Lakeside Dog Park

Park

😠 PRIVATE DOG PARK! I am from out of town. I have a very restless dog. She is a puppy and slept all day in the car yesterday. I drove 30 min to get here just to find that it is private. Thought I would pass that along. People often mention park, dogs, small, Lakeside,

My fur-cutie-baby loved it :D it had enough for her to run around in to chase her ball :) its a really beautiful area and it was my first time there despite living close to it :) there was no one else there which I was cool with because she is unpredictable, though it would have been nice to see if she would've played with other dogs:)

From the pictures, I was expecting something completely different than what the park actually is. You have to walk through the large dog park to get to the small dog park. This is unbelievably unsafe. There was an entrance to the small dog park which had been soldered shut. If you're okay with having giant dogs swarm your tiny dog, I guess this park is fine. They had plenty of places to sit and some interactive ramps and tunnels. I will not be making the drive back over again.

Very nicely maintained dog park. The sign says it’s for residents of Lakeside only, but it was virtually empty when we used it and we didn’t have any problems. The entrances to the small dog park and the big dog park are both opposite the parking, and also far from each other, but there is a gate connecting the small and big dog parks, so you can move from one to another. There’s a nice water station right by the entrance to the large dog park, too.

Love this dog park! The dogs are friendly, the hooman’s pick up after their pups, they have waste bins and bags so if you ever run out or forgot yours you don’t have to worry. Have both a small dog and a large dog side with 2 agility toys in each. Plenty of water bowls and hose to fill or clean off your pup.

I like the convenience of having a,dog park, I just whisked that the side for the small dogs had more seating options, including some in the shade. That would bring so much more enjoyable,

Came here to bring my brother's dog and the dog park is very clean to walk alongside with your dog. Great place for the dogs to hang out and mingle.

I've hated the dog park ever since it was built. Lakeside built a huge dog park, but no actual park for us humans to have fun with the kids. There just happens to be another park just past the borders of Lakeside already built before the existence of Lakeside, and claims- "There's the park! Right along the board walk!" No-that park was not built for you! It's called Lakewood park for a reason! Nowhere does it say Lakeside park! Build your own park! The least you could do, is remodel it for us if your going to use it! But no! You decided to praise the dogs, and build them a park, bigger then ALL of us humans even have at a park that is invaded by Lakeside.
