The variety of classes available - from heated Vinyasa to guided sound meditation - in one location is fantastic. The instructors are knowledgable and encourage you to practice in a way that works for your body in the moment (they offer props for modification if needed). Can't recommend Flow Yoga at this location enough.

I'm new to Austin and am thrilled to find Body Collective. I love this yoga community. The classes offered are varied and have excellent, knowledgeable instructors. Another perk is that they have warm, welcoming, and helpful staff. The class selection online and check-in while in the studio is easy. I always leave feeling refreshed, energetic, and joyful. I highly recommend Body Collective. Enjoy.

The network of flow yoga studios is absolutely amazing! Huge variety of healing and wellness classes, yoga and beyond. I could come here everyday, it’s like coming home. Also, highly recommend their 3rd Eye Meditation lounge and Elixir bar down near Zilker. Thank you to all the teachers 🙏

I've really enjoyed all the yoga and meditation classes I've attended at Body Collective. Each instructor I've had there has taken time to ask students what they need before each class and make modifications. There's a wide variety of classes offered, and free tea in the waiting area. The classes are also very affordable both for drop-in and memberships.

I started taking classes at Body Collective about a month ago. They offer a 30-day unlimited pass for new students, and I thought that was a great way to experience different classes at different times to see what works best for me. I've been looking for a studio close to my office with class times fitting into my schedule. So far, I love the studio location, teachers and classes, the cleanliness of the studio, and ease of booking/checking in. The one drawback is that there isn't a designated changing area, just bathroom stalls and one large bathroom space, or lockers to keep your valuables in (ie car keys/wallet) while in class. Overall, this is a great studio with a wide range of class options and I plan to continue taking classes here in the future.

I’ve recently started up at Body Collective and have felt completely welcomed. I took a few Flow + Chill classes which were a great pace to begin with. Melissa P is a talented teacher I would recommend to anyone. I’m looking forward to getting back into Kundalini as well.

Body Collective offers a wide range of movement classes for varying levels of experience and intensity. The space is tranquil, airy, spacious and welcoming, and the staff very kind! I gravitate towards slower paced, deep intensity classes focused on breath, alignment, integrity of posture and self care - honoring the unique needs of each body, and Body Collective offered a lot of what I look for in a yoga studio! Most teachers check in with students at the beginning of a class, asking for each person to share their name and requests or needs for the class, which is a unique touch that builds a sense of safety and community. I would love for there to be more BIPOC teachers and community present, however I have only gone to a handful of classes, and maybe I just have missed the more diverse experiences!

I am reviewing the Cedar Park location, as I’ve never been to the other locations. I really love this studio! I am an active yogi in the community and have tried a lot of studios in the city. Here are my pros/cons list. Pros: beautiful space, well maintained, clean, free yoga mats is a plus for visitors, options for tea (in the tea room before or after yoga), most of the instructors are PHENOMENAL (I’ve done so much mediocre yoga in my past and the instructors here are definitely qualified, very knowledgeable, fun). I feel like the majority of classes I go to cannot be searched and done on YouTube (which I did a lot of during the pandemic). The customer service is also very helpful! They have a wide range of classes every day and lots of fun workshops. I have never tried a workshop but I imagine they’re fun because the instructors are really great. 10/10 recommend! Cons: the only major con I have is that they don’t have early morning classes :/ I spoke with customer service and she personally reached out to see if instructors could teach earlier and got back to me with some intent that teachers could teach earlier, but no promises. However, I don’t think anything panned out. I appreciate that she reached out and tried to add earlier slots but I find it odd that this studio doesn’t have earlier classes? I love to go to 6 and 7ams before work but they just don’t have them. I rate this place 5 stars because it is one of the better, If not the best, studio I’ve been to in Austin area. I’m really impressed with the instructors, the customer service, and the studio itself. The space is lovely, clean, and I always leave relaxed. From my pros list, it seems that this studio hits all the marks that are important to me. I’m just hoping they add earlier classes in the future to accommodate for earlier schedules.

Honestly I think this one of the best yoga studios in Austin. I've practiced around the world and appreciate the ease of use, transparency, and value you get from this studio. There is a fantastic set of class offerings. I've been able to find classes with an impressive variety of teachers at multiple locations. With the '$30 for 30', I got to attend class with pretty much every teacher, so that when I started my membership I already knew who I liked and who challenged me. Headache free sign-up. Everything is digital. You walk into the studio, check-in on the screen, then place your mat. So easy! Prices are really good with tiered membership options. Drop-in, once-a-week, & unlimited. Lots of value. At least 5 different studios. Variety of teachers and classes. Very affordable among yoga studios with this much offering.

I have often considered but never gone to yoga classes. Thankfully a good friend found this studio and I am so happy she did. Not just for how great this feels physically, but also the time to just breathe, think about life, etc…. I am hooked! Highly recommend giving it a shot if you’re on the fence.

Y'all this place is awesome. You cannot beat the monthly rate for unlimited classes and all the different locations you can practice at. The variety of classes and events is unparalleled. The instructors are really great - I can't say enough great things :)
