This place has so much potential and was probably top of the line when it opened about 3 years ago. The quality has not been maintained and it shows. My friend and I bought a full day pass hoping that it would take us several hours to get through all of the rooms and puzzles. We left within an hour. There is no staff working the labyrinth area; you have to go to the front desk of the trampoline park to ask for help. Someone then came and gave us a very brief discussion which was not helpful. Many of the rooms were broken including the training area. The instructions in each area are super unclear and the system eliminates you very quickly. We were not able to advance through most of the rooms. The rooms are also very dirty. It seemed that the intention when this first opened was to scan your card as you went from room to room and then that gave you points and then you could go to the final room. All of those elements have been removed. I hate to say this, but I feel that this was a big waste of time and money. Again, I am sure this place was amazing when it first opened; it is really unfortunate that it has not been maintained. We were really looking forward to a fun experience.

Like a previous reviewer said - sensational idea, terrible execution. This place has a really cool look and layout, but the rooms are very dangerous. We are escape room hounds so we appreciate the concept here, but many of the rooms are only designed for kids or people with smaller bodies. Zero consideration has been given to basic accessibility. Good puzzles GUIDE you. Many of the puzzles here just throw you in the deep end and frustration is likely to keep you from completing many of the spaces. Not to mention, the space was filthy. One room has a ball pit that reeks of urine. TL;DR: If you are anything other than a perfectly physically fit person under 5'10", this place is NOT for you.

We got there and checked in and they said to go to through the two doors and someone would be there shortly to get us started. You see a video on loop describing what to do, how to use the card, etc. There's a door that says "Training" with a card thing by it. So we need that card, right? We waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. We wandered in the place and couldn't find anyone. I go back to the main desk and they say they don't use the cards and we can just start. So we go into a room, and then we hear someone giving an explanation on how things work, so we go out and actually get the explanation. The rooms themselves weren't that great. Some of them have clues like an escape room, but others just seem to be "guess how to do it". Some rooms have multiple levels to them, but if you fail a level, you need to go back and redo the first level again. In one room, we'd go into the second room and it would say begin, and then immediately tell us we failed. Without touching anything. Another room would constantly have us fail in literally 3 seconds without hitting anything. I think a button must have been stuck or something that caused it to fail immediately. In one room, the symbols you needed to use were actually worn off, so you had to go a few times to determine what it should've been. That's really the biggest key to solving some puzzles. What looks the most worn? Only once did we actually see an employee walking around. Otherwise we probably could've asked if the rooms we were doing were truly broken or not. We booked it for 2 hours, but ended up leaving shortly after 1 because it just wasn't entertaining.

This place is awesome. I wasn't sure what to expect but this place delivered. You have 10? Or so different areas that you can go to, most of them each have multiple levels attached to them. We did the 2 hrs option and honestly coulda been in here for 2 more hours as we didn't get close to finishing. The levels are not easy. I'd say challenging for sure. Loved it and will come back for sure.

Initially, the videos and reviews got us excited! Upon arrival, we found that the business was split into three parts: trampoline, ax throwing, and escape room Labyrinth. The building looked old, and the trampoline side was busier while the ax side was unused that day. Unfortunately, the Labrinyth escape room side had no employees present, and the rooms that did work lacked clear instructions. Within 15 minutes, we requested a refund, which was promptly granted. Although we won't return, I want to acknowledge their swift response to refund our money. I caution others considering this place.

Iā€™m giving it 4 stars only because several rooms were out of order. Also in the rooms I noticed stuff missing that weā€™re counted as clues. But over all it was fun and the two hours goes by fast.

notice how most of these good reviews are from 2-3 years ago, maybe it was good when it started but it seems like it just went downhill from there. you donā€™t get any direction whatsoever, i mean literally absolutely zero i canā€™t exaggerate it enough, and when you try to look for any clues, you have about maybe a couple seconds before it tells you that you failed and you have to leave. we finished a single theme and it was literally just the floor is lava which is why it was finishable, but all the other ones we couldnā€™t even get past the first room, and itā€™s not like thereā€™s any employees in the back to help anyone because thereā€™s only two employees period. it was so disappointing to the point we didnā€™t even play for a full hour. also as other reviews say, there are things in almost all the rooms that are obviously broken, old, and worn down. maybe some maintenance could save this place but obviously they havenā€™t cared to do that since the place opened so i doubt they will anytime soon.

Sad to write a negative review but others must be warned. Manu/most of the "mental" problems seemed to be "trial and error" brute force as there were no/little clues. Instead press a button or step on a tile and then have the automated voice tell you to exit the room and try again because you failed. Good idea but poorly executed in my opinion. Rooms should not be trial and error.

Initially read a lot of mixed reviews - however getting there, the building didnā€™t look run down as some people said... The trampoline area and axe throwing actually looked a lot of fun and weā€™re big areas. So not sure what the reviews meant in that sense.. I did the escape rooms which was fun and challenging which was the point! Reviews mention there arenā€™t any instructions, but again thatā€™s the point of the rooms. It really makes you think mentally and physically and I enjoyed it! Even though there were definitely some rooms I completely didnā€™t understand when kids around me did! And then there were rooms I did finish after a few tries. So I do recommend! Iā€™d go again to finish the rooms I couldnā€™t.

