I have stayed at this hotel for a number of years and have never had any bad experiences until now. The hotel rooms and amenities are great. Comfortable beds and very nice rooms. The food in the restaurant is very good and the staff is typically friendly and accomodating. The reason for the one-star review is that my catalytic converter was stolen off my car that was parked in their lot during my stay. A couple of other people I know that were staying there experienced the same theft. When I went to the front desk person to let them know and asked if they had security camera footage the response was sadly inadequate. I was told that they have security cameras in the front parking area but not the side area. And when I contacted the police department to file a report, they said that they have received numerous reports of people getting their catalytic converters stolen from that specific parking lot. I might expect this from a Comfort Inn or a Motel 6 but Marriott Westin should be better than this.

A bit further from the airport than I realized, but not terrible. Worth it for the Westin name and amenities. Customer service was a bit weird when I arrived, but much better the following morning. Rooms were comfortable and clean, but not the level I would expect.

Excellent room. Everything was clean. Bathroom was fantastic. Living room was amazing except for the fact I was looking for a plug for my phone behind the couch and they don't clean behind the couch. I found empty cans and garbage back there. They have a nice little reception in the evening so you can get a light snack, chips, vegetables, salsa and some drinks. That was nice. They also had a decent breakfast. The proximity to the Bass Performance hall is what made this the choice for us. It was literally kiddy corner across the street. Downtown Fort Worth is very walking, friendly with lots of little shops and I never felt unsafe.

Nestled within the heart of urban sophistication, The Westin stands as a paragon of hospitality. Upon arrival, the sprawling expanse of parking spaces welcomed me, an unexpected luxury in the realm of city hotels. The sheer abundance of parking not only alleviated the perennial stress of finding a spot but also fostered a seamless transition from vehicle to opulent abode. This surfeit of parking subtly underscored the Westin experience, allowing for an unhurried entrance that set the tone for the entire stay. The liberating convenience of ample parking spaces, meticulously managed by the hotel, proved to be an unsung hero, adding a layer of ease and comfort that elevated the overall guest experience. The Westin, with its thoughtful attention to this often-overlooked detail, effortlessly marries practicality with luxury.

Rooms are good, but disappointed that they still have bath tubs versus walk in showers. Proximity to airport is good and bad. Good as it is convenient, but bad due to the noise of planes landing. The air traffic tends to stop shortly after 10p and starts again around 6:30a.

Great hotel! Very clean, nice shower, awesome rooftop pool where you can see many airplanes pass by. Their bar is opened until midnight. Beer selection might not be too wide, but I liked Dallas local beer. Food was great. I ordered salad with salmon, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned! I lived the room somehow the floor was partially dump, but I only stay for a night, so it's not an issue for me. Phone was taken by nobody. So I removed one star.

Service is VERY VERY bad. Staffs don’t handle customers well. When I checked in, the receptionist said that I can ask them for unlimited still water in bottle, yet on the next day when I asked them to bring me 2 bottles, the staff told me to pay.. wow. The way they speak was unpleasant to me, I was a bit furious since day 1 staying in this hotel. I regret that I booked for 4 days. Sorry to say, but H*lton (I stayed here before moving to Westin) is much much much better in terms of service than Westin. Shampoo bottle had been emptied since the day 1. When I called them to refill, the staff said that I should come down to take the bottle as their staffs were busy at the moment. I came down to the receptionist, told her that I have talked with their staff through phone about empty shampoo. She told me to stay in the room and they will deliver to me…. And none….. until the next day no one came.. and on the next day, I was lucky to meet Omar the receptionist with great attitude, who helped me a lot. Thanks Omar Such a shame that I expected too much from Westin. I’ve never experienced something like this when I stayed in Westin hotel in another countries. This is the worst and definitely changes how I see Westin as a top hotel. Feels more like 2 stars hotel. Better to train your staffs manner properly as I believe Westin reputation is important and the brand itself is no joke.

The hotel it's self was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. I felt like the staff appreciated our Marriott status, and took great care of us. We were with our nephew who wanted to see the planes. The front desk staff set us up in a beautiful room where we could watch the planes landing right over us. That being said the building seems to be well insulated and we didn't have to listen to the planes all night. I was able to catch the shuttle to the airport early in the morning. It was a quick, easy, comfortable ride. They do have a beautiful, large lounge for platinum and higher guests, and they are pet friendly.

Excellent stay for nearby work travel/trips! The staff was friendly, they had desserts for guests in the evening, the lounge was great and the overall atmosphere is fantastic. The gym is very good. Large enough for several people to not get in each other's way with plenty of different equipment including 2 Peloton bikes. My one complaint is the extremely cheap toilet paper... There's no way we can't do better. My one wish would be to have the pool be open year round. Overall, excellent stay that is close to the airport.

