Unfortunately
I
had
a
bad
experience
with
us
place.
My
husband
and
I
were
so
excited
to
try
it
from
all
the
great
reviews.
We
first
came
Saturday
night
5/14
and
decided
to
wait
and
come
back
the
following
day
because
of
the
long
line.
Sunday
5/15
I
placed
an
order
online
went
to
run
an
errand
before
heading
that
way,
so
there
was
more
than
enough
time
to
have
the
order
ready.
I
arrived
and
of
course
the
line
was
long
again,
I
went
up
to
the
worker
and
told
her
I
was
picking
up
an
order
she
told
me
I
had
to
wait
in
line,
I
then
told
her
I
placed
an
online
order
and
it
said
it
would
be
ready
at
6:02pm
it
was
6:15pm
when
I
got
there!!
She
then
told
me
b/c
they’re
so
sort
staff
I
still
had
to
wait
in
the
drive
thur
line.
So
I
then
asked
for
a
refund,
b/c
what’s
the
point
of
placing
an
online
order
all
to
come
to
here
and
still
have
to
wait
in
a
line?
I
was
shocked
when
she
came
back
with
the
refund
receipt,
b/c
1.you’ll
rather
give
a
refund
than
to
have
a
happy
customer
🙁
&
2.for
the
amount
of
time
I
was
waiting
for
the
refund
they
could
of
just
made
my
order,
wouldn’t
you
think??
So
what
really
ticked
me
off
I
went
over
to
McDonald’s,
settled
for
an
ice
cream
cone
and
seen
a
guy
get
out
of
his
car
headed
to
the
door
of
BB’s
and
came
back
with
his
order
smh!!
Just
horrible,
poor
customer
service!
My
advice
coming
from
someone
who
worked
in
customer
service/retail
for
10+years
maybe
have
someone
working
on
online
orders
only
so
this
doesn’t
happen
to
another
potential
customer
🙄
