My family and I have been patients at Village Chiropractic Center for many years. We used to go to any of the doctors in their practice, depending on whose availability worked best for our schedule that day or week. We like, trust & highly recommend all of their doctors. Over time, we started consistently going to Dr. Shane, especially because he's so great with our kids. But you really can't go wrong with any of them. We also really appreciate the rest of their staff including their office staff, physical therapists, physician's assistants, nurses & medical massage therapists. They've all been so helpful, friendly & professional. We feel Village Chiropractic Center truly cares about us & our family's present & future health. They've also fine-tuned the process of working with health insurance, making it so much simpler & convenient for us.

Tried to make a appointment the soonest I can get in that can work with my schedule is a week from now. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you don’t work in the general area doesn’t seem like they can work with peoples schedules very well. The reason I am coming in is because I am in pain and now you are telling me I have to wait a week. Imagine your doctor telling if you are sick that you have to come in the following week. They might be good for others that can leave work when they want or own a business or plain don’t work. But for the working class they can’t work around those people’s schedules.

I went in Tuesday morning for an adjustment because I could hardly walk. I was worked on, but I knew it wasn't adjusted correctly. He insisted it went back into place. I called 8 hours later to tell them it didn't work and was advised to go to the ER. I've NEVER been told that by a clinician. As if they have chiro at the ER! So I went to see Dr Reed at Lewisville Chiro. Within 5 minutes I was upright and walking normally. Pain had lifted 80%. I called village to ask for a refund. Their manager called me back after listening to the recording of the conversation where he told me to go to the ER and apologized. She said they should have offered to readjust, or offer an array of other services. She said she didn't want to lose my business but didn't think they could offer a refund. When a person is that arrogant as to not listen to one who knows her body, not only is that simply rude, its unprofessional. I've suffered with back issues 20 years since my surgery at age 21. I know what a correct adjustment is. I wasted a day and a half in excruciating pain due to that arrogance. They taped my back up as well, which provided zero relief. Dr Reed said they had the right idea, and if the tape had been placed CORRECTLY, it might have been helpful. Overall I wasted 6 attempts to get in the car to drive an hour to get relief and walked out in not much better straights to spend a day and a half in bed in pain. They don't wanna lose my business, but have no intention of making it right either.

Chiropractor DR. COX.The worst adjustment ive ever had. He was VERY RUDE and unprofessional. I had 18 xrays on first visit. He became very agitated when asked why so many. On 2nd visit i asked him to review results, he instantly became very upset and EXTREMELY RUDE. He rudley denied 18 xrays, as if I don't know. I DONOT recommend HIM horrible adjustment. I do recommend this place for massages just don't go to him for adjustment.

I moved but will literally drive an hour to come here. The best chiropractic treatment I have found; great people who work with insurance and offer medical massage and reasonable treatment plans. AND my teen can walk the dog again. No more pain!

Jerimy Cox is the best! I have been getting monthly adjustments and massages from Village Chiropractic for many, many years and would highly recommend him. He will take the time to listen to you and make sure to treat your aches, pains or injuries accordingly. I’ll continue to see him, so I can continue my active lifestyle of working out, playing tennis and taking care of my grand babies for years to come!

WOW. Absolutely blown away by the level of talent and care made by the VC staff, Jeremy, an amazing business owner and caring doctor, has an incredible team under his belt. I unload pallets and sell 60lb buckets of paint for Sherwin-Williams at work and thought it would be a good idea to get my back checked out. The VC team was absolutely incredible. I got X-Rays, a general motor checkup, consultation, chiropractic adjustment, full muscle stretch, electro stim, and medical massage chair session for an absolutely unbelievable price. While the price was “cheap,” the quality was not. Village Chiropractic is, without a doubt, the most professional and enjoyable environment for any of your chiropractic or medical massage needs. Dr. Shane is a BADASS with multiple degrees on his wall. He adjusted my back in the most effective and satisfying degree, giving me all the info I need to keep my posture and spinal health in check!

Love Village Chiropractic Center and Rx Massage! Their new location is super clean, has great parking, and it’s still just as great as ever. I highly recommend Village Chiropractic for adjustments and medical massages. I go weekly for massages and I’m so thankful to have found them!
