Idk if everyone is fibbing or if I’m just a hater. I have been eyeing this place for quite sometime and finally caved 30 minutes ago . I got the Molokai and Honolulu chicken as a side , the container was only barely filled . So they definitely skimped on the protein but it does taste good. The rice was rice it was fine and there’s a lot of it . The white macaroni tasted like light ranch , not sure what that’s about , not my vibe. The veggies are unseasoned but a good variety or vegetable just taste like the water it was boiled in or whatever . The drinks were the best part tbh I prefer pass o guava nectar over strawberry lilikoi. Won’t be buying again . All for $20

Lake and Lane are amazing and so friendly! We meet them at the Taste of Addison event and we were so well received. Gave us some knowledge about hawaii! they were super funny. I recommend everyone to stop by and try the food and meet these guys!!

Great food and service! I was met by Aaron who was very helpful and friendly. The Molokai Chicken that he suggested was a wonderful blend of sweet and spicy and the rice was cooked perfectly. I’d highly recommend this place! These folks raise the bar in terms of customer service.

****Update**** Gave them another shot today and food was much better! Pineapple soft-serve was a good treat for these hot days. Veggies came out perfectly. __________ Ordered from here through UberEATS. Ordered two large plates with added pineapple and didn't get any in either!!! Totally ruined it for me as I was looking forward to having it with my meal :( When you order a plate be aware rice is included under the meat you choose, so I wouldn't get another side order of rice. Veggies are too salty

My experience here was over the top! Such nice great people. The food was 10/10 ✨ Would definitely recommend and will for sure be back in the future.

My boyfriend and I visited for the first time about 2 weeks ago and we are still raving about how delicious our meals were! We dined in and the hostess Chelsea was awesome, very attentive as we had no idea where to begin lol. We look forward to returning soon. If your considering it, Definitely Go For It! 😉

The service never disappoints & honestly gets better every time my boyfriend and I come! The staff is friendly & always impresses me. Had no more than a 5min wait today but HB made sure to leave us smiling with some delicious freebies. Love that y’all are just right around the corner, this place is the best!

Absolutely enjoyed my first time here the Owner Lee took our order an explained how everything worked.. Even recommended the Jamaican an Lemonade tea that was delicious! Food was fantastic! Will definitely return

Absolutely love this place! Very authentic and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The food tasted great and my only tip would be to not replace the Mac with more rice because it already comes with 1 scoop and some under the protein.

Seeing the reviews and had to try this spot out. We ordered online and picked it up, the lady who gave us our order was extremely nice, I ordered the Honolulu chicken (small plate) it came with rice and macaroni, absolutely delicious. The small plate was still a lot of food and it was enough for me, great portion size. I was reading all the reviews on the spam and decided to try it out, it was not good and I had to throw it out. I’ll definitely go back and try something else.

My experience at Hawaiian Bros Island Grill left me underwhelmed. The chicken dishes, even the ones labeled as savory, were overly sweet, which was quite disappointing. Moreover, I found that the menu predominantly consisted of carb-heavy options, saturated fats, and sugary ingredients. This made for a less balanced and healthy dining experience. Considering my expectations for authentic Hawaiian cuisine, I was hoping for more authentic flavors and a greater emphasis on fresh ingredients. Unfortunately, Hawaiian Bros Island Grill fell short in delivering a satisfying meal. If you're looking for a more balanced and less sweet Hawaiian dining experience, I recommend exploring other options in the area.

Ketha is very helpful and knows her menu!! I had the Honolulu chicken with veggies and also had the Huli huli chicken!! Both are amazing options! Super fast service and the atmosphere was clean and the music so calming!! One of the best locations I’ve been to yet!! Keep up the amazing work Ketha!!

Love this throw back to the island 🤗 all the food we had was excellent! We had a little trouble understanding the ordering process but Des was super helpful and kept checking on us after we got our food. Can’t wait to come back 🌺

Great food and very nice staff. Food here is great and love the drinks too. Update - feels like an improvement on the last few times I was here. There was more sauce on the molokai which I love and now I don't need the extra sauces. Even the pig which I had one time and was extra dry, was now delicious and juicy.

