Spacious coffee shop with a lot of their own products for sale. Perfect for gifting and I particularly enjoy their engagement with customers through social media. The staff was friendly and this is a great place to get some work done if needed. Pastries and coffee were good. Will come back again to check out their coffee tasting. I do wish they had more outlets in the front for laptops/phone chargers, but otherwise there is some additional seating in the back.

My wife got tickets for the roasters tour on my birthday (10/16) and Christi guided the tour. It was such a cool experience and so much to see. Christi was very informative and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend the tour, and all of Parks coffee single origin coffees.

This is the world class coffee and cafe. Quality of coffee, highly disciplined baristas & staffs and very well organized rooms inside. I would say this has 5 star customer service + modern place + cozy room. You will be satisfied with the cafe and tastes. I highly recommend for family, couples and even for social meetings. I read employees’ proud and am sure how the owner treat their teams well. It’s just second to none in a word.

A hidden gem….I’ve seen it many times but stopped in today. My hubs got the americano and I got the mocha and it was on point - perfect blend of bitter and sweet. The foam was divine - wish I had taken a pic. They have gluten free and Vegan options as well….will definitely be back.

Fun little coffee place with friendly staff. Cool to see where the Roastery and laboratory are. Got several boxes of the K cups for home including decaf. Ordered the Kentucky cold brew which was very tasty. Highly recommend!

If you're a coffee connoisseur, you probably won't like their coffee. They pulled a double shot of espresso for me which was sour. I was expecting a smooth blend given Perks is a legit coffee shop and roastery. Maybe the bean wasn't good or the extraction was bad...who knows... Also, in my opinion, espresso should be served with sparking water, but at Perks, you will have to buy one. I also ordered a matcha drink which came out really granny and bitter. I did purchase a few bags of beans to see how they come out when I brew my own espresso. I will come and update this review later. This place is awesome for a tour and to see how they roast coffee. You do need to book the tour few weeks ahead. The shop also has a pleasant atmosphere. Their pastries and muffins are okay. They taste good if you get some latte with them.

As a coffee connoisseur from Seattle, one of my favorite activities is sampling americanos when I travel (my drink of choice: Americano, no adulterating sweeteners or creams; sometimes I just get an espresso if I can't down a 12oz amount). This time, I experienced a friendly barista and an acidic and bright americano. I would return.

Was looking for a sit down coffee shop and stumbled upon this gem! It’s clean and comfortable with great parking. The lavender iced latte was delicious and the croissant was super fluffy. I think this is my new favorite coffee shop in the Dallas area.

The black coffee was solid. Not over roasted or overly bitter. Pretty smooth. They also had vegan pastries which is huge for me as I am allergic to dairy. They had strawberry guava pop tarts! Super yummy. The place had a cool vibe and it was cool to see the production. Plenty of parking and the service was top notch.

Really good spot for coffee just off of I35. Lots of seating options and part of the roaster facility. You can even join the Director for a tour and free tastings on Tuesday. The food options are limited but I enjoyed this spot better than Starbucks.

I picked up two pastries (churro croffin and pain au Chocolat) with a mocha. Mocha was delicious! Pastries, superb 👌🏼 Lots of seating. Definitely a coffee lovers dream. Will have to try all their roasts to find my favorites.

Great coffee and vibes! The front has lots of seating and decently active for a fun environment, while the back is chill and quiet for work/study! Get a pour over of their DARK ROAST 😋

Great experience! Mr. Carlos Molina is a great person. He saw me and my wife taking pictures and invited me to walk around the roastery. Very knowledgeable and passionate about his job! Thanks for the great time!

Absolutely fantastic coffee spot! Hidden gem, for sure. We enjoyed a Parks Specialty and chocolate croissant-both of which were amazing! REALLY cool to see inside the roastery & laboratory. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Always love supporting local family owned business.

Love that we can get our fresh roasted espresso beans here. Roasted to perfection not burnt! They have fresh pastries and great coffee, nice hanging out place.

Fun and neat place but the latte and pour over I had were just okay. Both tasted a little burnt and over extracted.

Always a great spot in the mornings to grind through some work with a nice coffee! its holiday season now, so i grabbed their Peppermint Mocha - and its definitely a peppermint-y delight! Would recommend their Egg-nog Chai with espresso if you don’t like peppermint 😉

We had a pleasant experience. The ambiance is very relaxing and their coffee was quite nice. Although the espresso was a bit sour but other than that, we liked it.

This might be the coolest coffee location I have been to. They have like a science lab area though the glass. It still is cozy and quiet enough for study or work. And the coffee is excellent. I would have tried a breakfast taco but they were sold out before 9:45. Good sign.

Excellent Latte. Very nice sitting arrangements, open and quite spacious including a meeting area with overhead projector. We'll thought out. Good place for hangout or usual coffee grab and go. Worth stopping by, since we stop by on our trip to Austin.

We recently did a coffee tour and tasting here and the experience was wonderful. The tour involved us walking through the entire coffee making process in their fscility and finished with a coffee tasting paired with pastries. Wonderful coffee, very knowledgeable staff, clean facilities, unique lattes and excellent coffee. I had a seasonal honey peach latte at the end of the tour and it was probably the best latte of my life.

Epic place. When you walk up, you can smell the coffee roasting from the parking lot. The coffee is fresher than fresh and fantastic. And as if that wasn’t enough—THEY HAVE LA CASITA PASTRIES!! (And Taco Deli breakfast tacos.) La Casita is certainly the icing on the cake and the perfect pairing. The space is bright and fun. There are windows looking on to their handiwork in the roastery and laboratory. Impressive operation and amazing find. It looks like they offer some tours on specific days as well. I will be back!

Did the roasting facility tour and tasting at Parks Coffee with Carlos as our guide. Such a fun experience for anyone interested in knowing how coffee is roasted and packaged! The tour was about an hour and a half and we walked the entire facility. Carlos was a great tour guide and shared so much knowledge on coffee. Definitely recommend if you’re in the Dallas area! You also get 25% off merchandise in the store.
