Everyone in this clinic is extremely empathetic. From the young man up front to the ladies that check you in, they are all very attentive. If you meet Dr. Fernando, you will understand what true compassion for the patient really feels like. Whatever you go in for, you will leave feeling healed and blessed. She'll call your pharmacy and referrals until she figures out what works for you. I have called her with health issues and she patiently treated me over the phone, asked me to come in and see her the same day. She ran tests, called me at home with results, called my pharmacy etc. My entire extended family and I are so blessed to have her and her team as our health care providers. We are so relieved to finally have a health care team that we can walk in the same day and get our issues resolved the same day. Thank you so much for what you do for the community. Came to learn about this place through a friend of mine, and it honestly couldn’t have come at a better time since I had gotten tired of searching around for PCR testing. The entire process took maybe 5-10 minutes, and the clinic staff was highly professional. The man who swabbed me was also very friendly. Overall a wonderful experience thanks to the efficiency and atmosphere of this clinic.

We all know how busy the medical field is right now. And we’ve had long wait times, poor customer service, unreturned phone calls, etc. but Immanuel has been a breath of fresh air for COVID testing. They are working tirelessly with a smile on their face and incredible responsiveness. My whole family and I were refreshed by our experience with them and will drive the 20 min (passing all the other clinics along the way) next time we need a test! An easy 5-stars.

Excellent 100% recommended from the first moment you walk in they treat you with kindness and professionalism and the doctor is the best I could find in Dallas TX she helped me with my situation and if you are Latino this clinic is for you she operates in Spanish very well she can communicate in different indimas

If I could give it 0 stars I would. AVOID being a patient in this clinic. Provider is extremely unprofessional and will discuss about religion. The first thing you learn working in the medical field is DON’T discuss about religion with patients. As somebody who works in the medical field I never met a provider who is so unprofessional and rude as her. I literally cried when I got to my car due to her comment about religion and not to mention how forceful she is on doing what you DON’T want to do. Came in wanting BCP and was told “oh no it’s too expensive insurance won’t cover it, it’s $200” okay?? Are you paying for it? If it’s an issue than give me another option that isn’t brand name! Not to mention, I didn’t even get the prescription of what I wanted because I have to come back when I’m on my cycle for what??? That’s ridiculous. ALL they care about is money in this clinic. The last time they’ll EVER take my money. Literally walked without making a follow up appointment. Now I have to explain my situation all over again to hopefully somebody who is more understanding and PROFESSIONAL.

This was not a good visit for me. Don't get me wrong the people are really nice there but it almost seems like they are not very knowledgeable in what they do? I had went in because my wrist was painfully hurting, and I wanted to get a referral for an x-ray in which I did end up getting because my wrist hurt to the touch. Anyways, my thing was the questions the doctor would ask me had nothing to do with my wrist! Lol he would ask me if I'm breastfeeding or doing formula, if my birth was natural or not, if I'm on birth control. I took my baby so I guess...? Idk really what was the reason but we took a long time with those questions that had nothing to do with my dang wrist! It made me uncomfortable to say the least. Also this place needs to be updated, he was triaging me by paper, their machines and equipment are old.

I thank God for the Immanuel Family Clinic. Everyone there is wonderful. They are thorough, and kind, and I always feel better about my health when my appointment comes to a close. Highly recommended!!!

I highly recommend this clinic. Jeffery was so helpful with setting up the appointment, furthermore he helped me and advised me that he will be open one day before Christmas wonderful service great team. God my PCR test very quick within 10 minutes. I will definitely come back to Immanuel clinic I highly recommend it

Good bad. Irresponsible one has to be calling him for. Let them give you the exams. Horrible I don't recommend them
