First time customer. Drew was very helpful, oil change and tire rotation done quickly, and I was given a thorough run down of suggested maintenance. I was really impressed that they were able to get me in since I made the appointment the previous day. Finally, their oil change package is a no brainer! 5 full service oil changes with them is essentially the equivalent to 2 oil changes at the dealership, and even cheaper than Valvoline.

First time customer, and after reading the other reviews online I decided to roll the dice. 100% satisfied with my experience from start to finish. Had my car towed to the shop, diagnosed the issue, resolved my car problem, and was driving off the lot in the span of a few hours. Along with excellent customer service attitudes between Kristen and Nathan, this was a painless experience 10/10 would recommend

I will have to say that Nathan worked with me on a very expensive repair. He searched around for parts to reduce the cost and worked it out for a 90 day same as cash payment option. Alan was the technician that did the repair and did a great job on the car. He took the extra time to give me options to make sure I only paid for what had to be done. Pioneer was referred to me by my regular auto repair shop as this particular repair needed an expertise beyond their capability and they referred me to Alan at Pioneer. I appreciated that. I know people always feel they are getting railroaded when you get your auto fixed. The more it costs, the more you feel you are getting taken advantage of. I will say that this was furthest from the truth at Pioneer. I felt like they did everything they could to keep the cost down, treated me very fairly and did an excellent job on my repair. I am very satisfied and as I told them, when I am treated like this, they will have a customer for life. To all the employees at Pioneer from beginning to end, thank you all and great job!

Starting off I’m giving this place a one star review. I called them about 10:00am this morning to see if they could help me out with just looking over my car to make sure everything was okay. The woman on the phone at first was really nice and help me out but around 12:10pm when me and my sister got up there they didn’t have the same attitude. We walked in for us to get unhappy looks from everyone and was greeted with a woman who I was on the phone with in the following morning. She ask for my first and last name to see if I been there before and when I told her TWO TIMES she asked for the third time with an attitude. After the attitude she give me she seemed like she was more worried about what food she was getting the helping me out. When she was all done asking the basic questions that needed to be ask a man walked in and told me “well you shouldn’t have got the car if u didn’t think it would work.” After all this and giving me advice that I DID NOT NEED TO HEAR or putting his two cents in I just knew that it was time for me to leave.

Outstanding service. Quick turn around time, very professional and respectful. Price was lower than expected. I am not mechanically gifted but I always felt respected with this company. I will definitely be giving them my business again.

I was greeted very politely and promptly, they were friendly even though they were very busy. I was taken care of very well and kept up to date on the progress of my car. I didn't feel any pressure to have any work done that I didn't need, but was told about possible issues to keep my eye on and future work that my car needed soon to keep it running its best. I will definitely be back!

These guys literally drove to me and jumped my car so I wasn’t stranded. They installed a new battery and checked the alternator at a very reasonable price as well as an oil change. Pretty much the best experience I’ve had at a mech in decades.

Nathan, one of the service writers at Pioneer Automotive in Corinth, Tx. really helped me out with a much needed car repair today. Nathan wrote my car up and got it inspected. He told me what the repair cost was. I told him about recently losing my wife and needing the car. Nathan told me the price & I agreed but must of looked shocked. Nathan on his own initiative found cheaper parts and called me up twice to lower the price. He was great!! Thank you, Nathan!!

Drew did a great job explaining what all had to be done to maintain the suspension element of the vehicle and offered options for doing all the service all at once. I am returning to do Addie service for the vehicle and appreciate the promptness and communication for this first service!

After my dealings with a local vehicle dealership, I was enormously pleased with the service and care received at Pioneer Automotive at 8010 Teasely in Denton TX. I detected a professional and friendly atmosphere while in waiting area. Drew (Manager) was extremely informative in regards to my infrequently driven Ridgeline. My oil change, tire rotation and overall inspection was completed in just over an over an hour. From scheduling to final cost, I was very happy, I will return plus tell my friends.
