, and shots. not disappoint one bit so far.

The first time I went there was only one girl working there in the morning on a weekday and she had so many orders and people would come in and leave because it was such a long waiting experience. The second time i went it was a lot easier since I ordered from the app and just had to pick it up. The juices were slashing each time just a long wait if you don’t preorder

This place is very cute and has amazing drinks! It’s just unfortunate that they do not have the proper amount of staff in the morning. I had to sit and wait 40 mins for my two drinks to be made because they only had one girl here who was bombarded with online orders and could not take care of me although I was present. Not her fault but felt this should have been handled differently. I will now make sure to only place online orders since they are taking care of those first rather than a person being there present! Annoyed is an understatement. Also another employee shows up but just went to the back rather than assisting her. Not the best customer service!

The absolute best protein acai bowl I've ever had. The fresh made juices are super amazing also! You guys really know flavor! I highly recommend this place! Perfect location and great every time!

I decided to give this Nekter another try but again, it fails with the customer service. The whole objective of ordering on the app is for the product to be ready in 15 minutes. Furthermore, customers should be acknowledged when they walk in. Today, not only was the product not ready to be handed even though it was in the fridge nor was I and many others not acknowledged, but the two workers just spoke to each other and their friends that ordered something. A lady walked out as well because of the lack of customer service. When I did finally get fed up and walk from the ready section to the order section, I get acknowledged rudely and informed that they were working on something else and didn’t ask for my name but what I ordered. Disgusted with the lack of manners, consideration and courtesy completely. In the end, when you are working a customer service job, the customers come first. Not your friends, or personal problems. Need more suited workers.

Best quality of juice I've had in a while. Everything is freshly juiced. Clean, friendly, and modern look. Highly recommended.

What started out as my new favorite smoothie place turned out to be repulsive from management-Victoria Perrier. The popeye smoothie was all milk and no hint of any ingredients. I'm not asking for 16oz of fruit organically sourced like RawJuice, but quality product as provided in the past. This smoothie was not super cold and lacked flavor and for the price, I ask for what I ordered just as they requested the cost they asked for. I let them know this time around was not as favorable and as you can read for yourself in the emails below, Victoria is accusatory and borderline abusive to customers. What started out as concern for a place I like to frequent, turned into a disgusting, inappropriate, and inexcusable dialect with someone who doesn't understand customer service. Way to go losing a customer over 24oz nonsense.

I have got several Acai Bowls here and they are very good. I went in recently with an expired Local Flavor coupon that could not be used because of their change to paperless transactions during the pandemic and they honored it. Thank you Nekter Juice Bar!

I did an order online and ran late but my smoothie was still frozen and fresh as if they just made it. They have many creations or you can create your own. They are also friendly which is a huge plus!!