Great stay for the price point. Clean, close to the airport, and friendly staff. The shower is nice, but it could use an upgrade. It's affordable and reliable for a convenient place to stay. Neutral, calming decor.

The hotel is showing its age; the "club lounge" is unremarkable, hotel bar & restaurant are (unsurprisingly) expensive. Staff are generally friendly, but not particularly engaging (e.g., front desk staff couldn't be bothered to open a conversation with "good morning", "hello", or "how can I help", but instead stand and stare at you until the guest says something. Not a good impression). Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is well-maintained. TV has a reasonable number of channels, but nothing remarkable. Internet speed is solid. Water pressure is adequate. Air conditioning couldn't get the room below about 75º. Desk space is good. Hallways are poorly lighted. Parking is convenient. Easy access to major roads. Housekeeping in the rooms was generally good. (My room was not vacuumed during my stay, even though I requested "full housekeeping" - which, by the way, has to be requested), and the public areas (such as guest hallways) could use attention. The same pink feather was in the hallway in front of the adjacent room from my check-in on Tuesday until I departed on Saturday morning - that tells me no staff member is walking that hallway (or they would, of course, have picked it up), and neither has the carpet been vacuumed in that timeframe. Small things, yes, but indicative of a lax attitude toward the property in general, it seems.

Your staff went above and beyond the night of 1/14/24, to take care of travelers abandoned by the airlines. Despite an overwhelming amount of patrons attempting to get a room around 1am, your front desk staff were the kindest, most compassionate and generous people that I have encountered at a hotel. Please know how much we appreciate them.

This hotel has complimentary shuttle service to and from DFW which is a huge plus. The hotel itself is nice. While enjoying the rooftop pool you get to see many airplanes flying over as it is so close to the airport. Westin Club is spacious. We really liked the white tea shower gel and shampoo. Tub is separate from the shower. Room was clean enough. Most of the front desk staff are polite. I did have an issue where I requested an extra blanket on the Marriott App. After over two hours it never arrived at the room. Went down to the front desk to mention my request wasn’t responded to. An additional hour later - still no extra blanket… The exercise room is really tiny. Solid 4 star experience overall.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel shuttle promptly picked us up from the airport. I stayed as part of a training with American Airlines, and the hotel staff did a great job checking everyone in and personally welcoming our large group. Lots of fun and good drinks down at the bar which was open late. Overall a fantastic stay here!

This hotel exceeded my standards! I was recommended this hotel for a quick easy in and out layover and I must say this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff are so polite and they helped with any needs I had. Check in was so easy, hotel in general was spotless, food was amazing and they even had a cafe open for my early morning flight. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport. Ubers are very easy to get plus the hotel offers shuttles to and from the airport to make things easier. I will absolutely be staying here again for any layovers I have coming through Dallas!

Well maintained property. Front desk staff greet you with a smile. They really make you feel welcome. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Bathroom was a little tight on space. Airport shuttle is one of the more reliable of the hotels in the area.

They claim this is near the airport, but it is still an easily 15 to 20 minute ride without traffic. But that’s not the bad experience that I had. First of all, they take quite awhile to check people in. It probably took them 30 minutes for them to check in 2 people. Second, they do not handle the outrageously drunk people in the hotel. We tried to go to their elite lounge, but many drunk people snuck in there without actually being elite members. They were just incessantly knock on the glass until someone opened the door, and then they would rush in. Due to this, we were unable to enjoy the lounge. Second, the rooms are bad. They provided us with an extremely muggy room. You could feel the humidity in the air. Additionally, the toilet was completely clogged. It was stuffed with toilet paper as if housekeeping never came by to clean it before our arrival. I definitely would not stay here again based on how they are unable to handle this location.

The good The hotel has a pretty good restaurant, helpful friendly staff, and a okay lobby of that impresses you. The pool is on the roof and you can see it land The bad It is in the direct, and I mean 25 ft over the roof flight path shaking the upper floors until 1 in the morning or so. There is no hot tub. The ugly Was forced to book here for. Hockey stay to play tournament. Our contract said parking was complimentary. They tried to charge me 45 for parking when saying they would take it off three separate times. The rooms are run down. Even when you ask, they won't make up your room.

Very clean hotel and a wonderful convention space! Rooms have great climate control and plenty of hot water for showers. The roof top pool is also nice weather permitting. Diana down in the lobby was also very pleasant to talk with and does an amazing job keeping the hotel's first impression in a very clean and tip top state.

