    Costa Brava during summer is very busy and finding a place to have lunch on a terrace close to the sea is not an easy task. Anyway, it's not necessarily the best idea to go where the tourists go... So when I looked for a place between L'escala and Llafranc to meet with a friend, I directly skipped the cost. And it was a good decision because this is how I found Can Bach. Can Bach looks like a traditional Catalan restaurant... It is a traditional Catalan restaurant because most of the items on the menu are typical of Catalan cuisine but there's this touch of originality in the way they prepare the recipes that really makes it worth your while. Special mention for the salmon tartare that only Aline wanted to order but ended up being the best choice.     Had an amazing dinner here. The Picanto was absolutely stunning : perfect cook, amazing sauce. And great service to top it all off ! What more could you ask for ? I strongly recommend this restaurant, you will not be disappointed !
