I have gone 3 times now to this Ulta to get my hair done and it has been great every time. Rebecca has been my stylist all 3 times and my hair has always come out better than I expected. Plus, she always gives me a water and makes me feel comfortable. And the cashiers and other workers are always so helpful and happy here! I love this location.

I booked an Ulta hair cut for the first time online today and it was super easy. My stylist Chantalle was so fun and she cut my hair perfectly! I have thick dry frizzy hair and when I left my hair had tons of shine softness and volume; I can’t stop touching it! 😍 My hair usually takes forever to dry but she’s a whizz at blow drying! I even bought one of the products she recommended. I’ll definitely be back and I hope Chantalle is available! Update 10/27/21 Chantalle did it again! I booked online and I came in after work for a quick blowout since I have a work event tomorrow; shampoo and blow out in 30 min and then she gave me curls. 😊 I added new pics! I am so grateful I can come in and count on great conversation and touchable hair. Thank you! 🙏🏼

I had a wonderful experience getting color matched by the nicest girl! I wish I got her name so I could shout her out here. The store had all the things I wanted and all the girls I interacted with were very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, I was the target the security lady chose to stalk throughout the store during my visit, so I felt a little rushed/uncomfortable but I suppose that’s her job to do so. I would have liked to shop around more but she would come stand in my bubble or continuously walk back and forth behind me any time I took too long to read a label.

I've stopped in 2 times last month, the first time I didn't find what I was looking for so I left empty handed. The 2nd time I did end up buying a few things, concealer, primer, and 3-in-1 blush, highlighter, bronzer pallet. The thing is, not just these past 2 visits but even prior ones, I go in, I look around, when I need help, no one is either around or is too busy. I've worked 10 years in retail, and I would not dare think to let a customer leave like I've ignored them. When I go in, it's not even busy. I've received better customer service from a competitor than I do with them, I felt so ignored and as if I was their burden that I canceled my credit card with this company just because of their poor customer service. For such a prominent beauty supply chain, this location really lacks in customer service and surely fails to live up their company's values.

Big shout out to Flor, who did my marvelous up-do for a special event. This was the first time I used Ulta for this kind of service, and Flor was very intent and spent a lot of time on getting it right by creating the perfect, contemporary up-do for my event.

My first time at this location and the staff was great. I saw on TikTok this lip color in RED by Fenty Beauty by Rihanna and had to try it. I got the MVP Red and I love it!!! I told my friend girl and she went online and ordered 3 colors. I will be picking up that red for my sister this week. You need to know that it costs $29, so go online to see if you can get 15% off. Love it ❤️

TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE They pick and choose WHO they want to help so know if your BLACK they are going to overlook you. I’ve shopped here before and it USED to have amazing customer service. I reported them but like always it never falls through. They was ALL Hispanic girl and left me standing there for pick-up for 30 minutes. Done with this location.

This store is spacious, clean, well lit and organized. The Clinique beauty advisor helped me find what I needed. She was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. PSA for all The Ordinary fans: Ulta carries some of their brand new products so if you prefer in store shopping to online browsing, researching and shopping, come here. I appreciate the variety of products I find at Ulta whether it’s for hair accessories, skin care, fragrance or make up.