The rooms are standard issue and clean, the shower and tub looks dated, and the service is nice and friendly But the location is pretty awful (or awesome if you are into plane spotting). The hotel is located on the direct flight path of planes flying into DFW, so you have planes landing every few minutes. Because of the proximity, they are more or less directly overhead (see picture/video). And it is fairly noisy. It does quiet down at night but picks up again early in the morning. If you are not bothered by noise easily, you’ll be fine but if you are, you won’t be a fan of this place

We enjoyed the stay very much! The rooms were comfortable, the service was very good, and the food was excellent. The only problem we had was that the catalytic converter was stolen off of the Toyota Tundra we were riding in. When the police officer showed up he said that it happened in that parking lot regularly.

First time staying here and overall the stay was fantastic. The hotel was nice, clean and friendly from the staff to the guests. The fitness center is just what you need to maintain while you are away from home. The room itself was nice, clean, dust-free and had bone chilling AC (extra points here). The rooms furniture is a bit dated but that is just me finding something to nip pick about. My only real complaint is the shuttle bus times, only leaving on the top of the hour, every hour is a bit inconvenient, but overall a place I would definitely recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is located just a short drive from the airport, and it offers a free shuttle service, which made it very convenient for me to get to and from my flight. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff members who made me feel welcome right away. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I was soon on my way to my room. Diana in the lobby was especially wonderful and kind and very helpful. Her cheerful disposition and knowledgeable insights of the hotel were paramount in feeling right at home. My room was spacious and well-appointed. It had a comfortable double queen-size bed, a large desk, and a decent TV. I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. There is a rooftop pool, a fitness center, and a spa. I also enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant, which serves delicious food and has a great wine list. Overall, I had an excellent stay at the Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport. The hotel is luxurious, convenient, and offers excellent service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay near the airport.

We booked two connecting rooms. We arrived early and were told we were charged a $50 early check in fee, which I agreed to pay. The second room wasn’t ready, we were told to come back at 3. At 3, the second room wasn’t ready, but they brought the key up to our room by 3:30. We discovered a used washcloth from the previous guest hanging on the shower curtain rod late on the first evening. On the second morning, I notified staff and they agreed to fix it and replace all the towels in the bathroom. When we returned after lunch the room had been cleaned, but the used washcloth remained. We notified the desk again and they sent housekeeping to clean it. They offered to add points to my Bonvoy account (which I didn’t even know that I had). The toilet was broken and leaked from the tank. The filler hose was set to very high pressure (as strong as the shower,) but the hose was broken and aiming up towards the lid of the tank. We just fixed it ourselves by turning down the pressure on the toilet water line. The toilet paper was of extremely poor quality. Very thin and rough, not what you would expect at this level hotel. We bought our own and used that instead. In spite of these challenges, we did find that the staff were very friendly and seemed to try their best to be helpful. All together, we will likely avoid this location in the future.

This hotel was very clean & quiet. Service was good. The woman who was checking me in at the front desk was a bit coarse when I asked her for a room without a connecting door. But everything was fine and I would stay here again.

I know a lot of people posting about how bad it was this past weekend. I’m quite the opposite. There was a massive convention going on for some people domestic and international. Elevators were hard to come by, but nothing to bad. Customer service always treated me kind, I’m sure they constantly got phone calls and guest show up to them with bad attitudes on how their experience is going so I’m sure they were a little frustrated but if you come at them with disrespect then expect the same in return. They are people with emotions just like everyone else. I love this hotel, we are going to continue to stay here, everything we wanted out of the hotel we were still able to use. Met some of the guests that traveled here from out of country, some really nice folks. All in all a great trip. Will return next month.

I only stayed for 1 night, checked in & pretty much fell asleep afterwards. The folks at the check in desk offer excellent customer service 👌 Everything was very clean, very well lit. There is a small snack pantry by the front desk. There is also a restaurant inside, which must be good because when I checked in last night it was packed 😃 This hotel has a swimming pool and gym on the 15th floor (roof top). My room was very clean and comfy 😌 I snuggled right on in to the bed and pillows and fell asleep. 😴 I wish I could review more but I honestly can't since it was a very short stay. I will be back though so I can relax and thoroughly enjoy my experience at Westin more fully 😁

Convenient to the DFW airport. I stayed here for a week for a business conference. The staff were polite and professional. Due to time zone differences, I requested a wake up call three separate times, all for 6am. The first day, I was called at 6am. Second day my wake up didn't call until 640am. The third day, I did not receive a call. The third day, I spoke to the front desk and they were quick to apologize and offer points toward my Bonvoy account. During my stay, while participaing in business meetings in the conference room, there was an active shooter situation (an apparent altercation in the parking lot). A sraff member interrupted our meeting to let us know he was locking us in the conference room for our safety, then slipped away without another word. After we shut the lights, projector, and laptops all off, we waited for about 15 minutes quietly. Then the same gentleman barged back into the room to let us know the situation had resolved, however, his reentry was less than acceptable. After discussion, several members in attendance thought it was the assailant trying to get in. Understanding that there isn't really any other way to get back in, we discussed his delivery could have been more gentle.

