I will admit, I came to Beasley's praying that their staff would have mercy on me, as I had never purchased any jewelry before in my life and was very nervous about making such an important investment. Thankfully, Lisa was exceptionally helpful in assisting me to find the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé. I am so appreciative for her expertise and patience in helping this anxious customer find the perfect diamond and setting. Beasley's customer service was fantastic at every step of the process. I cannot recommend Beasley's enough!

Every piece has always been exceptional. I just got engaged and my fiancé designed the ring with Beasley’s; as always, it is immaculate. I’m really quite particular in taste. I like dainty and different. Went all over the place physically and on the internet. Found a lot I like overseas but none here in the states, until I went to Beasley’s! They were very helpful and super nice. I am so glad I did! They were every bit as wonderful as their ratings. Beasley’s exceeded my expectations in every way. Lisa was extremely caring, they gave me an estimate and it was the same amount they quoted me. I was very happy about that. My rings were stunning! ... super clean and sparkly, and they were a perfect fit. They did all of this for me in two days. Our experience was the best! We took a couple of heirloom pieces there for a consultation as to options including affordability to use them to create a new piece or pieces. They listened and were patient, helpful, and friendly. The turn around time for both pieces to be completed was amazingly quick. We can’t say enough positive things about Beasleys and specifically Lisa who helped us. We will ALWAYS use Beasleys for any jewelry needs. The store is a lot of fun to browse in too - very historic space and beautiful things!

I brought a ring here to have resized, and not knowing my size, they quickly sized my finger. Although they sized it exactly how they quickly measured my finger, after wearing it for less than a day, it felt uncomfortably tight. I was upset because this ring is the ring my father gave my mother when he proposed to her, and I was excited to finally start wearing it after paying a good amount to have this service done. I brought it back the next day to see what my options were in order to make it a comfortable fit, and I felt completely attacked. The lady’s attitude was extremely rude, she told me it fit fine, that they did exactly what they were supposed to do, and if I needed them to add gold to it I could pay for another resizing. The young lady concluded her rant with a “I’ve been doing this my whole life”. I knew this wasn’t their fault, and I was willing to pay for another service, but I will take it somewhere else. They have no regard or concern for the customer’s satisfaction. They didn’t care that I was unhappy with how this turned out. I live and work in Old Town Lewisville and take pride in supporting the local businesses of my neighborhood, but this isn’t it. Their behavior was shockingly arrogant for such a humble looking place. If you are looking for a jeweler that cares about their customers, keep looking.

Great selection, staff is incredibly knowledgable and friendly. We had a great shopping experience. A small business like this is so much better than going to a big box jeweler! We'll definitely be back.

The service that Allie and her mom has given me that last 10 years has been top notch. They treat me like family not a client. They will make your special moments even better with the right piece of jewelry.

I had the most amazing experience at this store. Allie helped me with some family heirlooms and I could not be happier. I inherited my grandmother's diamond necklace. It needed a new chain and Allie gave me the best suggestions on how to update it. She then showed me how I could change my old wedding ring into a birthstone ring and put my old diamond onto a drop necklace for one of my girls. Lastly, she worked with me to find the perfect color birthstone for my old wedding ring. I am not a big jewelry person and since the jewelry I was updating were special pieces that I plan to keep in my family for generations, I was extremely picky. Allie was very patient with me the whole time. I was shocked my how fair the prices were in the end too. Beasleys is the best and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to either update or purchase new jewelry.
