a so-called four-star hotel. the service at the counter is very bad. no proper welcome. very customer unfriendly. we arrived a little early for check-in. that was not possible, or we had to pay extra. because the desk clerks were so grumpy, we left for Ibis, a few blocks away where we could check in and where we were kindly received. management, board; do something about your customer unfriendliness and customer focus. let your staff radiate that you are treated and received as a guest. I don't have that experience right now. I would like to explain how it should be done

Great comfy stay. Tobacco smell on some corridors, not in our room. Good breakfast, could have better coffee. Secure, clean, large room for our family

Great value for money. The rooms are good, in great conditions. It has enough amenities for pleasant stay. Food is not the best, but ingredients are fresh. Service is ok

Very nice hotel with very large and comfortable rooms in the middle of the city. Lovely view over the Capiapo city with excellent choice of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast is good and the dinner also offers decent meals.