Pleasantly surprised! I got the sweet teriyaki chicken, vegetables, and macaroni salad. Our cashier Christina was SO sweet and helpful since it was my first time there. The chicken was incredible and tender and with the pineapple barbecue sauce it was an actual chefs kiss. The macaroni salad stood out to me. I hate macaroni salad…until now! This is actually the best macaroni salad I have ever had!!! The vegetables were seasoned and so good and fresh tasting! Solid experience!

This was my first time coming here. Mara was so nice and helpful. I ordered the Dole ice cream swirl which is raspberry and pineapple mixed. It was good although the raspberry part was my favorite. I also ordered a plate with molakai chicken and Honolulu chicken. It came with rice, teriyaki sauce and macaroni salad. Everything came in nice sized portions. The service was excellent and the atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting.

Received a small when Paid for a classic!!! Ordered a classic size meal and received a selection that would barely fill a toddler. Incorrectly sauces included not what I ordered. I will continue to drive the newer better services North Richland Hills location as this one does not give you what you pay for.

Des was so sweet to my mom and I! It was our first time trying Hawaiian food (we have talked about trying for over 5 years so BIG deal) and we had the pleasure to meet Des. She walked around and talked to everyone with such great energy. She’s a genuine person who made my mom and I’s day! 10/10 recommend Hawaiian Bros and Des!

Every time that I go, It’s the same feeling. I enjoy the ambience. It’s a welcoming place. The staff gives me the feeling of representing the Island. I wish there were more locations throughout the states. It’s a great tasting healthier option. However it’s like a mixture of fast food and a home cooked meal

Will not be back! Going to Mo'Bettha's! The portion sizes of the chicken in the container has gone down and prices haven't. I have gotten what looks like a lunch portion for a regular plate price. Not okay! I am paying a lot for some plain rice and macaroni salad. Not anymore! Not to mention I ordered curbside and had to go in to get my meal after waiting. 1 worker running lobby, to-go and drive thru.

Seabass had the best customer service! It was my first time at the restaurant and he was friendly and helpful with the menu items. He also allowed me to sample the Chicken so I could make an informed decision. I had the Honolulu chicken with rice and pineapples and it was so delicious! I can’t wait to try it again.

I had low expectations when I walked in- Chain Hawaiian just didn’t seem like a thing, but I was so wrong! We were greeted warmly by Synia and ordered our food at the kiosks. In less than 10 mins I had a “lunch” plate of amazing luau pig. While tempted to get the Mac and rice, I opted for the veggies and was not disappointed. I genuinely look forward to returning to sample the rest of the menu.

We came in around 10 pm today and the boy in the white shirt at the register was the most welcoming person I’ve ever met; genuinely caring and made sure our first visit went perfect. There was also a girl with pigtails that was just as nice and attentive. Give them raises. If it weren’t for the delicious 10/10 food, than their customer service alone is enough for us to want to return. TRY THE MIXED DOLE SOFT SERVE. Mahalo!

I had never been to Hawaiian Bros but as they are opening up all over the place I wanted to try it before I go on a diet. Gigi helped me this evening and had a great example of what customer service is supposed to be. She explained the menu to me, checked on an ingredient for me, ad continued to make sure I was doing ok with my meal. I highly recommend it. Food was great. Unsweet tea was amazing. 10/10 experience.

This was our first time trying this restaurant and we will definitely go back! The manager, Mirian, was so helpful and so nice. She greeted us immediately and helped us with our order. We got the Molokai chicken, luau pork, and a twisted dole whip (definitely get this). My favorite part was the gluten free options because I recently had to go gluten free and the flavors were spectacular.

Found this place randomly driving through town. Have it a shot and they are super fast and the flavors are very good. Love the luau pig and Honolulu chicken. Some pineapple soft serve is also great.

The experience was phenomenal! Definitely the food was amazing fresh and hot. I will say as someone that lived in Hawaii you need to come try the Kalua pork. The best part about my experience though was the amazing customer service from Jaida and Juli! Give them a rise now! By the way I can only take a picture of the ice cream because the food was so good I forgot to take a picture I’m sorry y’all you got to come try yourself.
