Recently upgraded with new machines on top floor & Additional weights. Kept decently clean, usually not too busy, sauna, large stretch/mobility area. Great staff. The downstairs is where it's at. Racks on racks on racks all with full platforms. + A grass area for sleds and more.

Quite small, so you often have to wait in a queue in order to use the equipment. The machines are placed so close to each other that there are barely any space to walk around them. Rather worn down as well, especially in the locker rooms, where many lockers are broken. Not worth the price.

Brand new lower level with 8 squat racks; bumper plates; rack of DB up to 50 kg; Plus they have a Sauna. In my eyes they provide everything you'd ever need in a gym

It has all you need in Perfect Gym

Close to home, so very practical. Standard fitness equipment, which personally meets my needs, though could definetely be improved and renovated

Clean gym that has all the equipment necessary to get a good workout in. However it needs renovation/replacement of the machine in the main floor (many of them are re-used from the Fitness DK era). Also they could add newer cardio machines. By comparisson to Its competitors, this is a relatively expensive gym, and you therefore expect higher quality equipment. Staff is always Friendly and welcome you, which is nice.

It has been the same for the last 4years. Yet they keep raising prices. Gym is ok. Can get quite busy in the afternoons. Ventilation not the best if you do cardio. Gets too hot and windows are like 100 years old. Often threadmills are not working. . Changing rooms can get quite busy too. They have removed benches for some reason. It’s quite funny how they send me an email asking for feedback every week for the past 3 years, and they never really did much about it.

Poor service

Awsome little gym the staff are super friendly and helpful. They have everything what one needs for a good workout and the best thing that they have steam and dry sauna (what is for some reason super rear in Denmark). 😃👍

Overall clean gym and welcoming personnel. Nevertheless, the lack of maintenance leaves a bad taste, as for the same price you can have many more services in other gyms, if you are willing to have broken locker rooms, for example.

More checks could be made on whether there is paper to wipe with and whether bins need to be emptied. Otherwise fine.

Not sure why this place has just a mediocre rating. It's very spacious, quality machines, great vibe, excellent customer service. Super clean, too. 💪

Nice gym and friendly staff. BUT very difficult to find a timeslot on ANY day, where SATS Sydhavn is not crowded. Main reason I don't go there more often, even though it is the one closest to me.

Great gym with everything you need. Very friendly and welcoming staff especially to a foreigner. They do day passes if you are travelling through.

I worked out here for a few days while passing through. The day pass cost is higher than surrounding gyms, but it is on par with other cities. The facilities are a little old, but the equipment appears to be maintained well. There are plenty of racks, bumper plates, KBs, and dumbbells. The cable circuit machines are separated from the weight room, which is nice. Trainers did not overwhelm equipment or crowd people out. Opens early so you can get done and go to work.

I’ve been working out on three different fitness.dk gyms. Recently I moved and I had to change the gym again. What I can say... it’s the worst I ever seen. Machines are old. Usually shower is in the wall but here it’s in the ceiling. So, even if I don’t want to wash my hair there’s no way to keep my them dry. Sauna smells bad. The atmosphere in total I didn’t like either.
