No one answered at drive thru and then wrong order with no refund! What’s going on with the workers? I think they are high on the job!

Manager Jahaira acting like she did me a favor, i made an uber eats order and the first driver stole it, and when i called she said she doesn’t need to redo my order but is doing it as a favor. I didnt argue back because i would’ve gone off on her, her attitude was just nasty

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Single handled the worst mcdonalds experience I've ever had. It tool 40 mins to get an order of 6 sandwiches and 3 hasbrowns. One of the sandwiches was wrong. I wanted to sub round egg for folder and they tried to upcharge this instead of substituting. Terrible, absolutely terrible.

This place gotta have the most incompetent mfrs working here, they cannot get a simple order correct. This is around the 15th time getting my order wrong. I live in Massapequa and constantly wasting gas returning an incorrect order. Check your bags when you get it!!! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. I’ll take my son elsewhere to get his order. Sheesh

Worst McDonald’s ever. Guaranteed to get something wrong with your order every time. Customer service is terrible. Worst in the area better off going down the block to Farmingdale or massapequa

We have visited this site more than often recently. I have found that they are the only Mcdonald that does not accept app reward! They said "they are not allowed" We'll never go back!

Drive Though window service is great on late, late night meals, the order taker "Jennie, in a bottle", always tells us all the special's, helps us with the app and money saving coupons is pleasant, patient and fast, best McDonald's on L.I.

Friday night 8/4....Manager should look at cameras. Drive Thru team needs to take lessons from the Burger King Drive Thru team. I left McDonalds after placing my order and waiting to pay & get food. Went to BK, In and out in under 3 min and there were 3 cars ahead of me.

One of the better meals we have had at McDonald’s - only complaint was they gave us 3 napkins for 5 people

By far my favorite McDonald’s to come to in Amityville their customer service is up to par and my food is always ready soon as I come to the drive-through

The staff that was working over night, last night ( specifically) honestly deserves a raise. The women taking orders last night always does her job perfectly and kindly and the younger gentleman at the window was also great! The fries and service are always on point when I go there and they’re working

If you want a quick meal, don't come here. Any time during a busy rush or a late night craving, the line can draw out to almost an hour. On a recent visit, I spent over an hour in line waiting for my food and they lost my order. They also had the nerve to say that their "fry machine" was down, which is not something which McD's corporate could ever condone.

don’t go here i got bad food poisoning literally today and i have no appetite and vomited twice and it’s a day before my vacation. don’t go here if you’re hungry and want something really quick cause the drive thru workers giving me gf a dirty look and really don’t care for the customers and the cleanliness

It's not bad for a fast-food establishment. I have always used the drive-thru and have never had any issues. It's also open 24/7 which is great since I work overnights. I wish they would bring back some classics like the chicken wrap though.

WOW, I don't live in the US anymore, so maybe McDonald's is getting fancy, but this was the cleanest, most modern McDonald's I have ever been in. The staff was very friendly

I’ve been here three times and never have the fries been fresh or salted. The wait is always long and you’d think it’d be because they were frying up some fresh fries but nope. The nuggets are also gross, they taste like cardboard

When.your diabetic and they constantly put sugar in your ice coffee when you clearly asked for Splenda is beyond inconsiderate. It should be criminal. One time I didn't know they put sugar in my coffee my blood sugar went to 590 which means I was moments from a stroke or going blind. This isn't a joke and I've complained to each restaurant and sent letters to their main offices ad they just don't care. Never has anyone addressed this potential deadly uncaring act.

I visit family in NY about 3x a month and always go to this location. The food is good, always hot and fresh. But my order is always wrong. The last time I went they got my order wrong in an attempt to fix my original order that was wrong!! Lol.

Drive thru. Food was barely warm when I got it home 5 minutes later. Ordered 4 chicken nuggets got and paid for 6 piece. Asked for 2 bbq sauce, got zero. Would not recommend or return.

I had a great experience today with a worker named Lisa, i came through the drive thru mid late night rush for some shakes and a frappe. She very kindly made my food and thought there was a misunderstanding with the order she dealt with it amazingly. More then happy and I will be coming back.

Don’t go here late night. Not only are the employees really lazy and slow but very rude and disrespectful. I had two employees try to pick a fight with me because I rang the bell to pick up a food order. One employee actually came outside and tried to physically fight me. I just left and cancelled the order like many other drivers for door dash and Uber eats do late night at this location. They don’t care and make drivers waiting a really really long time while they’re inside horsing around. There is really poor management at this location late night. On top of all that, the food is always cold and horrible when ordering late at night between 12am and 3am. Beware of this location after 12am.. I don’t even feel safe coming to pick up food here anymore after the employee tried to physically fight me.
