Tried to schedule a follow-up visit. Their phone system directs you to their website to book appointments, but its a useless form and not a live scheduler. They called me a week later to schedule and I missed their call. Just spent 34 minutes on hold without anyone answering. Every 60 seconds or so a recording came on, adding insult to injury, telling you to schedule online vs. calling for an appointment. If only...

Dr. David Nolen is amazing. He gave me the time to talk, made me feel heard, and addressed all concerns with confidence and with a very empathetic and sympathetic approach. This visit for me was a turning point in my recovery. I am feeling more positive about my future , which I am sure will help my mental recovery as well. Thank you so much! David

Every person I met here was friendly, helpful, very ready to explain what was going on and hear my questions too. Dr. Whited and Alex were great. My only complaint is how long I waited in the exam room. Maybe that's because I arrived at 8 for an 8am appointment, rather than 10-15 minutes early. I didn't see Dr. Whited until nearly 9:15, although Alex spoke to me earlier. They were super efficient though and I felt I was in very good hands.

I was ushered out without addressing all my concerns. My prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. I was charged $130 over the amount I was quoted for the visit, due to actually looking at my nose. And I was never given the quote for the allergy test that I requested. Very poor service with no follow through.

From the time I entered their office and until I departed for home I was greeted and put at ease by persons that obviously love their job. I did not meet one employee that was not friendly and professional. I was very impressed how they have everything at their disposal in this one area from offices to their CT scan, to their allergy testing department, to their department for the hearing exam and procedures rooms. I just thought I was going to have doctor to look at my ears and do hearing test. They are set up for success. I can see why I was recommended to come here to be evaluated for my horrible tinnitus. Dr. David Nolen and his staff and all staff in each department I visited during my evaluation was top of the line. They really care about you. I will recommend this crew to anyone I know with hearing issues.

Dr. Dao was very professional. I was a little nervous when Ashley informed me that she was going to spray analgesic in my nose as the dr was going to scope me. Dr. Dao was very thorough & quick in completing the scope. She explained that I do not qualify for the Inspire procedure; but, gave me a great alternative that I’m looking forward to trying for my sleep apnea.

The Staff are empathetic and friendly. This was my first visit and they had caring attitudes to assure my current needs were addressed and taken care of. A BIG Thank You to ALEX who did an outstanding job! If you are seeking a welcoming and professional medical experience, go to the Austin Ear, Nose & Throat Clinic.

My experience was good, although I didn't know I was not to take meds for 7 days before my allergy tests, and I have to come back again. However, my chest x-ray results and my vitals were good so that made the visit worthwhile. The office staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

The entire staff was super sweet and kind. The Dr was thorough, I didn’t feel rushed (which in this country is rare!) and he did all the due diligence to confirm diagnosis. He also took the time to explain why he was approaching the stouts took the way he was based on my condition. Really good experience.

Other than the parking difficulties, the office staff were very nice and professional. One lady even offered me water as she could see I was very hot from the trek over. I only waited about 5 minutes before being called back and Dr. Boerner came in pretty quickly also. He was thorough, he listened and was okay with all my questions and concerns, very informative and gave me good info and stuff to try at home. Two thumbs up so far.

I’m a bit biased because I used to fill in over there. I really like Austin ENT Clinic. The place is always clean & neat, and all areas of employees seem to really know what they’re doing, & they do it well. The staff is always friendly, and the new (younger) batch of doctors are great & personable. I go back so far that I knew the original docs who started the place. They’re all retired now. So am I ! There was a bit of a long wait to see lo my doc today, but when she finally did arrive, she was wearing scrubs & looked like she had just rushed over from the OR. I bet it was a complicated surgery. She was still very attentive & upbeat for me.

Efficient office staff; they were prompt in returning phone calls. The doctor was clear in explaining my exam results. Overall, it was a very good experience. Hopefully, surgery will go as planned. 🤞

I love Doctor Dao, Cheryl and the front desk staff and Crystal and Cassady in the allergy allergy injections department.

It is easy to understand why Dr. Brad Winegar is such a highly rated ENT physician. He discusses his diagnosis in non-technical terms so that it is understandable to a layperson and then explains the pros and cons of treatment options, which is informed by his many years of experience.

I saw Dr Ackall and was very happy with my care received. Yes, there was a little waiting around prior to the appointment but during the actual time with the team I felt they took their time to understand the reasons for my visit and diagnosis.

Waiting time was a little longer than usual; however, Ashley and Dr. Dao make up for it by making me feel so comfortable and welcomed. You have their undivided attention and they are to the point and attentive. Pleasure visiting with them.

