I had a wonderful experience there. The staff was very friendly and very professional. The facility was very clean and organized. The doctors and physicians were extremely helpful and actually took the time listen to me. I definitely recommend this location in Grand Prairie, Texas. Amazing, very fast and efficient staff. I received very clear and concise answers to my questions. It's my first time trying to get my CDL and the information that I received during my visit will be carried with me for the rest of my life.

The staff here were wonderful & took great care of me. I passed out during my first blood draw, and when I went to my rescheduled appointment they took extra good care to make sure I was comfortable & ok. The second blood draw went great! Would absolutely recommend.

They are a real friendly staff and I the doctor really listen to you. I recommend them Highly to anyone. Very nice and clean place all the time.

Very quick and precise service, I had my DOT physical done here. The entire staff was friendly and inviting.

They were able to fit me in last minute and everyone was very nice. The whole thing was also quick, it took about 5 minutes to get me checked in and my appointment completed. Satisfied! :)

No wait time when I arrived and was attended very quickly. Went in to get a DOT physical and was relieved to know I was paying a lot less than other major clinics that provide the same service. Definitely recommend this place to anyone that has a class A drivers license. Staff was great at this place as well 👍.