Easily one of the worst hotels my family has ever stayed in. The parking lot spaces are made for scooters and not actual sized cars or SUVs. There was spilt "WHATABURGER" drink, fries, and ketchup that sat in the elevator all day, and a small dead roach under the office table in our room. Their online menus were down and so their food services were down unless you went down to eat so our fun birthday vacation day couldn't end with room service. But the worst of it all was their TV/Internet service. You CAN'T plug any devices like Roku or Fire Sticks into the TV nor could their internet allow you to connect devices for private listening so my wife and I who shared a bed with our 4 year old couldn't do anything in the room after he went to bed at 7 because we couldn't have our devices connect to listen without the volume being on and waking him up, so we had to call it a night at 8 on a Saturday. Which put another huge damper on our weekend. Overall this is our first and LAST time staying at Westin hotels or any affiliate that fails to use their "Tech Savy" ways in an appropriate manner and prevents paying customers to make their rooms as comfortable as possible. I URGE families with little ones to seriously consider other hotels.

What a disappointment it was staying here. I love the Westins on the east coast but this one was a La Quinta Inn ( at best ) with Westin prices. The lobby and amenities were good but the rooms left something to be desired. The bathroom sink had rust, so did the thing the sink rests on, the bed is on the softer side so if you have back problems don’t stay here. The hallways looked creepy and dirty, overall not a good experience, not the Westin experience.

This was our 4th or 5th stay at this hotel. Excellent is all ways. Washer and dryer are free from guests — bring your own detergent or buy it across the street. Hotel does not offer it for sell nor provide it. 4/5 stars due to 3 catalytic converters being stolen from the vehicles of guests during our stay. Facility needs to figure out how to increase security in their parking lot.

Hotel is located close to the airport. Only restaurant within walking distance is Dennys across the street. However; hotel bar/restaurant food is appealing and tasty and worth the price point. It was a hit or miss with the hotel front desk staff. Some were friendly while most had an attitude. Bar staff is way more approachable and friendly. Hotel itself was clean and offered quite a few amenities. Great location for events and meetings.

I needed a place to stay unexpectedly after American Airlines made me miss my flight due to staffing shortage. The restaurant was open late on a Saturday which was great. Some mixed service…one amazing waitress and one so-so waiter. Check in staff at the hotel was not attending front desk for about 5 minutes. Then 3 somewhat unprofessional looking staff members appeared. Getting to my room floor, it felt stuffy but my room a/c was fine. Shower drain did not work and I didn’t think quality of room was up to Westin standards. It was all fine…it was just so boring. Make sure to call for free van when you get your bags

We had a wonderful stay over the weekend. We brought my daughter and her best friend for a concert, about 20 min from the hotel. Juli at the front was so accommodating and sweet. She went out of her way to make sure we had our special request fulfilled. The hotel was quiet, beds super comfortable, and right by the airport for those needing a stay close by.

Love this property. I've had minor billing issues my last two stays, but that would not dissuade me from staying here. Great breakfast & great staff. I love how their club room is organized on the ground floor.

The Westin DFW airport hotel was great for our one night stay. We liked the extended checkout time provided. The room was clean and the amenities were good as well. I think our favorite part about our stay was the people - very friendly. The shuttle too was very convenient- Tony was the shuttle driver arriving and leaving - he was awesome and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.

Great customer service especially from Maria, Selene, Sandra, Louisiana y Andres. Very professional skills people with high personal values. I spent 10 days at the hotel and they made me feel like home with their warmest greetings and care every single day. No doubts I will repeat with them next time coming to Dallas

Check in process was fairly easy. Room was clean but sooo hot when we got to room. Hallways in hotel are also very warm. The pool (once we found it) was small and with only 7 people in pool area there was no place to sit. When we went looking to speak to someone we waited at desk for a bit then went looking for someone who worked here…no luck so we went back to the room. Disappointing experience but hotel is clean and comfortable generally so must give 3 stars.

The front desk staff was great and very accommodating with my reservation and needs. The breakfast staff was terrific as well. Maria was very accommodating to us and did a great job managing the guests requests and making sure breakfast items were replenished and hot. The breakfast was very well stocked and had many options - Eggs, hash browns, bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches, toast, made-to-order pancakes, Greek yogurt, cereal, apple juice, orange juice, lemonade, milk, coffee, tea, pastries, oatmeal, grits, and all the toppings. The lounge was clean and well stocked with snacks and especially drinks during the day and evening.
