Came here with my sister to grab some coffee and we ended up purchasing one of their T-shirt’s too. The staff is so friendly, they made conversation with us and were kind enough to let me try their nitro cold brew before my purchase. Would definitely recommend this spot to others!

Best cortado I’ve ever had. Great coffee shop/roaster. The atmosphere was on point. I love the irony that it’s clearly in an old Starbucks. The cortado was seriously on point and the espresso was smooth as it gets. The drip coffee was also great. Overall the prices seemed high (personal opinion) but on par for all the places around here. Well done Novel!

Great location for coffee drinks! Carlos is super friendly and will help explain and find a great selection. Their drip coffee is actually made by way of a pour over. I drink black coffee and found both the house blend and Ethiopia to have a lot of flavor. So glad I found TRIO COFFEE and plan to be back.

The best hot vanilla latte around town. If you come in early ask for their breakfast tacos too! They're AMAZING.

Beautiful place! I just found it this morning and I'm currently sitting here still. The decor is something you would find in New York or Europe and has an amazing urban feel to it, the picture of the drink I posted is their "bourbon maple latte"and it's so good,couldn't taste the bourbon that much. Carlos the owner and employee is more than happy to answer any questions you have about any of the coffee's (matter of fact he's explaining to a customer as I'm sitting here writing this)on their menu which is extensive, they do smart pay if you wanted to pay with your phone. All the employees are super friendly and love to chat, if you come here regularly they get to know you and call you by name which is awesome and even will remember your order (if you come here enough). Will be coming back again most definitely.

I was there during Columbus Day and they were closing early, so I transitioned to the outdoor seating. It was hot (90 degrees) and sunny and was there a couple hours. I think the owner or manager came to the store to drop some things off, saw me sitting in the outdoor seating alone working on my laptop and just as he was about to close up and leave, he kindly offers me a cold bottle water! I was in town for business and not sure if this was just southern hospitality, but it’s nice to see such kindness. If I am back in town I will definitely come back to the place! Great service!

I enjoyed my time here! I had an excellent cortado that was presented on a custom dish, there was a great selection of craft beans, and tasteful decor as well! The location, however, is small and there isn't always enough seating or room if you want to get work done. So for the coffee and espresso enjoyers I would say that this place is absolutely worth your time to visit and regular at. But for those looking for a study spot or maybe a place to catch up with people I would find a little more spacious location.

We love this place. Quality is better than Starbucks. Only disappointment is that they close at 2 pm. We often want to go in the afternoon, but can't.

Great local coffee shop. Must visit if you’re local or from out of town. The house blend is unique and bold. The lavender latte was delicious and made me feel like I was in Maui again. Mocha latte was solid. Didn’t try any food items but the display looked immaculate. Atmosphere is perfect. Ample places to sit to read or chat. Service was excellent! Will come here again when we pass through Flower Mound.

Decided to try this place out while visiting family in Flower Mound and I’m so glad we did! Delicious pour over coffee and some fantastic seasonal drinks. We were fortunate enough to meet the owner Carlos and he was so kind. Made the decision between the Peru and Ethiopia beans an easy one. We will definitely be back the next time we’re visiting FM!

The coffee was delicious. No doubt about it but there’s something about just being ignored. I was waiting in line (I usually don’t care to wait I’m a very patient guy) but like 5 minutes in I noticed they were just chatting with the barista/cashier. I usually don’t care of the wait knowing they are working but I had places to be things to do! As I had a very busy schedule.

Miami sunrise was so amazing! The orange was surprisingly delicious. It’s so cute inside the coffee shop. This was my treat for my hour drive home after taking the kids to the splash pad.

My first and last time for this coffee shop, first we were greeted by the barista, I asked questions about espresso, she they didn’t know anything about it except the name (blend coffee, no region or tasting notes were highlighted) however, I ordered flat white and it was so disappointing (foamy like dishwashing soap) see the picture, I wouldn’t pay for this level of coffee and service again. I wish the owners of this shop train their baristas about customer service and product knowledge as well as how to make and prepare the drinks.

Coffee houses seem to be more inviting, Novel has that clean and inviting urban atmosphere. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and they sincerely appear as if they enjoy being there for you. The coffee is great and they have gluten free pastries! The coffee is served hot with a full cup unlike other establishments. There is plenty of parking and no long lines, like other places, that serve half cup of coffee and whip cream. There is seating in & outside Novel's establishment with a sofa, a large table w/approx. 6 seats, lounge chairs and barstools. Change your view on coffee, Novel is worth checking out.

This local coffee shop has great coffee, good vibes, and pleasant staff! I often share my drinks to NTX Coffee Lovers on FB when I'm at their shop. Delicious!

I like the different combos and flavors here. Customer service always friendly. Discovered there's a group of Porsche owners that gather Friday mornings, but most of us have to work Fridays, so sadly can never join. (Maybe they don't want newbies?)

This place is so cute, kinda small with tight/limited seating but good parking. Baristas were sweet and even though it was busy we got our order quickly. The southern comfort iced was *chefs kiss*

Such a cute and quaint place to have coffee with friends in or outdoors. I took my drink to go. I was looking forward to a creamy latte with oat milk what I tasted was not creamy but watery. I ran into a person I haven’t seen in a while it’s a favorite spot of theirs. I plan on coming back to give them another try. I heated it up and added my oat creamer and additional shot of espresso. Perfect! I may try almond milk instead and get an additional shot of espresso.

Great coffee shop. Been here a couple times because it's near my kids' school. They have some unique drink offerings, and the ones I've tried are delicious. We're talking actual, genuine, hand-crafted bevs here. : ) I like the atmosphere here too. Always love to support a good local biz. Say no to Charbucks! :P
