My (now) finance went to RW Fine to design and create my custom engagement ring. I previously purchased and owned multiple pieces from RW Fine and they are all beautiful and high quality. I heavily insistent that he use them for my engagement ring and he did just that. He mentioned that it took a little while to be contacted after filling out the initial request form (he ended up submitting it twice) but once he was connected with Jason is was smooth sailing. My relationship with RW goes all the way back to 2014. I worked with Emily, the owner, to get her set up with trunk shows in a store I did marketing for. She was always punctual, responsive, and professional. On a personal level, Emily is kind and caring and every bit of deserving of your business. My husband used Ring Wraps (now RW Fine Jewelry) to buy a Ring Wrap for me when we got married in 2015. We were unable to make it to their showroom to view diamonds, but Lea sent so many pictures and videos that it didn’t make a difference for us.
