Noe and the maintenance staff are the best. Always kind and going above and beyond to help out. The office staff is great as well! Audrey always went above and beyond especially during the pandemic. Lived here for 3 years and honestly the best apartment complex that I have ever lived at. Of course it has it quirks like any place but couldn't ask for better service and location. Pro: Parking Garage is more secure than other apartments in this area Con: Can be difficult to drive in it due to it being small and cars blocking turns Pro: Short walk to Addison Circle Con: Not actually a breath easy community as they allow people to smoke on their balconies Pro: Always a lot of events for residents Pro: Paw wash for dogs Pro: The amenities (3 gyms, lounge area, craft room, office area, paw wash, pool) Con: No dog park :( but there is one over by the circle but that one seems to always be closed Pro: Nice appliances Pro: Addison host a ton of events at the circle so our apartment was always great for hosting (Taste of Addison, July 4th, Oktoberfest, etc.)

Just go somewhere else, learn from the rest of us. If you choose Amli, you choose to waste your money; there are so many other nice apartments for a better budget, also Amli will make sure to keep your $500 deposit just because they can. Even though we left the apartment so clean someone else could move right in, they still decided to find problems that were already there when we moved in, and charged us. (We were great residents) (lived there for a year) Also, you’d be surprised how many cars are broken into, INSIDE the “secure” garage. Be ware. And, no point in downloading the app for the garage because the system is always down, even the key fob isn’t always a for sure bet to get in. Some of the doors to the exterior have weakened magnets so the doors don’t shut all the way allowing anyone to see it and walk in. This place seems good until you move out and get ripped off for your money.

We are really enjoying our time at AMLI in Addison. Our apartment is right on the courtyard where we can go out to barbeque, lay in the hammocks, or sit by the fire pit at night. The staff is amazing and very attentive. All the amenities are great. Proximity to old town Addison with its parks, cafes, and restaurants is really nice and within easy walking distance. Belt Line road is just down the street.

My boyfriend and I lived at Amli for 3 years and just recently moved out due to needing to move up north a bit. The time there was what really made it for us and why we enjoyed it. Everyone (liter every person) at the leasing office were always so helpful and friendly and the maintenance was absolutely amazing, they always came within 48 business hours to get everything fixed and a lot of times would come same day! The facilities and apartments themselves were always clean and the environment for pets were perfect. We’ve absolutely loved our time here and couldn’t recommend them enough!! 😊

One of my favorite parts about living at the AMLI (3 years now) are the leasing agents that make it feel like home. With every complex there are mishaps and problems but the staff here are always working to improve the building and and the seasonal events/offers they have are fun and thoughtful. What’s kept me happy in my stay here has been Cynthia. She makes us all feel welcome, she remembers who we are and is always ready to answer any questions we have. Even in her professionalism, it is obvious she cares about the residents here and my stay wouldn’t be the same without feeling like I was in great hands here. Every time I’m down there, residents are happily greeting her like routine and it’s heartwarming to live in an apartment complex that feels like a home away from home.

Moving from the UK to the US is a very daunting move, and there are plenty of worries you have with everything very "new" and also such a great distance to home and family. The manager, Cynthia was outstanding in helping me make the move, answering all qualms we had swiftly and thoroughly. The move-in itself was easy, hassle-free, and quick. Now that my furniture is built(Phew!) and I am settling in to my new apartment I am thoroughly looking forward to making the most of the outstanding facilities that AMLI Addison has to offer.

AMLI Addison honestly has to be the best luxury apartments I’ve ever lived at! Halle, Cynthia, and Emily are the best leasing agents I could ask for! They always answer the phone with a positive attitude, and are amazingly quick at answering questions, and solving small issues I am having. The building is always very clean, the people are friendly, and the staff is great, I’d honestly give this place a sixth star if I could!

It's such a great place to call home. Love the amenities, and the environment. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Cynthia helps our move in process so much easier and Cesar is really nice assisting any of our maintenance necessity. Would recommend AMLI to anyone looking for an apartment to be called home.
