This Admiral’s Club location is extremely busy. Seating is hard to come by, but the space is massive. Food selections are similar to most during this pandemic - soups, veggies, dips, pita, hummus, falafel, and desserts. Lots of coffee and soda machines to get drinks as well. Bad has complimentary beverages as well as more expensive beverages. The bathrooms were not well kept unfortunately but this may have been a one-off. Either way, the quieter atmosphere is welcoming during layovers at this busy airport. Being removed from the rush of people is extremely nice when you want to grab a quick bite.

Sky Club and Centurion is definitely better... all they had to eat was some extremely salty chicken and potatoes and soup. And finger foods. Not worth $80 a person. The only good part is the comfortable couches and free alcohol. Should be more like $40 a person.

First time at this admiral club in Dallas. Wonderful experience. Flight arrived very early morning about 530 am and made my way to this vip lounge to rest. Simple breakfast food such as toast, bagels, fruit salad and yogurt were readily available at this hour. Breakfast beverages such as coffee and tea were also available at this time. Later near 6ish on I noticed that more breakfast options became available such as eggs, avocado, and bacon. The bar also seemed to be open near 6ish on. Unique to this vip lounges, I don't think beer, wine or any other alcoholic beverage are free here as compared to other vip lounges in other countries. Several amenities such as showers, restrooms, private conference rooms, buisness area, kids room, and other quiet sitting areas. There plenty of areas to sit. There is an attention to cleanliness as I noticed a Dyson air purifiers in all seating areas. Many windows that allow natural light in although the views are from the parking lot. Facilities were clean during my visit and the reception from all the staff I encountered was friendly. This location in terminal A is located in front of gate 23.

A wonderful experience as can be expected from an Admirals Club. It was early morning so there was no crowds or lines for anything which was a plus. Breakfast was ok, but the coffee station and juices available were great. Very cozy and clean.

Nice clean spacious club. It has a good bar and alcohol bar. Some drinks are Included , for example I was pleasantly surprised that brut is included. Multiple TV screens with football 🏈 lovers glued to the screens. Clean bathrooms, including family bathroom. Located at A24.

Well worth getting a day pass first when we had a 10 hr wait for our next long haul flight from Dallas to Sydney, although had we have known it been told, as Qantas Club members we apparently would have had free access and saved ourselves $70USD each - aargh!!! But it was worth it as the food was good, the place was kept very clean with our used plates quickly cleaned away, and the snooze area was a bonus, although it was next to a slightly noisy servery area. Know also that as international passengers, apparently we could have accessed the more up market Flagship Lounge too, but please check this yourself to be sure if this applies to you:

Incredibly rude agents. My secondary card wouldn’t swipe, and they were super rude about it and wouldn’t try to type it in, which I had another club do a few days ago because I’m waiting to get my new card, and then said we could pay $80/person to get in when we already have the card. Even if that is the policy, you don’t need to be rude or mean about it. Train your agents to at least be polite when denying entry for dumb reasons.

Always clean restrooms, small snacks, less annoying ppl here rather than the gate.

Food not very good none at the Club, I do a lot of flying tired of guacamole it would be nice to see something different, I've starting to feel it's a waste of time half of the Admiral clubs are shut and when you do find an open Admirals Club they are over crowed due to all the Clubs being shut down in the airport so your fight to find a seat. Not worth it

Very good staying at the American Airlines Admirals Club. Waiting for my flights was a much better experience this time. Another level of customer service experience.

Admirals club is always nice to visit on a trip. They do not have all the bars open, I am assuming because of COVID. Also, they had some snacks available but really no buffet of food like before.

Nice spot in airport when you have time to waste. Available seating with child's area also. Has free limited snacks and soups to enjoy. Has a bar for cocktails to enjoy also. They have clean restrooms and showers. They offer free coffee, water and tea. Also have power sources for smart phones. Free to Titanium American Airlines Citibank card holders who can take up to 2 guests with them. You can also visit if you have a international or premium first class or business class ticket. Regular first class tickets don't give you access to admirals club. You can purchase day passes for 50 dollars. Enjoy.

Breakfast is consistently good here. I mainly travel mornings for business so I can’t speak for the lunch or dinner selections. If you sit near the bar they will also have salmon and other choices.

This review is for the Admirals Club (B3-4) Location. This is the smallest A.C that I've visited. There was 1 bar, no showers, very small selection of food items, but the tacos were good! I thought I added sour cream, but it was sour cream dip. Lol

We sat in the DFW Terminal B and Terminal D Admirals Clubs this week. The staff worked consistently to keep us and the other customers happy: cleaning, filling, sweeping, pouring, delivering, checking in, smiling. They were all focused on providing a clean, delicious, relaxing experience. Thank you Texas! PS:👍 build-your-own-taco bar FTW.

This is an especially spacious club. There is plenty of comfortable seating options with many private, secluded arrangements. You'll find two food buffets as well as the bar. There is a quiet work area, a cell-phone-free room, and even a play room for little children. I may be mistaken, but I think the delicious orange juice was frsh-squeezed!

