I've
stopped
in
2
times
last
month,
the
first
time
I
didn't
find
what
I
was
looking
for
so
I
left
empty
handed.
The
2nd
time
I
did
end
up
buying
a
few
things,
concealer,
primer,
and
3-in-1
blush,
highlighter,
bronzer
pallet.
The
thing
is,
not
just
these
past
2
visits
but
even
prior
ones,
I
go
in,
I
look
around,
when
I
need
help,
no
one
is
either
around
or
is
too
busy.
I've
worked
10
years
in
retail,
and
I
would
not
dare
think
to
let
a
customer
leave
like
I've
ignored
them.
When
I
go
in,
it's
not
even
busy.
I've
received
better
customer
service
from
a
competitor
than
I
do
with
them,
I
felt
so
ignored
and
as
if
I
was
their
burden
that
I
canceled
my
credit
card
with
this
company
just
because
of
their
poor
customer
service.
For
such
a
prominent
beauty
supply
chain,
this
location
really
lacks
in
customer
service
and
surely
fails
to
live
up
their
company's
values.