The concept of the Labyrinth is clever, but the rooms were poorly executed. There was no indication in any of the rooms on how to solve the "puzzles" and some of the rooms were broken, so solving it was impossible. This was definitely quantity over quality in terms of the amount of rooms to be played. On the bright side, it wasn't expensive.

The concept is good. The execution was terrible. The puzzles are not puzzles at all. No thought was put behind any of them. There are no signifiers of any kind in any room. Everything is left to the simple mind game of trial and error. Fail a room, remember what button you pressed, re-enter the room to push a new button. Repeat until the correct button is pressed. Whoever designed these rooms is not an experienced game designer - or perhaps not a game designer at all. In my short stay there multiple people expressed frustration at the stupidity of the design. I'm not sure how they stay in business. I think everyone just posts how fun they thought it was to avoid sounding/feeling stupid like they didn't "get" the puzzles. The problem is not that you did not "get" the puzzle, the problem is that there was no puzzle to begin with. Spare yourselves the frustration and go anywhere else. This place will not satisfy your escape room itch.

I made an online reservation on their website from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. The day before I got on Google Maps to see how long it was gonna take for our party to get to this location. It was then that I saw their hours posted said that they didnā€™t open until 4 PM. I picked up the phone and called to confirm our 1:30 PM reservation of which I spoke to what sounded like a young teenager, who confirmed my 1:30 PM reservation was good and that they would see us tomorrow at this time. The next day I proceeded to take three of my employees away from their desks and theyā€™re busy afternoon to surprise them with what I thought was going to be a team bonding experience. When we got to the location in Lewisville, all the lights were off and the doors were locked, and no one answered their phone. This is uncalled for and not at all the way a business should be ran. It was a waste of time and money and I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Had a great experience exploring during the grand opening, the rooms were pretty challenging & we teamed up with some others to complete some of the other rooms that required 3 or more. Super cute, lots of neon & fun colored walls. Very friendly staff, Ryan was especially helpful!

Labyrinth Reality Games is so much fun! Johnny was amazing and super helpful (and so sweet)! He welcomed us with a genuine smile and made sure we felt comfortable and safe to ask questions and later ask for help during the games! I had so much fun hanging out with my friends and family!

Johnny was a great and fun help! He definitely helped a lot with all of the tips and tricks to these escape rooms. We wouldnā€™t have figured out the Donut room without him.. itā€™s trickier than it looks šŸ˜‚ Big favorite room is Burglar!

This place awesome!!! My kiddos loved it and the all day passes were well worth it if you start early and make a whole day of it.

Waste of money. It was very filthy. The objects you touch were black and sticky nasty. We love escape rooms but this one absolutely horrible.

It was okay it was pretty fun but I wish the rooms had clues in it or some form of direction in the rooms or something. It was a unique experience but I definitely would only go once.

My husband and I took my teenage son and his friend the puzzles were a lot harder than we anticipated but with a few hints we started to figure them out. Really great concept! some of the rooms were a little busted, but still functional and lots of different ones to try. We will for sure go back!

Friendly Staff. Couldn't keep three teenagers entertained for more than an hour or so. Confusing rooms with little direction. Went on a Saturday in summer in the middle of the day and wasn't very busy. The trampoline bit was hopping, the rest was dead.

I came here with my partner for our second date a little over two years ago and had a blast but didn't quite have enough people for many rooms. So we finally made it back out with a group of 6. This was a few too many for a single room but worked great when we split up into two groups of 3 or a group of 2 and a group of 4.

A unique take on escape rooms. There are more than a dozen challenges multiple each with a combination of mental and physical challenges. Each challenge provides 3 different rooms within them. The staff was great. Katie was working when we visited and walked around checking on us on a regular basis. She provided clues and help if we needed it. We spent two hours in this place and the kid's could have spent several more hours trying to successfully complete the various challenges. Highly recommend!

We showed up and spent 4 hours there on a Monday morning... We had the whole place to ourselves and it was great. Some of the rooms didn't work unfortunately but that's okay. Idk why they were open on a Monday morning but we aren't complaining

Pretty much like the others said, terrible execution. No basic guidance so you end up asking the staff how to figure it out. Some rooms are also quite dangerous. Itā€™s about being fast and brute forcing for the most part. At least three rooms didnā€™t work. What a waste.

for $25 pp it was an amazing experience, was not expecting that much of a struggle but damn was it hard to beat the shipwreck level. overall amazing experience but wear some workout clothes and closed toe shoes, i wouldnā€™t recommend this for kids under 11

Really fun experience, love the autonomy of it all. Our guide was helpful when we needed them. Very hands off, so donā€™t expect to get help 24/7. If you go in with a open mind, it can be a lot of fun