Great place to hangout while traveling to relax, grab a drink or adult beverage and some little bites. Bar area, quiet area, work area and even a kids area to accommodate all travelers.

I always enjoy connecting in Dallas DFW. I love this Admirals Club and the lounge has a great view of the Ramp.

This admirals lounge is among the best! It’s always clean and welcoming. The snacks and beverages are good and plentiful. I’ve had a pleasant experience with the staff, they are always helpful if I have questions about my flight. I fly often and I’m so glad that I am able to visit this lounge!

Nuce place to relax and have some snacks and drinks. Bartender is always nice and don't forget to tip them for your free drink. Coffee machines seem to be out of order quite frequent. Food bar could serve faster to accommodate more traffic.

Me and my friend flew into Texas from PHX she wanted to take me to the admiral’s club to experience it. The food was good but average a lot of snack food. The drinks were free at the bar but the ladies at the bar were so rude she ignored me and my friends questions and would not even speak. I ordered a glass of red wine they gave me a dirty glass with a lipstick lip print. I take it back and she gives more attitude about replacing the glass. If this is what people pay extra money for they need to upgrade there customer service.

After three long days of travel delays the lounge was amazing. Food. Cleanliness. Helpfulness Except the front desk. First lounge I visited with unfriendly front desk.

So happy the Admirals Lounge was open, offered food and the bar was open with a bartender. Large lounge with several seating areas and multiple food service stations.

The experience was very nice, there was a ton of space and the couches and chairs were very comfortable. The food was a bit on the salty side but still was very good with great quality. The employees were very kind and helpful

Fabulous food & service! One of the best airport lounges around! Staff location great. Always a must stop before my flight.

Lounges like this used to be fantastic. Now it's mediocre: Charging for basic offerings (extremely limited complimentary menu), machines out of order, snacks were sad and simple... Staff were at least helpful.

Ok my experience is a bit limited as I just gained this status, but the Dallas Admirals club is by far the best I've been to. Lots of space - really important! Comfy chairs and a really good selection of food and desserts. Bar was excellent as well. Good selection. If you have layover here I'd highly recommend.

Overall it's clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpfull too. The food alternatives were too poor in my opinion, just a few snacks

Traveling with a dog on Thanksgiving week, usually we just go to the lounge and it’s always very comfortable. This time on top of dog travel and the time of the year, the team I wanted to watch, was playing in the World Cup. Thanks to the front desk staff!!! They hooked me up with a conference room with a big TV, and all I had to do was hook up my computer and watch! They even brought me water and beer while the game was on. AA lounges are always pretty good, especially since they limit access to people traveling on AA. With how crazy travel has gotten lately, I highly recommend a membership to Admirals Lounge if you fly AA a lot.

Excellent lounge, with excellent staff. Easy in and out, close to the gates with a great view of screens to keep you up to date with schedules and any changes. The food is good with great guacamole by Mastercard. The staff can update you as well. The only drawback is the lack of Neapolitan candy within the lounge. Needs to come back because it’s really delicious. Overall a rest lounge.

I have celiac so I need to eat gluten free or I get very sick. The chicken casserole didn't have an ingredients sign. When I asked the employee about it she assured me it was only chicken. I went to another station and sure enough the sign there said it contained wheat. Then a man told her the infused water was empty. She said sorry but made no effort to refill it. She said she was only one person and couldn't do everything. Overall, it was crowded and unpleasant.

Overall a great experience. Some of the things need attention like broken soda machine and soap dispenser in the bathroom. Staff are very pleasant and keep the club pretty clean considering the volume of traffic.

Great experience at the admirals club! On the day I visited they weren't accepting day passes because of capacity but they let me in because I had a complimentary pass! The lady was so nice even when she thought she was going to have to tell me no. They had a taco bar, snacks, and a full liquor bar. After having visited the Flagship lounge in Miami, this was certainly a bit of a step down, but still really great for my layover! Tip: A and D in the Dallas airport is full-service. Just be sure to check capacity before you purchase a pass!

Sophia both working the travel and front desk at different point on Monday 8/22/2022 went above and beyond amazing customer service! I have work in customer service for years and rarely found this level of problem solving and personalize support! Everyone could learn from her and make this airline truly a great customer experience. Hopefully Sophia can be involved in helping train others at AA how to think outside of the box to take care of customers and even if delayed a day in travel taken care of. Hopefully will be see Sophia at the Flagship First Lounges in the future.

My first class ticket and international flight should qualify me for the Admirals club access at DFW. However since the return flight put me over till the next day I’m no longer able to use my First class benefits I paid for even though my ticket clearly states where the flight began. They weren’t will to help just acted uninterested and uncaring

Nice. Quiet. Clean. Offers: a private shower plus separate Men's & Women's restrooms of decent size; A bar; two slightly partitioned lounges and a computer lab. Pretty cozy environment. * Don't forget to tip 🤑 the wonderful staff!*

One of my favorite Clubs. The large size and dispersed layout makes for a comfy and relaxed experience. I always appreciate the self serve Coke dream machines to fill up my travel canteen with AHA club soda.
