Pretty neat garden. A bit on the smaller end but it is free. Seems to be an ideal picnic spot. Tons of parking and tons of open space with shade. The butterfly sculpture was pretty neat. This park appears to be dog friendly. It's very well managed and the facilities were very clean.

Because the area is quite small, there isn’t too much to say about it. However, it is very pretty year-round and a lovely place to stop at if you’re feeling a bit iffy. The greenery is nice. The area is clean and well taken care of, and the overall atmosphere is perfect for someone looking for a calm day out. I took my dog with me and he loved it as well. Normally he has a lot of trouble breathing on walks and tends to sit down for a while (he’s around 10 years old), but this time around he was looking at everything and breathing much better than he usually would when he’s out. The botanical garden is definitely a 10/10 for scenery. Maybe - 6/10 for size. But still worth going if you can spare an hour or two.

This is a humble little botanical garden with trails and interesting sculptures along the way. There's a prayer garden, fountain, and streams with large Koi fish. Nice place for a small wedding or photo shoots. We didn't see a lot of flowers during August, but may need to return in the Spring for better blooms. On the North entrance, there's a playground and picnic area to round out a nice and relaxing family outing.

The pros: beautiful flowing layout with an abundance of greenery and flowers. Nice small waterfalls and a Coi pond. Refreshing atmosphere. The Cons: very small area to walk through with only a few paths to maneuver through the park and most of those paths were taken up by large families and photographers getting pictures as a photographers and families blocked the narrow paths. The photographers and families would hold up walking through for extended times. I hope the park will add common courtesy rules for this. This was discouraging and limits enjoying the park .

We love this little slice of heaven in Grapevine. Its the perfect place to bring your cup of coffee on a Saturday morning and sit on their gorgeous patio. They have a nice playground on site for the little ones and an easy trail to follow around the entire site. It's a great way to get your family outside!

Nice place to walk and enjoy a scenic view. It is rather small but is mostly well kept. Good photo ops. A lot of dead vegetation from the heat I noticed. If we find ourselves in the area again. We will stop by.

They've been working on expanding this park and it's beautiful. Great for picnicking of just waking around and enjoying the flora. Pretty cool looking Koi in the pond. Definite must see if you're in the area. I don't think I've seen a better, free to the public, garden in the DFW area.

Gorgeous peaceful park with plenty of trees and flowers. Vast space to run around and explore, or hide away with a book, have a picnic, photoshoot etc. There are restrooms in the main pavilion. Plenty of parking.

The Botanical Garden at Heritage Park is a great combination between watching flowers and plants, seeing fish swimming across water, and talking a walk around the garden to experience a more open field with trees. There are a few benches scattered around, and one of them is located near a cute waterfall surrounded with plants. It is indeed a peaceful sight that Grapevine residents should come to see.

Great little garden to walk through. In February, it's not very pretty, but I'm sure it is in flowering months. They have a koi fish pond, educational area, trails, and a building you can rent out for events. It's free to get in and takes about 20 minutes or so to walk the grounds. Lots of places to sit and relax as well.

Stopped by here to take a few pictures. It was mid-morning and I had the place mostly to myself. It is very well maintained and is worth a trip to see it. It is a bit small though.

Very nice and well kept. I was there in December, I am very interested to see how the place looks in the warmer months.

Truly a great place to go. My kids and I enjoy visiting, as the flowers are seasonal. Peaceful, conveniently located to a play ground and basketball court. I think Tennis as well. Inside is gorgeous, a tree dating to the signing of the constitution is in the back. Sit and read. Take photos for special events, or just walk and enjoy this serene spot on the heart of DFW!

Beautiful little Botanical Garden, a nice stroll and plenty of photo opportunities, it’s lovely little gem in the heart of Grapeville. Would be nice place to picnic or meet on a date. Playground for the kids and lovely fountain to ponder at. Enjoy!

Beautiful park, and it's bigger on the inside. More busy on weekends than weekdays, but it's a beautiful place for picnics and strolling thru the flowers. My cats love the wilder, forested area in the back.

Small botanical garden near the heart of Grapevine with children's play space outside the gates. Nice venue for intimate events with creek, fountain, outdoor works of art and more. The tulips and other Spring flowers are currently in bloom.

Embarking on a visit to the botanical garden, the highlight was the enchanting koi fish pond. The vibrant hues of the fish gliding gracefully in the water added a mesmerizing touch to the serene surroundings. It was a tranquil experience, blending the beauty of nature with the captivating presence of these graceful aquatic companions.

This botanical gardens is very small but nice... It has history that you can read... I like the atmosphere since it's a good place to just relax and best of all it's free... There were still not a lot of flowers that were blooming but it was still a nice quiet place...

I decided to check out this place because there was a geocache in the area and after checking out the site I am really glad I did. There was plenty of parking but surprisingly empty for mid-day on a Saturday. the dry bed with the cactus out side was pretty cool. the first thing that caught my eye was the grand entrance looking with excellent rock work. the transition to beauty butterfly sculpture was really cool. the colorful flowers were all over the place. i wasnt able to check out everything as there was a group that was preparing for a wedding. i am sure their photos turned out great. I think my favorite part was the sign and callout to the big tree in the back that has been preserved by the National Arborist Association. knowing that at the tree was over 230 years old and around when the declaration of independence was signed was pretty cool.

We stopped here to kill time before heading to the airport since our flight got delayed and it was by far probably the best stop of our entire trip. The place is so beautiful and extremely peaceful. I would definitely go back.

Beautiful, fun and easy little park. This park had so many different varieties of plants, plenty of benches throughout to sit and a few picnic tables to eat at. Loved finding this little place as we are passing through.

This park is a beautiful place to just get some fresh air. All of the flowers were so nice. There was a nice little river that went right through the park with koi fish. Parking is great.
