I have to start my review with the service. Absolutely amazing. The gentleman who served us was extremely polite and helpful. He offered to explain the menu, and got us plates and spoons when he saw that we changed our mind from takeout to partly dine in, and in fact, provided us with one of those hot/cold storage bags, so that our leftover Bingsu wouldn't melt during our journey back home. Hats off! Platinum standard for service!! Now to the Strawberry Bingsu. Absolutely awesome thing. We haven't had a Bingsu before and I can definitely say that this is one of our favorite go to dessert items from now onwards. Yummy😋 Very nicely decorated ambience in the Cafe. So cozy that it makes you want to not leave. Highly Recommended!!! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Update: Always consistent, kind people, great bingsu. If you have any problems, they will work with you. Update: still a great place. My request is to please set up the tables and chairs so people can sit down, put there dessert on the table and eat. All the little tables are put against the wall. The set up doesn’t give a lot of table+2 chairs combo, for friends to chat as they sit down with their bingsu. A little expensive but tasty dessert. The girl behind the counter was very nice. Uncomfortable table/chair, easy parking.

Best customer service! They made us feel so welcome! We were actually on a walk and had been wanting to stop in, we decided to give it a go, and what a wonderful surprise! They took mobile payments (which was good since we didn't have our wallets). The gentleman that took our order was very sweet and even gave us a little dish with water for our dog that was with us. He accommodated my daughter's request for something not on the menu (mango and blueberry bingsu) We each got something different, Tea, Smoothie and 2 types of Bingsu. The Bingsu was very good! It's basically shaved milk (kind of a cross between a snow cone and ice cream). They were so nice, they even brought another chair to the table out front so we could all sit. Definitely heading back in, can't believe I've been living next to this gem all these years and hadn't stopped in.

Service was excellent!! It’s all served in a to go box so you don’t get to enjoy the beauty of the dessert unfortunately. The owner was very nice and gave the kids some treats since Halloween was around the corner. The mango bingsu was good. The shaved ice is very soft as the name of the shop suggest … snowy.

This place is phenomenal. The flavors are so amazing, all the treats seem super authentic, they only do takeout, curbside and delivery right now but the staff is so helpful and sweet. They do require masks but they provide disposable black masks and hand sanitizing station at the entrance. When I visited, the man ahead of me had two small girls and they ordered the taiyaki but had to wait for a couple minutes and the associate came and have the kids a water in case they were thirsty for free, it was so sweet and sincere. I have two Boba shops closer to where I live and I will order or drive the extra distance to give this shop my business.

Went out of my way to try this place. Nice workers - they answered all of my questions. Parking was plentiful. Decor was cool. I got the taro milk tea and matcha green tea. Both were good, but taro was "intense" with a little too much taro flavor. Matcha green tea was good. Pricey. The price includes 1 topping. While I usually don't get any toppings with my boba, the price was too steep for me. The bingsu looks good. I will try it next time I'm in the area.

Sweet snow ice cream?!? So light and fluffy! So weird but yummy. Try it today Then the taiyaki (tie-yak-y?). Fried dough with fillings. Such a strange and delightful dessert, great “new” thing to take your lady on a special date to. Chill atmosphere like a kickback coffee house. Extensive boba menu too but that ain’t my thing.

It's a cute place. Cozy decorations. There are games and books. Taiyaki with Boston cream is a must have! It's a little fish shape pastry with cream filling. It went so fast I didn't even get a chance to take a picture of it. The shave ice was yummy, but I found it a bit expensive for the size compared to Carrollton. The fruit refresher which is fruit syrup with soda water, my kids loved it. The strawberry smoothie was decent, it was mixed from powder not fresh fruit. Overall we had a good experience. We love supporting local businesses 😊

The cashier was super friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure service was to our satisfaction. He made many suggestions and recommendations. He suggested an ice pack for our To-ordee and he even gave us some bottled water for the road. We ordered the Bingsu and some boba tea. The Bingsu is a must try! The ice is super soft and melts in your mouth. The matches and red bean was a great combo and it is a pretty good serving size. The taro boba tea was one of the best ones I have tried. They offer popping boba and jellies. Because of the great customer service and the delicious Bingsu, I will definitely be back. Do yourself a favor and cool down with some Bingsu in this Texas heat.

Best Boba Tea ever! I’ve had Boba Tea in many places however this place serves the absolute delicious ones. Their shaved ice (Bingsu) is super delicious too. The owner is always extremely nice and accommodating. Love this place!

No one can beat this hot hot weather except bingsu & Boba!! We are so lucky to find this place super close to our home. No need to drive far !!! Since we found this place we pretty much here twice a week and couldn't thank you ever one enough for the best service and all your suggestions. We are a big fan!!!

Been a hot minute since we've been here. The ambiance is great for dine-in. Lots of choices, from Boba to bingsu* to taiyaki with a wide assortment of flavor choices. Today we got some mango bingsu, strawberry tira misu bingsu, and of course my own personal favorite, Honeydew Boba half-sweet. It was all delicious! The service was friendly, fast, and hospitable as well. We will be back soon! *for the uninitiated, it's basically like Hawaiian shaved ice, but instead of frozen water it's frozen condensed milk, layered with fruit or other sweet toppings. It's really an indescribable experience to eat. Try it!

Tried bingsu for the first time, and it was delightful! Mango Bingsu with Cheese cake, 10/10 ... Little bit expensive, but it was worth the money! Great service as well!

I had the Taro & Strawberry Milk Tea with boba and it was just alright, I think the strawberry flavor was too artificial. I also tried the Strawberry and Tiramisu Bingsu and it was delicious. The only negative thing I can say is that it’s take out only. They have a place outside for you to sit but it was miserable sitting in 105° weather and everything melted fast. We live in Denton and didn’t want to eat it in the car.

This place is awesome. Portion sizes are very generous, and the Boboa is as expected. The Bingsu is really really good, fresh fruit and texture is very nice. What really sets this place apart from just about any other desert place I've been to in FloMo is the customer service. Not being familiar with the menu, they really took their time and explained it to us. They even went out of their way to get a bowl of water for our dog as we just made an unplanned stop on a walk. Will definitely be coming back. Heavily recommended.

Food? 10/10 bingsu is soo good. Service? 15/10 both the guy taking orders and the girl bringing out the food went above and beyond with making sure we were taken care of.

If you are looking for delicious boba and a friendly environment then come to this place! My husband (Jonathan) and i came here for a late night sweet treat and Snowy Bingsu did not disappoint. Parker was very friendly and professional, he noticed it was our first time there so he took the time to explain and answer any and all questions we had. We live in Colleyville and will definitely be coming back here again, it was worth the drive!

Delicious & yummy 😋 my new favorite place so sweet tooth cravings. I got the strawberry banana boba tea with strawberry poppings 🍓 🧋 I also got Taiyaki with custard filling and it was AMAZING!!! The bingsu was also refreshing and fresh. This place is perfect for a sweet treat and also tasty drinks and desserts 🍨

This place is so good, this is my second time going and I fell in love with it with my first visit. It reminded me of one I found in Mexico and the staff here is incredible. They even marked which drink had different sweet levels and boba. 11/10
