We’re surprised to find that good coffee & gelato spot far from Dallas. Peach gelato is really fantastic! Needless to say that cappuccino and raspberry muffin were excellent too. Dog friendly patio and very comfortable patio chairs, really enjoyed sitting there

Coffee and ice cream are yummy we loved spending fun Friday at Epic Gelato. The location is great.

This is our go-to place for gelato and affogato! We’ve been coming here for more than 2 years and are always happy with the service. Cozy sitting inside and outside. You can bring your pet if you are sitting outside. One thing to note - sometimes they close early, so you can come in an hour before the closing time and they could be closed, which is disappointed. We usually go to the nearby store with ice cream, but they are not as good.

Cosy ambience, nice location, variety of choices, good service, reasonably priced & better quality !! What else can you ask for ? Do check it out if you are in the area. The place was quite empty for a weekday afternoon, that definitely enhanced our experience. We tried Gelato & Coffee, both were good. They have Smoothies, Gelato, Hot & cold Beverages, variety of Tea, etc. One should be able to get something that they are looking for.

The ambiance is amazing. I was there to meet friends and while we were there, there were other people who were meeting their families, a guy doing homework in the corner. It was really warm to see such good vibes in this place. I, for one, am their regular customer from now on.

I visit Epic Gelato every single Saturday. Literally. It is the BEST gelato in Texas…possibly in America. The El Corazon and blood orange are my favorite flavors, but they change everyday so there’s always something yummy!

One of the best ice cream I ate in DFW area. They don’t have it always but, they have one flavor that I love love love “bacio”

Rarely do I visit a place so good that I am compelled to write a review immediately. The gelato was fresh, creamy, and wonderful. The coffee was EXCELLENT. The owner gave us insights into their process, from bean selection to grinding and water preparation. Suffice it to say, the care and attention that went into preparing my espresso shot resulted in quite possibly the best coffee I've had in DFW. Truly a coffee lover's dream.

I didn't have an opportunity to try the coffee, but the Gelato was delicious! My kids got lots of different flavors, and none were bad. One of my kids even liked the coffee Gelato. For me, personally, the grapefruit was amazing! I regrettably mixed it with lime (which was good but unnecessary) and wished I had stuck to just grapefruit. They were all out of the heaven flavor, which is a crowd pleaser, so I'll have to withold judgment. If you're in there before me, let me know how it is!

This is the ONLY place I know that has vegan - and diary free, soy free, nut free, and gluten-free ice cream. Which is PERFECT for my kid that has all these food allergies!!! They have 6 flavors that are allergen friendly and rotate every week! Today, she had mango! Yum!

We went there for a little business meeting. I thought the service was nice, and our coffee was good. I am only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the cleanliness of the store was not there. It was not busy when we were there, and it could just be someone did not do a great job closing the night before, but most of the tables were pretty gross and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in some time. Overall, just needs a little attention. Would be willing to visit again to see how it does.

We came for the gelato and it was delicious. We both got the smallest cup they offer and they FILL IT UP. So much gelato in the smallest size, we didn’t even finish ours. I had roasted Marshmallow and Oreo, my partner had strawberries and cream and peaches and cream. All 4 flavors were delicious. It’s also super awesome that they let you mix your flavors if you want, and of course you can sample the flavors before you get them.

Really good gelato! They knew which flavors had eggs which was helpful for us so we can avoid them. Flavors are great! They also change flavors occasionally. Staff was friendly, and place was clean.

I had the affogato, I had been told it was something worth trying and was not let down. It was delicious and I recommend it. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

Epic has become one of my go-to spots for getting work done during the day. Their menu offers plenty of options for everyone. Some of my favorites are The Way (hot or iced) and their peach blossom iced tea! The affogato is also great! The staff members are kind and patient, and they are always looking out for their customers. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Awesome Gelato place with a variety of flavors. Very good location in Lakeside as soon as you enter. The patio was not clean and also has lot of road noise, but you can sit in the open space in front of the shop.

Gelato was good, interior was nice, gelate expensive. Customer service was pretty bad. Not rude necessarily, but teenage workers were indifferent and didn't seem to care at all that we were customers, just to pay and go. They didn't even say thank you to any of us (we had a party of 8), which is a small thing, but didn't realize how important it was. Recommendation to the owner to train their workers a bit better. A thank you goes a long way and shows the businesses attitude toward their customers!

I have always loved this place and the owner Richard. The raspberry muffin and the lavender lattte are my go to and they don't disappoint. While I enjoy my goodies with my friends, Richard usually stops by to say hello in his uniquely humorous way. Love the riddle of the day on the white subway tile and the ever changing artwork someone does daily. It's a mystery that even the owner isn't sure of the source. Funny joke on him from his workers. ❤️ I've tried the gelato after dinner and always have a good experience regardless of who is working. Very cute place and warm people. Everything is made from scratch from the ice cream to the pastries. The muffins and tarts have real fruit and not that restaurant fake gel. This is the real deal. You may pay more but it is worth it.

Their sizes range from kids, medium or large. The medium was the perfect size for me since the gelato is so rich. I ordered a mix of flavors Irish Whiskey and a Purple Cream which were both amazing. They offer a variety of card games for you to play as well. I can’t wait to visit this place again on a summer evening.

I cannot say enough about the gelato here! Every flavor I've tried (and that's been most of them) is amazing. High quality ingredients. The staff is great - you can sample before you decide. You may be tempted to get a large - but it's so RICH. Their pastries are wonderful too. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. Sit inside and play a game. Sit on the patio. Friday night's there is live music across the way.