Dr. Whited went out of his way to ensure that my RCPD was addressed before my wedding in 2 weeks. He absolutely didn’t have to go to the OR that early and before his vacation. But he did! The office staff was amazing too and his MA made me feel right at home with knowledge about my rare condition. Thank y’all!!! 🙏🏻

Beyond frustrated with Dr. Dao's practice. TLDR; I had my tonsils drained twice by Dr. Dao for an infection - first time in her office and the second time in the ER a couple of days after seeing her (she didn't get all of the infection out the first time). Dr. Dao was nice the first time I met her and squeezed us in last minute. That was nice. But holy cow. Appalling bed-side manner when seeing her the second time in the ER. While I was in tears over how much pain I was in and couldn't utter a single word because of how swollen my throat had gotten, she complained about how tired she was and all of the patients she still had to see that evening. My husband, mother, and myself all looked at her completely perplexed - is she really complaining about having to drain my tonsils a second time when she didn't do it right the first time? Not to mention now I'm going to have insane medical bills for having to staying over night?! So grateful my family was there, as they were able to advocate for me and ask Dao to take a small break mid-procedure as it was Incredibly painful! As I was balling my eyes out because of the pain, she started to laugh at me under her breath because of how much I was crying. Real nice. I'll let that one go though because I have a sense of humor and probably did look ridiculous — blood streaming out my wide open mouth, crying profusely. I guess that's funny? That's not even why I'm writing the review. I have been trying to get in touch with their financing person (some mysterious woman named Miss Sue who never seems to be working) for over six months at this point. Phone calls, emails, voice mails. You name it. Miss Sue - if you're reading this, please give me a call so I can pay my bill! Do not recommend Dao or her office 1000%. Go somewhere else.

I visited Austin ENT Clinic on 2/27/2023. The physician I saw was Dr. Jeffery Khan. I had read really good reviews about him, (although I did not choose him at the time of making my appointment) I was a new patient and I was scheduled as such. I appreciate the insight Dr. Khan provided but I perceived him to be uninterested, and annoyed during my consultation. I felt undermined and uncomfortable for the most part therefore I couldn’t confidently present my concerns. I never leave reviews but I thought it was important to break through all the blindingly good reviews to give different insight so expectations can be made accordingly.

Dr Ryan Boerner is really nice! I already came in probably3-4 times because of my ear.. he is very gentle and always smiles even if he knows that I already came in a couple of times because of the same problem. he always remind me “don’t use q-tips “😀 I will never change my ENT doctor ever!

If you need a EMT specialist, look no further. This place changed my life. I even go here for my allergy shots. 10 out of 10.

Apparently they stopped taking my insurance two weeks prior but no one contacted me before I drove an hour for my appointment. Very dissatisfied and upset with them.

Everyone at Austin ENT is exceptional! Both my mother and I have been patients, and they have always been accommodating and the doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and highly rated for their expertise. I wouldn’t trust another year, nose, and throat specialist in this part of Texas.

So I've had some issues for quite some time with pressure in my ears. I've been to quite a few different ENTs just to get multiple opinions and see if someone can get to the root of the problem. I've already had a balloon sinoplasty and turbinate reduction. After having both those surgeries at a different ENT and still having issues, I wanted to opt into a Austin ENT Clinic to see if they would take a different approach based on a friends recommendation of one of the specialists. I can't speak for the medical team. I've heard decent things from some of the doctors. What I can speak to is getting someone on the phone. In the process of setting up the appointment, I could never get anyone directly on the phone without waiting 20+ minutes. This was over 4 or 5 calls that I had to make. When I finally scheduled the appointment, it was quick and they were able to see me the next day at 2PM. I arrived at 1:55 due to traffic but still a little early. I finished the paperwork probably by 2:20 at the latest. After I turned in the paperwork, I sat and I sat and I sat for about an hour. At this point I decided to double check their reviews. 3.7 stars and majority of the complaints were related to scheduling and wait times. At this point, I left. Sorry but I am looking for an ENT that can really take a look at me personally. I don't want an ENT that is too overwhelmed they can't take calls. I don't want an ENT that is too overwhelmed, you sit in a room with 10 other people and wait an hour. I've been to several other ENT's and sat in the office within 5 minutes. 20-30 minutes is okay, an hour is pretty crazy considering you have to pay to park at that facility (it's only a few dollars but moreover the principle.) This is why I can't speak to the medical team but I can speak to the feeling of a personalized visit versus just a massive intake that makes you feel like a number. That creates the whole experience for a patient. You want to feel like you are actually being listened to versus a clinic that can't and probably shouldn't be continuing to book people, when they don't have the time.
