Disappointing that I could only go on a weight list to enter the lounge. Having flown 27 hours from Australia, I definitely needed a break and refreshments plus a shower, only to find a queue of around 15 people in front of me being turned away with a wait list ticket. As I do not have a phone as I’m transiting through USA , they wouldn’t have been able to call me anyway. This all at 5pm on a Thursday afternoon. Not good enough AMEX and Centurion. You don’t pay $1490 a year to not get into the lounges. It’s an integral part of having a Platinum card. Perhaps consider giving some points to people who can’t get in because it’s too busy.

The unfortunate reality that most of us frequent travelers know at this point, is that when it comes to lounges across the US, Delta continues to feel like the gold standard for the total package. Delta offers more food options, more food stations, more grab&go, more hot Tea choices, and more bar space for drinks. I took pictures of this Centurion Lounge in the early morning before 8am but was here two nights ago at 5pm and it was a zoo. That’s the biggest reason for the 2-star rating. Lounges, INCLUDING and perhaps especially Delta, are so overwhelmingly crowded after 10am (give or take, once the early flights start to arrive at their connecting hubs) that the experience is going from bad to worse. Also, I’m kindly asking all lounges to offer healthier food. Not a good breakfast scene here but at night they did have good veggies and chicken.

Love this lounge! 🙏 Fantastic food to eat, beverages to drink, and places to relax during your layover ✈️ The espresso bar ☕️ is definitely worth trying 🙌 Bathrooms were spotless. Lounge seating was comfortable and have the ability to lay down and sleep if you needed to. Always will stop by the lounge 😌

Revisited 5/16/2022: this second visit was much better with the food. Most items were tasty and fresh. It is a bit harder to get inside now because you have to wait on waitlist and get a confirmation text before you can enter. Big lounge but mediocre food. I came in around lunch and the food for a centurion lounge was a bit disappointing. They had tacos and other small dishes but they were all just okay. At least it was super roomy and plenty of sitting available. The staff did a great job of cleaning the place.

Today I compared the American airlines admiral club to the centurion lounge. I first went to centurion lounge and then followed up with a trip to admiral club down the hallway in terminal D. I would say that the American airlines club was slightly nicer. The AMEX centurion lounge was simply too packed. The food was better however and I would recommend going to either one. Take a look at the pictures and decide for yourself

I really loved this location. Was here for my 12 noon flight came around 9:30 am. Very classical and lovely. Service top notch as per.

What an exceptional long! Way better than Club DFW. I’ve been twice, once when busy and once more reasonable. The Staff were amazing during the busy stay to make me aware of the situation and how to best navigate. Delicious breakfast and lunch eaten here. Lots of different kinds of spaces. Highly recommend.

It is our first visit to this Lounge and we are thoroughly enjoying our experience. There is a breakfast bar menu of beer, wine, mimosas, and Bloody Mary until 10:30, after which time full bar selection is available. I opted for a Sam Adams and my wife ordered a Shiner Light. There are a number of people here but it doesn’t feel crowded given the large amount of space and thoughtful layout of the tables. My wife partook of the breakfast food items and gave it two thumbs up. She served herself frittata, sausage, scone, and fresh fruit. Bathrooms are impeccably clean. I was impressed with the L’Occitane amenities. There is an attentive employee walking around taking plates off tables and making sure the place is clean.

Meh. I left it about a half and hour ago… I’m having a better experience at the TGIF as I wait for my flight. They close early vs other lounges. Stated time was 7:30, but the bar closed at 7 SHARP. The food was just ok. The pork was the best thing on the plate. The polenta was cold. The brussel sprouts were over salted, but the field pea salad was pretty good. I know staffing is hard but… meh.

Arrived around 7:30AM on a Sunday morning and it wasn’t too crowded, so it was easy to find a spot to rest. The breakfast buffet options were great. Bar was closed, but note that Texas laws prohibit serving of alcohol before 10AM on Sunday mornings. I would love to come back at a different time to try all the amenities (bar, showers, etc). All in all, worth leaving a little earlier before your flight to enjoy this great perk!

Nice lounge like other centurion lounges and it was not super busy while visiting around 3pm saturday. The lounge was huge with lots of seatings. The food was good. Some amenities like water machine not working and some ameneties need reservation like conference room, massage service, shower room, etc. Entry process was fast with people keep coming in steadyly.

Lounge sitting area is good. Heavily crowded most of the time. Wanted to take a shower and I was told there is big queue and need to wait 2 hours. Cubicles are good to get some rest if you want to. Food is ok just like other lounge. Overall good experience.

The crowded seating arrangements left me feeling a bit overwhelmed, but I suppose it's something to be expected given the popularity of the venue. However, I did enjoy some delicious drinks and a particularly tasty bowl of lentil soup.

This was my second time in a Centurion Lounge, and I was even more impressed this time. I got breakfast in a previous lounge, and it was good, but the food in Dallas lounge exceeded my expectations. The place was packed to capacity, so it was hard to find a place to sit, but once we did we had a very nice and relaxing hour layover to eat and charge our phones. The people next to us left for complimentary messages, which we didn't even know they offered. We tried to get on the list, but the only opening was two hours after our flight left, so it's only a good option if you have a longer layover and get there early enough to sign up. The food was amazing though: kale cesar salad, saffron rice, marinated chicken, soup, corn and bean salsa/dip, and seasoned tortilla chips to go along with it. I was very impressed, and it was the perfect meal for both of us in the middle of a very long day of travel. Would definitely recommend.

Was there at lunchtime during their 10 year anniversary party and it was very busy. However, the restrooms were clean, the staff were very attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the freshly baked cookies near the coffee machines!

My husband and I travel frequently and currently live in southeast Texas which means we catch a lot of flight out of DFW. We are returning guests to this centurion lounge and sometimes have had 3-4hour long layovers here. The centurion lounge has definitely made these long layovers more bearable. They are always clean and do a great job of gathering tidying up tables for the next group of people coming in. My husband and I aren’t picky eaters so we generally think the food options (both hot and cold) are always delicious. We’ve been here for all three meals and would say they do a great job of switching things up. With that being said, this lounge can get very busy but if you do snag a spot, it is worth it.

Interesting layout at this Centurion Lounge. Large “bowling alley” format. Nice with one buffet and two bars. Plenty of different seating choice and options for children too. Great way to kill some time.

Great lounge by D12, takes about 20-30 min to get to from other terminal via the sky link so plan accordingly. Book a massage or manicure. The only downside is it’s officially crowded. If you have to use the men’s restroom you will likely wait 5-10 min sometimes.

This lounge is a very long strip, or rectangular shape. Overlooks the checkin counters. So a good place to people watch, if you are into that. Food seems mediocre, but there are numerous tea and drink stations. Well stocked. Semi busy on a Wednesday afternoon. But didn’t have any issue getting in. Would probably prefer capitalone lounge over this one though. Mostly due to the food selections.

The most spectacular fine dining and drink. Fly Eagles Fly! Try the Desert Oasis cocktail. A local specialty.

Big fan of this lounge. The food is always excellent, especially the dinner! Took them up on the complimentary mani and it was great! They did a great job! The staff is attentive and the lounge is clean. Can be a little crowded but I can always find a seat to relax. Definitely check out this lounge if you have the time!
