Really lovely park to spend the day with family and friends. We went to a 2 year old birthday party here for a few hours and it was great. There is a huge playground. Lots of picnic tables under shady trees and a basketball court.

Amazing! Fantastic place for picnics, lots of tables & shaded areas. I sat on a picnic blanket in the grass, and had a very relaxing afternoon with a sandwich & a book. Lots of pokestops for the casual Pokémon Go fan. Also very, very clean bathrooms.

Fun place to bring children. Bathrooms are clean and super heated in the winter. Lots of hiking trails and bike path.

My favorite place in the area for running: there's lots of small trails in the woods, just make sure to yield to the bikers. Also, warning: last summer those small trails were lined by poison ivy which wasn't cleared until later in the summer. Update: lots of families with little kids in the playground now. Also, less poison ivy!

Pay $20k+ in property taxes and still have to pay $8 for parking. A little ridiculous. Good play ground otherwise.

The jungly gyms here were great! My 5 year old son couldn’t get enough of it. Even the baby jungle gym was cooler than the big kid jungle gym in our local neighborhood park. My son said this was his favorite jungle gym ever! And we’ve been to a lot. And this one certainly was intricately designed to be very engaging and fun!! Only downside is the water fountains were not working on the hot summer day. Not cool, New York. Not cool.

Nice park and playground. Keep in mind Google Maps will give you the wrong address at 99 Quaker, but that's the golf course, not the playground.

Beautiful, serene, well kept park. We love to bring our little ones to the playgrounds, which are pretty awesome - makes me wish I was there size so I could get in on the action. There are also biking/hiking trails, a baseball field, a large lawn, picnic area with barbecues - and more. Of course, the other way, you have the golf course with the world renown Bethpage Black Course.
