We had Gary come to our office suite to give us a quote as our keypad was not working. He told us that he could replace it with a more high tech option and that would be giving me a call shortly with a quote. I never heard back from him so decided to reach out only to receive a response "Hi unfortunately the location is too far for my tech. Can't help you". I think that it is very unprofessional and poor customer service that he left us waiting all week without our main access to the office and did not have the courtesy to reach out and let me know that he was not going to be able to provide the service because of the distance, especially given that he came to our office so knew exactly where it was located from the beginning. Definitely needs to work on his communication skills.

Great service for getting a professional locksmith to change a lock for my father-in-law and fix a patio door. Gavriel was able to come immediately since he was in the area. He was very reasonably priced and was able to do the job for less than he initially quoted because he was able to salvage one of the parts that didn't need replacing.
