I am only rating the service and knowledge of this store, since it's a chain and sell all kinds of brands etc. Usually the staff can't find what I'm looking for, or have no idea what I'm talking about. Many times I've been passed around from employee to employee just to get some basic info on a PC screen or gaming accessory simply because they aren't knowledgable about their products and need to find someone who is. I feel like I know more about their products than they do most of the time. 90% of the time when I've found a product on their website stating they have that product in stock, I drive to the store to find out that it in fact isn't. This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone when dealing with a large chain like this, but they also will try and sell you things you don't need if you are uninformed on the subject. Example: they have tried selling a computer to my partner which did not meet up to the minimum requirements they were asking for, it seemed they were just trying to get rid of inventory or something, or at the best the salesman didn't know what they were talking about and mistakenly tried selling the wrong product. More often than not, they are not the cheapest place either.

I went to get Asus Miix and they didn't have any of the best selling models!!! The prices are high. The variability is low. Better to buy electronic stuff from online German shops.

Fairly average layout. The pricess are fair all around with a few good deals. We got help picking out a surround set from a friendly and knowledgeable guy and the girl at checkout was kind as well, all in all a pleasant visit.

Good service, the clerk went extra steps to find what I needed. Too bad the in house stock didnt have everything, only on order. Still 5/5 for good service

kind people but poor service. It took us more than 2 weeks to finally get all the parts to install our dish washer

Good cash and carry option with a large selection. The shop looks a bit messy and the knowledge level of the staff is not phenomenal, but if you know what to buy this is a good option.

Messy product arrangement that make me confused all the time where the product locates. But it has more varieties than other budget supermarkets like Fakta.

I always have to wait too long for service. I understand waiting if you need to talk to a salesperson. But when you know what you need and need to have it unlocked, it doesn't make sense to have to wait for someone else to go through the process of choosing a phone, and another to look for something else. The selection is great and their after-sales service is good, but the in-store service makes me think long and hard before going.

The people working thar are really helpful and the shop has a great selection of electronics 😊

It's an electronics store. They have phones, cameras, TVs, and microwaves. What more do you need to know?
